@SkyHelpTeam My Sky Q box, add on is constantly disconnecting. In settings, sometimes it’s the box not connected, sometimes the network or sometimes both. It’s very annoying!

@Martinlawles13 @SkySports The free kick Burnley were awarded which led to this incident was exremely soft! So this incident should never have happened in the first place because it simply wasn't a free kick in the first place. We were denied a blatant penalty at Anfield first game, we got over it.

I really hope when the rights for premier league football in the UK go to auction sometime next year that only skysports, bt sport ,premier sports or BBC bid and win, as Amazon prime and all other streaming services are awful when it comes to broadcasting sports coverage is bad

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through that a number of times and none of those options relate to my query so I’m stuck in a constant loop of can’t get help as online isn’t helping and I can’t talk to anyone because I can’t do online
