@SkyHelpTeam also how do i get to speak to a human in customer service? Every number i have called says "90% of all problems can be solved online " then hangs up... but im in thag 10%who cant solve the problem online. I am seriously regretting choosing skh over virgen media !.

@skytv @SkyUK how can I speak with someone on the phone?? Everytime I call the automated service is hanging up on me and I can’t get through to an actual human? I am having so many problems with my WiFi going so slow and I’m not paying £70 a month for rubbish internet.
