    @SkyUK Good for Kevin, Stuart and Bob. But your broadband is getting worse by the day - everyday it drops out, slow or lagging - so instead of being concerned by fictional customers - concentrate on the real ones and your service.

    @SkyHelpTeam Spent over an hour doing this. I have had to do this 5 times this week. I usually work through the night and on 3 occasions there’s been no WiFi - but no one let anyone know if there is a maintenance issue. It’s happening ALOT.

    @SkyHelpTeam See last tweet. Customer has to wait 24 hours before another department "SSU" had to call you to confirm something that is already known before they will then send out a box to 2 OAPs who cannot install it

    @SkyHelpTeam I have had a fault for a while now with no signal. Keep trying to get through to agents but your automated system won’t allow it. Booked engineer now but I have a communal dish. I need to know if access is required as the switch it in my neighbours loft

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam your service has to be one of the worst! You installed my equipment now not willing to touch it and I have to pay for the work! Absolutely awful!
