    @SkyHelpTeam Don’t care what you say can or can’t do. Hung up on your rubbish service centre won’t be getting in contact. Stick contract where ya want. Won’t be paying for rubbish service as for valued customers you should be ashamed of service

    @SkyHelpTeam That it would still be affected by the trees. Currently the line of sight in its current location hits the very centre / bulk of the tree. The location I suggested I think at worst would clip some lower branches. I think if mounted low enough it would not hit the tree at all.

    @SkyUK and the award for worst customer service goes to Sky. Absolute shambles of a company. Allow people to cancel your services twice and yet expect me to waste hours on phone to get no answer or passed from person to person. Shambles!!! 🤬🤬🤬

    @SkyUK I have recently joined sky mobile but this morning in Newcastle from about 6am I had no service whatsoever. At the time I was attempting to get home after my metro journey was cancelled. In these days of COVID I carry no money and rely on my phone for payment

    Don’t know why I have sky anymore, at the same time everyday around 4am both boxes stop working and then the mini skyQ box won’t connect to the main box. It says connected to network too. Tried all the online help and nothing is happening 😩 @SkyUK

    Thanks @SkyHelpTeam for wasting an hour of my life for nothing. I was called months back asking how happy I was with my services and if I want to and insurance for any of my smart devices. I said no - on the call I made the agent aware that my Internet signal is shocking.

    @SkyHelpTeam first day with sky glass and the most disappointing thing is the sky store why hasn’t it not be integrated like sky q. All purchased movies look so bad. No gamma setting in picture settings either.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you. Disappointed to learn that I'm now being charged for services that aren't working as they have been 'activated' - but I'm grateful and reassured that a fix is on the way before Monday.
