@SkyHelpTeam hi Sky it is near impossible to watch anything over WiFi without constant buffering/freezing etc. Is there anything that can be done like a signal amplifier or something to prevent this. I have sky broadband superfast which is actually super slow at buffering.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried through the MySky app and the browser. I think you just make it awkward to change package in the hope you forget about it. As frustrated as I am at the minute I think I’m just going to cancel the lot

@crgthomson @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam I remember right at the beginning of the very first lockdown we have an internet outage. Zero acknowledgment or communication from our provider. Totally sucked. I feel your pain.
