@SkyUK hi, I'm currently having problems with the WiFi, im supposed to be guaranteed 60+gbps in every room but average between 10 and 20 plus whenever trying to watch anything the quality is affected and there's constant stuttering.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve already logged a complaint. Someone called me and they were unable to help. Apparently the person who processed my contract hasn’t done it properly and I need to wait for them to call me back and that’s within the next 4 days - very poor.

@SkyUK @Openreach thanks for forcing me rant over social media. You have left me without a service for 2 weeks running...and with the same update “They need to do this”. “They haven’t done this”. Not sure if I will have an internet connection in 2021 at this rate.
