    @SkyHelpTeam please help! no answer on phones or live chat.. I have recently changed my Tv package and the package has not updated on my Q box in 10 days - have tried all help articles online.

    @SkyHelpTeam It was unable to carry them out because the connection was too slow! It’s intermittent at the moment. Sometimes fast, then drops out or goes incredibly slow without warning.

    @SkyUK your service is built on self service, use your tv or internet, no people needed - except it’s not and you can’t do everything you need and then when your order doesn’t arrive your phone service is appalling but if to complain you have to write and post a letter..really??

    @SkyHelpTeam Sorry, me again! New issues: if I try to play Sky recordings, or download Sky progs it says I don’t have any Sky TV channels (inc Atlantic etc), and I need to add them, obviously I do have them & can watch them now. This is not in Faqs, I need to talk to someone again!

    @SkyHelpTeam Seriously? I’m on a dm ‘conversation’ line where ‘Heather’ has said one sentence in 40 minutes!!??? I suppose you don’t have any concern for customer care now I have signed a contract.

    @SkyHelpTeam how do I get through to speak to someone about broadband? Mine keeps dropping to terribly low speeds (0.3mb)and when I call all that happens is a machine takes my mobile number to send me a help guide... which a, hasn't actually came through yet and b, will be basic.
