@SkyHelpTeam can this please be logged. Yet again with itv you can’t use the restart what’s on now bar and when you go to the channel you can’t watch from start. ITV is your biggest let down you need to find a way for sky itself to record to cloud like the rest of your sky chains

@SkyHelpTeam Should I not have visibility of this? I have also just got off the phone to an advisor who says the order was closed last Thursday at 22:20. Should I not of been informed of this? Also why am I not being informed when there is a fault on my line which is a service I pay for?
