My skyq mini box hasn’t worked for three weeks and won’t connect either. The advisor said it was a fast connection but the messages on screen and buffering tell a different story.

The image is worse than analogue TV I use to watch back in the 70s. So not the cable itself. If it was I would contact virgin.
