@SkyHelpTeam Since I moved to your fibre my sky tv has been awful. Forever have to reboot and it doesn’t record anything unless I’m actually watching it! Can’t wait for sky Q to be installed abs hope the same doesn’t happen. Just a shame it happened all through Xmas.

@SkyHelpTeam Hello people. Got Sky Q. Installed Amazon Prime video app and trying to watch football. Picture quality is awful. Contacted Amazon and they say it’s Sky’s problem. I doubt that but any advice or help would be welcome.

@DeadmanNicky @SkyHelpTeam Same here . WFH has been a mare, but the slippery snakes have stated in T&CS that 2 days no service is when they consider comp.... time to go back to BT I think, as the fact there has been no acknowledgement is disgraceful.
