@SkyHelpTeam That's it, it says there's a local issue (reported on 15th Dec, ie. next week?!) but not what the issue is or when it might be fixed. My landline has also been down since early last week - I live with my 75-year-old mother and if I'm out that's her only method of contact

@SkyHelpTeam Do you know I freely feel quite annoyed I’ve been a sky customer for over 23 years, I have a sky HD plus box, I’m sure my subscriptions got to where you are now, you’re giving away loads of stuff for sky Q customers i.e. discovery plus what do we get your loyal cust.

@SkyUK The fact that it literally is just streaming and no hard drive to actually record things, the cost of the tv package shouldn’t be the same as SkyQ. There should be a reduction in price for what is just a streaming service. I’m pretty disappointed with it tbh

My mother dies in April. She was a @SkyUK broadband customer, so I cancelled the service. But they keep chasing payment for the cancelled service. So I have tried to speak to someone at @SkyUK. But that seems to be impossible in their automated system. This is disgusting!
