    @SkyHelpTeam please help! no answer on phones or live chat.. I have recently changed my Tv package and the package has not updated on my Q box in 10 days - have tried all help articles online.

    Skys customer services has always been fairly poor in the 17 years I’ve been a customer but in the last year it’s the absolute pits. Possibly the worst company to deal with. Might take everything I have with them somewhere else after the absolute nonsense tonight @SkyHelpTeam

    Never watch match build up or HT talk, but @SkySports is just full of adverts. Two seconds of “analysis and insight” before another 5 minutes of adverts

    Surprise surprise @SkySports not even bothering to talk about Casemiro 2nd yellow. So obvious which media companies are in the PGMOL back pocket, and told to stay silent on terrible decisions.

    @SkyHelpTeam our Sky business TV stopped working this morning before the Liverpool Derby. After failed tech support over the phone, the fastest you can send an engineer out is over TWO WEEKS. That is utterly unacceptable. A critical failure of service should be fixed ASAP.
