@SkyHelpTeam Thanks Laura. I note my account shows my Sky subscription rises from 87 pounds a month in October 2021 to 123 pounds a month in December 2021. Please return the !he 123 pounds you removed from my account in January 2022 to allow me to cancel the direct debit.

@SkyHelpTeam you were meant to refund me £40 for the outage I experienced last month. Instead you charged me 27£ in January usually meant to be £32 Then you charged me £42 February. Usually meant to be £32 What the heck is going on

@SkyHelpTeam spent an hour on the phone to someone yesterday who couldn’t help so said I’d get a call back within an hour. Didn’t happen so I called again in the afternoon. After 30 more mins of explaining I was told I’d have a call back by the end of the day. Guess what??
