@SkyHelpTeam My Sky Q box, add on is constantly disconnecting. In settings, sometimes it’s the box not connected, sometimes the network or sometimes both. It’s very annoying!

@BTSopenreach having huge issues getting you to sort out our internet. @SkyHelpTeam send the job to you, you send it back to them we have worked from home with no internet and 4 different engineers out! You need to come, dig a hole and lay a new cable.. due today? Where are you!?

@SkyHelpTeam 100mb/sec fiber is rarely the cause especially when all other services can steam and download data quickly , the sky q service is well known to be problematic with downloads failing half way or not at all. It is more likely that the content server is of insufficient capacity.

@bt_uk Hi Steph, what do you recommend we do? We contact @SkyHelpTeam who inform us that openreach need to come out.. there is major miscommunication, costing both man time and money and huge inconvenience to us. We have made an official complaint with Sky.
