Crypto_crazy (@GunnerXI) reported@SkyHelpTeam Getting the automated test you have just confirms the problem doesn't solve it. I've just spoke to a sky engineer who's confirmed and booked an open reach engineer. You got to start giving people realistic meaningful responses other than copy n paste.

It's coached into players to dive in every contact, to constantly complain at every decision and argue with the ref over everything. All players are cheats, all clubs coach it, no manager's can or should moan about it...
