@SkyHelpTeam I’m still struggling, can you provide a direct number for the technical team, as having issues with my main box as well as multi room box and it’s been like this for over a week! Paying for something I can’t use and the service to get through is horrendous

@SkyHelpTeam My Sky Q box, add on is constantly disconnecting. In settings, sometimes it’s the box not connected, sometimes the network or sometimes both. It’s very annoying!

@SkyUK Freeview Play should get Sky Play App with Sky Arts, Challenge, Pick and News the Freeview channels free of charge with the option to further login with your forum password and put your viewing card number in. That converts existing smart TVs into a Sky Glass TV as well.

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam so your sky app runs a test and says there's a fault yet when you call up there's no problem with your connection but try to speak to someone after 9pm you can't shocking slow speed less than 3megs like being in the stone age #badcustomerservice
