@EmmaB_0811 @SkyHelpTeam I had Sky broadband about 5 years ago and it was the same then. If you have Sky TV, the box goes into eco mode in the early hours which kills the wi fi connection to some devices in the house. If you turn off eco mode in settings on your sky tv box, it might solve the problem 🙏

Just phoned @SkyHelpTeam and, the support (once you finally get through!) as always was very good. But we are always informed of a customer survey that is to be filled in for support given by the advisor. A score of 0-8 is regarded as BAD(!) and only 9-10 is good. (1/2)

@SkyHelpTeam I have, he said he is too busy at the moment. So I have to rely on 2 people neither of whom can help and in the meantime put up with a non existent service which you maintain is not a wider issue! Must be a narrower issue then ! Whatever it is very poor.

@SkyHelpTeam The account holder has contacted you many times. But the service if anything has got worse. He has even been told its because of the weather!! Even in good weather its slow and even at 4am its slow. Not good enough and if you are not respinsible as the provider who is!!!

@SkyHelpTeam ok but if he is unwilling to help I am stuck with no internet (it has been poor for over 2 weeks and he has spoken to you about it previously to no avail and is now fed up with me complaining about it) and there is nothing I can do about it.
