@SkyHelpTeam That it would still be affected by the trees. Currently the line of sight in its current location hits the very centre / bulk of the tree. The location I suggested I think at worst would clip some lower branches. I think if mounted low enough it would not hit the tree at all.

@SkyHelpTeam We’ve had a call today claiming to be needing to check our broadband for issues we’ve had and they had permission from sky head office. The callers English was very poor & the background was noisy. Does this sound like something which is real or a scam?

@SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to download Season 5 of Chicago Med from Sky Witness on demand but it’s telling me I have to upgrade my package. I have never had an issue downloading series on demand before and ep1 of S6 downloaded without issue. Pls help?

@SkyUK I have recently joined sky mobile but this morning in Newcastle from about 6am I had no service whatsoever. At the time I was attempting to get home after my metro journey was cancelled. In these days of COVID I carry no money and rely on my phone for payment

@SkyHelpTeam I have box sets with my package. The issue seems to be that it won’t let me download in SD. Yet have just tried downloading an episode of Will and Grace and it worked fine, in addition to the other episode of Chicago Med I downloaded from season 6. Seems to be a season 5 issue?

@SkyHelpTeam My settings tell me that my WiFi is blocking WhatsApp. There isn't anything wrong with the app so doesn't need uninstalling. I've seen its a known issue with Shield blocking WhatsApp incorrectly

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK My broadband was meant to be installed on the 24th November but due to a line not being there they said it could take another 2 weeks at most and they’d follow up with an update, since then I’ve had to chase them for an update as they never got back to me and
