Where is @SkyUK ? No Internet since Friday and there has still been no one near the box to try and fix it? This has cost me a lot of money to add data to all our mobile phones and all our devices, TV and cameras are not working! Please can you send someone to fix it?

Looks like #skybroadband is offline in huge areas @SkyHelpTeam will be getting inundated but as it’s a large problem you’d hope they will work flat out to rectify
