@Channel4 @SkyHelpTeam hi is there a known issue with downloading All 4 programs on Sky? As I've had 3 different shows mess up that have been downloaded ie freezing and you can't fast forward the freezing as it's acting like it's the end of the program when it isn't.

@DiscoDan18 @SkySports The only problem I feel in January would be to attract marque signings ,with unay emery it was possible he would have also poached couple from Villarreal but with Howe I don’t see that possibility

@SkyHelpTeam An upgrade to my broadband, which be had a leaflet saying ultrafast plus is available but the options now showing online. I’ve checked the sky forum and lots of people say to ring as the online database’s are slow to update so I’ve been trying but can’t get through

@SkyHelpTeam I can’t get through to customer services. Every time I call I’m asked to confirm account holder and password then call drops. Is this a fault on your lines?
