    @SkyHelpTeam but why ask me SIX TIMES when it's the same issue!!?Complete lack of joined up thinking. I can understand doing it once for the reasons you explain; but why five more times? Why no continuity in customer help?

    @WeAreOpenreach @SkyUK Oh, and you text me yesterday to confirm an appointment on the 6th Jan, then when I confirmed it you said an appointment wasn't available and to confirm a different date on or after the 6th Jan. Can you see the problem? Ridiculous. Basically a fraud of a company.

    @SkyHelpTeam and nothing you've said explains why I was asked 6 times rather than just once. The inability of the Help Team to communicate with the Brd Band team or for either to proactively reach out to me rather than relying on me to constantly chase you is a pretty shocking indictment

    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely everything seems predicated on what is most efficient / effective for you, rather than actually meeting the needs/requirements of the customer. A really odd way to construct a 'customer service' environment.

    @SkyHelpTeam and there we have it- clear indication that you have not looked at the complete history of DMs; that you have not taken on board anything I've said about consistency of customer experience. I was being repeatedly asked about Line tests even after I'd spoken to the Broadband team
