    @jay_snowdon @pradlinceysot @SkySports Funny though how all these "activists" demonise the police and demand they be defunded and yet as soon as a crime is committed against them, the first thing they do is phone the police and ask for help.

    @SkyHelpTeam to keep you up to speed - north Nottinghamshire still unable to get download better than 0.7. Sixty to the router but 0.7 out- you have a problem!!

    @maria59495670 @SkyHelpTeam This problem seems widespread. So frustrating. It is a sky problem with a card at network level and they aren’t acknowledging it. Their tests say it is ok. Mine is <1

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you for finally acting to resolve the issue and acknowledging that there's a widespread issue, as before it was being treated individually and not very effectively either. Not happy with the customer service procedures in place for incidents like this!
