Sky Box Office is a joke... Paid for the Mayweather vs Paul fight. Stayed up tp watch it. It wouldn't even let me sign in. Kept taking me back to sign in page. On two different devices (phone & laptop) using Browser, App & Desktop Player. Fail. Got a refund though. @SkySports

Should’ve done this a long time ago, but finally time to switch to @virginmedia. Don’t know how I’ve put up with @SkyHelpTeam’s crap for this long. Literally it’s rare I get a normal connection with no lag, yet I’m paying for the ‘best’ speeds. You big frauds @SkyHelpTeam

You guys had people stay up waiting for the Mayweather vs Paul fight, with paid access, yet your app & website didn't let us sign in. Kept saying "successfully signed in" but took us back to the sign in page. Chat advisors processed refunds, at least. @SkySportsBoxing @SkySports

@kieran_delaney @SkyHelpTeam @Touringthecars You can work around the issue by not using Sky's DNS. Just configure your network connection to use manually configured DNS and use either Cloudflare (1.1.1.1) or Google (8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4) or a combination of both instead. I'm using Cloudflare and it's fixed things for me.

Hi @SkyHelpTeam, I'm hoping you can help me please. I keep missing a call from Sky every few days (it always seems to happen when I'm busy doing something!), and I just want to know what its about. It seems to be important as it keeps happening, but I've no idea why.

@SkyHelpTeam The same thing. It’s connected and shows between 15-30MBPS, but my work VPN is cutting out regularly and it’s fine for everyone else, and my laptop and phone are often slow when on WiFi vs 4G.
