@SkyHelpTeam Plus curse the “crazy” software engineers who some many years after the launch of SkyQ still cannot program a reliable mesh network for the mini boxes. Every other day on & off for the kitchen system! We pay some much as well!!

@SkyHelpTeam I turn my sky Q box off and the mains and turn it on again and I also blame the weather. It doesn't help though the picture still breaks up. I'd get an engineer to check it but due to ill health I haven't been able to do the garden and they would have trouble getting at the sat

@SkyHelpTeam Any small amount of wind these days results in a ‘satellite signal’ message appear - almost constant disruption. Pretty sure its my dish and wiring from it but engineer didn’t even get up and take a look when he visited….
