    @SkyUK can you stop ripping off my parents please? Making them hold for 2 hours plus on a call to customer service being passed from one team to another is also not acceptable! Especially with no resolution and still overcharging!

    @AislinnClarke @SkyUK 2/2 service beyond what have been CONTRACTED.. onerous on the customer with extensive hurdles to even communicate with a human and have a cancellation recorded and accepted.
