@SkyHelpTeam My Sky Q box, add on is constantly disconnecting. In settings, sometimes it’s the box not connected, sometimes the network or sometimes both. It’s very annoying!

@SkyHelpTeam Tried to download programs to Tablet and Phone, appears to work then at 100 % then error message saying " failed to download. "Checked and other Apps can download fine. I'd there a known issue at the moment

Cos there is no "predetermined" right or wrong belief so institutions which involves people from all sect should tread careful when handling issues

@SkyHelpTeam Sky customer service are incapable now of knowing what areas their internet doesn't work..wow. Well as it's not working now I will invoice you for the inconvenience at a rate of £30 per hour till it's fixed. Take care, from your angry customer you can't be bothered helping.
