    @SkyHelpTeam Im@not completely stupid. I’ve been trying. You just go from one landing page to another for all eternity. Keeps telling me to recontract my tv. Why do I want to do that when it’ll cost me £20+ extra per month? I’m a ‘platinum’ customer of nearly 15 years.

    Sky Q, what a load of rubbish. Why make a product rely on a network for it to work properly, rather than a satellite connection like before? Worst upgrade ever. @skytv @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam we’re getting no satellite signal is this unique to us or a wider problem. Trying to phone but on hold for 20mins and counting.

    @SkyHelpTeam That an engineer was coming on Thursday. She said there was an issue with the underground line and that someone would come Friday to fix it and be in touch. Nobody ever got in touch and on the openreach website it says job is closed. We have had v slow internet for over a month

    @ntmyproject @SkyHelpTeam I have now been without broadband for 7 days. You cannot tell me what the problem is, you cannot tell me when it will be fixed and you don't seem to be willing to find out any details of the problem? How in any way is this acceptable?

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi - trying to "recontract TV" via your website. As I understand, it should just be renewing for 18 months with same packages but it takes us through to "book an installation" page with no explanation. Please could you help?
