@SkyHelpTeam My Sky Q box, add on is constantly disconnecting. In settings, sometimes it’s the box not connected, sometimes the network or sometimes both. It’s very annoying!

@SkyUK appalling services - made decision to upgrade in Jan to ultrafast and it was finally completed yesterday - except the person at sky who pushed the upgrade failed to mention 1. the logistics or installing FTTP and damage to my home and also that i would hv to connect phone

@SkyHelpTeam rang last week to cancel a couple of things,advisor worked out a new price and said price would not increase during my contract,old price is still on my future bills and now had an email about price increase.been charged admin fee!30 year customer pissed right off

@SkyUK - I just found out that you don’t automatically adjust your customers bills when the download speed is below your Sky Guarantee!! So this means that you expect me as the customer to monitor this and then have to call every time it isn’t as promised, that’s extremely poor!!

Never in my life have I experienced such bad customer service @SkyUK. My TV package was supposed to be installed back in November 2020 and still no one has turned up to my property to install. We have booked several plus visits and had to take time off from work

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been using #skybroadband for four months now and the service is absolutely atrocious. It’s impossible for 2 people to work from home due to such terrible connection. Your customer service was entirely unhelpful in this matter. How do you plan to resolve this?

I am promised follow up calls, which do not happen. There is clearly a technical fault on your side and you are still choosing to neglect me as a customer @SkyUK. I am so disappointed in the service
