    And do you know what the best thing is? @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam - for 14 days outage you are going to give me... 6 days compensation. I have spent that alone in extra data for my phone. It's disgraceful.

    @SkyHelpTeam 1st advisor didn’t follow procedure said he booked it, I waited 10 days for engineer, rang up, it wasn’t confirmed. 2nd advisor tried to charge me £15. It’s not my fault the sky advisor didn’t book my first one and wasted my time. Raised a complaint and got no where further

    @SkyHelpTeam I could have full bars of 4G and NOTHING will load and when it does it’s incredibly slow, 1mbps. And the signal is awful, i rarely have mobile signal despite living in a semi urban area
