@SkyHelpTeam sky broadband still out in my area, engineer was supposed to come out Thursday but no show. Lots of customers can't work from home so loss of earnings right on top of Christmas! Very poor from sky.

@SaintLex_ @henrywinter I think Rooney has more chance than either of them. The other 2 look destined for skysports. Although I suspect Potter might be available sooner rather than later to solve the successor problem. He won't last long in West London, no one else does.

@SkyHelpTeam Broadband has been down all morning. My service status says there's a broadband and talk outage in my area, but there's been no public/twitter notice and no confirmation it's being fixed/engineers on way...

@SkyUK when I cancelled my sky package, I was told if I was going to get broadband with another provider I should not cancel as it gets moved over. I now have a new provider but sky has not been cancelled and I have been charged this month
