Any plans to do anything about non-working phone landline reported last week @SkyUK? I have NO phone of any sort now thanks to poor mobile and I'm not standing outside where I can get weak signal waiting for over an hour on hold again.

@WhrisFT @SkySports Because they offered Fulham an insulting amount like 750k and Fulham told them do one and pushed it up higher. The other reason is because it's taken time for both sides to put there cases together Fulham stating they tapped him up and there's where they pretend they never.

Day 6 of no internet and 3 teenagers unable to do home schooling😡we’ve been a customer of @SkyUK for nearly 20 years, pay for all channels every year and what absolutely appalling customer service we’ve had 🤬🤬 no closer to sorting the problem so we have to just wait and wait

Shocking service from @SkyHelpTeam today, no broadband activation and we have to wait 2 days to rebook an appointment because your engineer couldn’t solve the issue. How do you expect people to work from home with no internet?
