Hey everyone! If you are thinking of going to @SkyUK for your broadband. Don’t bother! They over promise and totally under deliver - zero customer service. Shop wisely u less you are happy to wait nearly two months on the vain hope you may get connected rubbish service

No specific information on the sky link provided except dome generic message that there's an outage and it 'may take a few hours' What's the point of having me log in if you're not going to give specifc info on resolution? 🙄

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I’ve got no signal for BBC, ITV, C4 and some sky channels. I’ve unplugged the box and also done a reset but neither helped. Can you suggest anything else please?

@SkyHelpTeam I am still being charged even though I have changed providers. One hour wait to speak to someone, so called again 'as a new customer' and got through instantly, now back waiting to resolve my issue! Very disappointing, more so as not shocked!
