    @SkyHelpTeam @katerinalondino Many of your customers were reporting problems, and you said you were not aware of any. You only acknowledged the problem when we posted screenshots from Sky’s own systems. Why not believe your customers and check the system yourselves?

    @SkyHelpTeam @Ts_sneaks My internet also cut out at 1620. Have run through all troubleshooting on the sky website. My sky account now says that there is an issue in my area but then links me to a comment about N London - I am in Aberdeenshire.

    @SkyHelpTeam is there any news on the broadband outage in North London? The online updates just report the issue, and it would be good to know an ETA on fixing if possible/causes. Thanks!
