@SkyHelpTeam Speaking? Again with the phones? Still, I guess that I should thank you for making it so awkward. Now I have been forced to look around I see that I can get the broadband much cheaper too. I will go through a lovely online, no phones switching service.

@Michael93139770 @SkyHelpTeam I don't want TV any more, that's what this whole thing is about. If they had just let me drop the TV off the subscription online then they would still have a customer but now that I have been made to look around I see that I can get what I want much cheaper!
