    Unbelievable, We phone @SkyUK regarding our internet & TV package, and now @SkyHelpTeam have tested our working router, broken it and have left us without any internet at all and won’t sort til Monday!! Unbelievably poor service We are fuming. Irony was we phoned to upgrade 😡

    @SkyUK 3 weeks for an engineer visit. £160 a month, 20+ years customer. Sold me BT Sport recently and only getting 1 of 3 channels.

    @SkyUK customer service is shocking. 7 weeks now with no internet. Self-employed and working from home is not possible - HELP! I have bills to pay and I need internet to do that. 😓 Sky seems to not care?
