Time to report @SkyUK to @Ofcom internet has been down since Wednesday night. Still down. No resolution,no idea of when sorted. Are @SkyUK going to explain to my work why I can’t do any? No they just fob you off.

@SkyHelpTeam on phone to your help team and even they don’t know how to fix WiFi issue. No devices can connect and password not recognised, even though same p/W worked yesterday and same devices were connected. Can’t access hub either as it’s down/page won’t load. Any ideas?
