Already rang @SkyUK about the internet not connecting and then it being slow. It then worked for an hour 😡. Having to use my phone to watch tv because you can’t use the sky apps as they’re buffering and numerous internet not connecting messages!

Alan smith talking about how the injury delay to targett won’t help arsenal but nothing about when lacazette and Martinelli were down just before that. @SkySports really need to reconsider who they have commentating the games and their is no clash of bias #NUFC

@SkyHelpTeam That's it, it says there's a local issue (reported on 15th Dec, ie. next week?!) but not what the issue is or when it might be fixed. My landline has also been down since early last week - I live with my 75-year-old mother and if I'm out that's her only method of contact

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I did all of that and today it’s the same issue. So slow and saying technical issues now. My skyq mini box hasn’t worked for three weeks and won’t connect either. The advisor said it was a fast connection but the messages on screen and buffering tell a different story.
