@SkyUK you keep telling me every 2 days to expect a call or engineer to come out and sort it. I’ve had nothing of the sort. Ridiculous service. I pay u a fee every month and this is how I get treated?

👎 Absolutely appalled by @SkyHelpTeam service. Applied for broadband on 3rd June, installation set for 16th June. Took a day off (unpaid!) as they threaten to charge £25 if I miss it. Guess what? THEY missed it. No call. No engineer. No explanation.

@SkyHelpTeam Do members of your call centre not speak to each other? Two hours ago I was advised by your call centre that I can cancel my subs today for a charge, but now I'm being told that's impossible. This isn't the first time this has happened. Leaving a cult would be easier
