@SkyHelpTeam We are using sky Q. The films aren't loading and it keeps cutting out saying there's an issue with the service. Our Internet connection is fine and all other apps are working.

Hi @SkyHelpTeam, it has now been 24 hours since the outage in Medway. Mobile data has been slammed due to having to tether my laptop to my phone to be able to work. This is wholly unacceptable.

@SkySports It's bad when you have to rely on one.player. admittedly he's there best player and without him they probably wouldn't even be top ten this season.

@SkyUK why is your home wifi so terrible! Websites take hours to load, can't wait any videos on my phone without it buffering, connections dropping constantly...but no issues in the area apparently? @SkyHelpTeam
