@SkyHelpTeam This is a technical issue, way beyond an average user's level. And, it seems, possibly yours since you don't seem to understand it. This DOES NOT relate to Sky email. It relates to your DNS for your customers. How do I talk to someone who understands? I'm trying to help you!

@SkyHelpTeam My first post has ALL the required information. The customer IP and the reverse DNS PTR record. If you put this in front of someone in networking, they will IMMEDIATELY see the issue. How do we make that happen?
