    @SkyHelpTeam We’ve tried all that - it keeps going back to the first step. Its showing no issues, but it isn’t working . It’s not just our house - it is everyone who has Sky broadband in Aboyne. It went down during Storm Arwen. Could someone check Aboyne service?

    @SkyHelpTeam my sky q contract ends on 6th Jan and I've been told that I need to give at least 30 days notice so does that mean I can give notice on 6th December to cancel my sky q from 6th Jan?
