    @SkyHelpTeam just had a call from a very monotone woman who told me she was going to secure all my devices for me. When I asked her if she was from Sky she gave me an account number that wasn’t mine, and when questioned, told me she would block my broadband signal!

    @SkyUK any advice on how I can maintain connection from my main sky box to other sky boxes? Constantly dropping connection. I’ve been on line and there is nothing to help.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you but I called today and actually got through. Sky have now charged me £210 call charges or more hence my frustration and post. Doesn’t change my thoughts that I am done with Sky, I feel let down and fleeced. I won’t feel like this again, ever with Sky as that’s it for me
