    @booqpr @SkyHelpTeam I had the same problem - connected but no throughput. Seems to be working again now but has been up and down all morning.

    @SkyUK right , my father has sky mobile SIM card , he tries to make calls but it randomly cuts off or doesn’t even make a call! He has cancer & appointments are essential, I see from forums you have major issues, WHY ARE YOU NOT SORTING THIS ISSUE OUT !!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I do t need to do a test when the light on my hub is orange for internet and when I connect to the hub any device takes me to your trouble shooting web page

    @SkyHelpTeam That doesn’t help when there is an outage and a lockdown with no where to go. You or open reach must have some idea of when this can be resolved

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. Been having probs with new HDR Q box. Regular sound pauses watching recordings on Q, pixelated on mini. Updated software and reset hard drive but still same issues. Tried getting through to someone on phone but automated system sending me round in circles.

    @SkyHelpTeam just want to clarify you don’t call people saying internet has been rubbish and then hang up when challenged? Keep getting scam calls and it’s very annoying. Not your fault of course. Phone number 01980587358
