    @SkyHelpTeam so I have been on hold for over 1hr (expect a wait) to then be cut off. I am then on live chat to be told this offer is not available ! It was sent today at 13.01pm and says email expires 14.7. Can you help with this ?

    @SkyHelpTeam Standard response again! Had this last week. Outage apparently in our area and as usual, not been told. Very poor service. I'm supposedly a VIP member but all that gets me is a chance to enter competitions! Losing a customer I'm afraid
