    @SkyHelpTeam Don’t care what you say can or can’t do. Hung up on your rubbish service centre won’t be getting in contact. Stick contract where ya want. Won’t be paying for rubbish service as for valued customers you should be ashamed of service

    @SkyHelpTeam Do you know I freely feel quite annoyed I’ve been a sky customer for over 23 years, I have a sky HD plus box, I’m sure my subscriptions got to where you are now, you’re giving away loads of stuff for sky Q customers i.e. discovery plus what do we get your loyal cust.

    Don’t know why I have sky anymore, at the same time everyday around 4am both boxes stop working and then the mini skyQ box won’t connect to the main box. It says connected to network too. Tried all the online help and nothing is happening 😩 @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m still struggling, can you provide a direct number for the technical team, as having issues with my main box as well as multi room box and it’s been like this for over a week! Paying for something I can’t use and the service to get through is horrendous

    @SkyHelpTeam That's it, it says there's a local issue (reported on 15th Dec, ie. next week?!) but not what the issue is or when it might be fixed. My landline has also been down since early last week - I live with my 75-year-old mother and if I'm out that's her only method of contact

    @SkyHelpTeam supposed to have broadband installed yesterday. Had a message a few weeks ago saying there may be a delay. Heard nothing else. Spoke to someone who said there was an issue and someone would call me straight back. Heard nothing again! Come on Sky what’s going on?

    @SkyUK and the award for worst customer service goes to Sky. Absolute shambles of a company. Allow people to cancel your services twice and yet expect me to waste hours on phone to get no answer or passed from person to person. Shambles!!! 🤬🤬🤬

    @SkySports He was as poor as we expected. Despite his words, which has caused no end of problems for the fans, we gave him every opportunity, but failed in every way. Jesus, he was sacked because of results, like many before him, the way the media is going on, sounds like he died.

    @SkySports How about that fact that we haven't won a game all season, or the fact he's only won 7 games out of 40. Or the fact he has the worst win ratio out of any manager in the PL. And his tactics and man management are absolutely dreadful

    @GrayLewis1677 @SkySports He spent nearly £100m, more backing than any other manager under Ashley and 8th in the league, he was backed, just not a good manager, who blamed others for his failure, the fans, media, the club, but never took accountability for his shortcomings.
