@SkyHelpTeam It’s about time Sky put out a national message via TV and radio telling customers that their Broadband service with Q hubs is faulty and that they are trying to resolve the issues. It’s been going on for months now but Sky are trying to hide it.....

@PhilPerriton @SkyUK @SkyUK I’ve powered off, unplugged and rebooted every device in my home as well as renewing device lease etc...the lights on my router are steady as a rock, the internet is not. Please stop telling us there’s not a problem and get your tech heads on the job.
