    @SkyHelpTeam Can someone explain to me why my broadband over ethernet is 0.19mbps. But it is 14mbps on WiFi? Genuinely beginning to become frustrated as to why my broadband is so slow.

    @SkyHelpTeam I'll wait for the computer to drop out otherwise the test won't be right. Over the last three days I have been using my mobile to track the outtages - it would react first to no service before the computer registered it.
