    @SkyHelpTeam I was told on the phone there doesn’t seem to be an issue, yet there has been an outrage around our area with many people effected - assuming a Bt Outreach issue but very odd Sky didn’t think there was a problem.

    @theneilmorgan @SkyUK Agreed. Also the picture quality of the tv is toilet. Anything with dark scenes is borderline unwatchable terrible product

    @Randymash @SkyHelpTeam Did you manage to fix this? Having the same problem I think, on ID mobile though. Tried a different sim with it and it was fine and the ID sim in a different phone was also fine, proper weird

    @tomcahill7 @SkyHelpTeam They don’t care mate. Sky glass is a big steaming pile of ****. And as we are tied into a credit agreement on the tv we can’t just cancel.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK just got my wifes new Sky iphone 12 mini back from repair from you, still has same fault, (no one can hear her when she uses speaker phone/facetime etc)! Even after a phone call from you to her insiting there was no issue found and it was working fine.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi - I’m hoping this is known by you given the amount of complaints I’ve seen. ITV Hub on the Sky Glass just continuously shows a black screen and has done for weeks now. When will this be fixed? Not good for a “stream” service of Sky Glass.
