@SkyHelpTeam That's it, it says there's a local issue (reported on 15th Dec, ie. next week?!) but not what the issue is or when it might be fixed. My landline has also been down since early last week - I live with my 75-year-old mother and if I'm out that's her only method of contact

@SkyHelpTeam Yeah it came back on this evening. Problems happen now and then but the not being able to talk to anyone from sky about issues is ridiculous. Like I said with the amount of money I pay a month I’d expect but and I know I’m not the only one.
