    @SkyHelpTeam I have done everything on your apps and website! There has been a 3 day outage! Resetting my hub won’t help! Nothing helps! The idiocy of it all is that even in an outage you still reckon I am getting 79meg. The sooner I leave you lot the better!

    @SkyHelpTeam There is an issue in Portsmouth, what is happening? No amount of restarting my damn router is going to fix this. We will be switching to BT if this isn't sorted.

    @SkyHelpTeam our broadband service was knocked out two nights ago and is still interrupted and we are now being told that we will need to pay for an engineer’s visit on Sunday am to try to fix. Appalling service. We will be leaving Sky ASAP.

    @TylerSinnicks @SkyHelpTeam I’m also in Portsmouth and having this issue. That link doesn’t help. Router goes all green, then back to red every 5/10 minutes. Getting zero work done, it’s useless. Please acknowledge and fix the issue!!

    @Kathbennett17 @SkyHelpTeam Twosayswith intermittent broadband disgusting service called only to be told basically tougher we shouldn't be using domestic broadband to WFH...thank you I'm off to virgin.
