    @denzilOshamen @SkyHelpTeam 2/2 I demanded to speak to a manager. After 15 mins of being told I would get the same answer from a manager, agent went away then came back and told me that they “have found a way to give me the router for free” Sky’s customer service has worsened since I joined 5 years ago.

    @SkySports - when will you be fixing/adding your Calendar Subscription service for the new season. As of today it's not working, despite saying they are now live to subscribe to. And thanks for this service too - it's dead handy!

    @SkyHelpTeam SkyQ is a mare! Almost every night on our second box same rubbish messages and connection issues, so bloody frustrating. Sort out a service that is not cheap!!

As soon as the agent said my router was out of warranty and I wasn’t in contract I knew what he was planning 😡 Also his initial “solution” was for me to leave and find another provider! #wtf

    @SkyHelpTeam I have, he said he is too busy at the moment. So I have to rely on 2 people neither of whom can help and in the meantime put up with a non existent service which you maintain is not a wider issue! Must be a narrower issue then ! Whatever it is very poor.

    @SkyHelpTeam The account holder has contacted you many times. But the service if anything has got worse. He has even been told its because of the weather!! Even in good weather its slow and even at 4am its slow. Not good enough and if you are not respinsible as the provider who is!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam ok but if he is unwilling to help I am stuck with no internet (it has been poor for over 2 weeks and he has spoken to you about it previously to no avail and is now fed up with me complaining about it) and there is nothing I can do about it.
