    @JonnyR95 @SkyHelpTeam Be aware that the actual work on the line is by BT open reach. They are very poor when doing installation for non-bt customers. Sky have no control over their actions unfortunately.

My argument is extremely valid you expect people to pay and then don’t provide any coverage. If you paid for goods in the only shop you could buy them in and only got a 1/3 you would complain

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m not a Sky Q customer but are a Sky Cinema subscriber, is there any way to set up Paramount Plus using the Paramount + app? Seems to be only advice for Sky Q customers everywhere none for just sky cinema subscribers. 🤨

    OK @SkyUK I shall go on hold hell tomorrow for a refund for this month's account as you all messed up after my REPEATED clarification that I wanted to cancel as of July 21 the final day of my contract so you canceled a month early but still charged. WHAT A MESS.

    @SkyUK Moved to Sky broadband recently. From day one I am facing bad connection. Tried creating a ticket through app but without sorting the issue it was closed. Tried reaching out to customer care, could not connect still. Will you be able to solve my issue ?
