@SkyHelpTeam Tried to download programs to Tablet and Phone, appears to work then at 100 % then error message saying " failed to download. "Checked and other Apps can download fine. I'd there a known issue at the moment

@SkyHelpTeam My Sky Q box, add on is constantly disconnecting. In settings, sometimes it’s the box not connected, sometimes the network or sometimes both. It’s very annoying!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Ellie, it wouldn't let me due to being 'Hard Diskless'. The interactive help did the reset. I've spent 50mins on call and come away with a better deal and broadband! Not sure how I'll cope without my planner for a week though😟

@SkyHelpTeam No problems and it’s showing as all connected no problems. I reset it just to make sure. Normally my box runs updates on Thursday mornings and it didn’t do that either this morning
