@SkySports Standard on the whole isn't too bad but issue for me is reluctance for assistants to make a decision to help the ref. They nearly always wait so to agree to what the ref gives, even when it's obviously wrong. By far most consistently performaning assistant is SianMasseyEllis

@SkyHelpTeam hello, I’m unable to download any item from my skyq on demand seeing “failed, item unavailable”. How do I fix this? I’ve waited weeks to watch succession with family now we’re together for Christmas. Am I going to have to buy it from a reliable provider? Thanks.
