@SkyHelpTeam This is not a wireless speed test and I am not really sure how you came to that conclusion. It was made on a PC with Gbit lan connection. The same result is also made on another PC on the same network. The wifi speed using a phone is also the same.

@SkyHelpTeam Two weeks isn’t anywhere near good enough and I already know what the issue is. Why can’t sky just not send a replacement box? Why is that so difficult to do?
