@EmmaB_0811 @SkyHelpTeam I had Sky broadband about 5 years ago and it was the same then. If you have Sky TV, the box goes into eco mode in the early hours which kills the wi fi connection to some devices in the house. If you turn off eco mode in settings on your sky tv box, it might solve the problem 🙏

@beechwoodred @SkySports Nope, by the time they found out it'd been covered up and people made assumptions and pushed a Narrative to fit the covering. Sad reality is never as good as the story perhaps know they can retract the original. Statement and apologise
