    @SkyHelpTeam EVERY,and I mean EVERY NIGHT since we got the new sky broadband hub in,the internet just drops all the time,it's starting to get ridiculous now,we never wanted a new one but got made to because it was better and updated,IT HARDLY WORKS!how is that better???

    Please tell me what I pay my @SkyUK bill for? The broadband goes down and it cuts both my kids tvs off! Biggest pile of toss I pay for! I don't know what's worse these last few months... My broadband or @O2. Absolute shambles the pair of em! @SkyHelpTeam 😡

    @SamNewing_88 @SkyHelpTeam Not at Sky’s end. It’s ongoing issues with their playout provider Red Bee following a fire incident on Saturday night which has damaged quite a lot of systems. As The Box and Kiss are working, they are being used as a back up service for their sister channels.
