    @SkyUK just received a letter from you saying my Sky subscription is to increase again, that’s the final straw I’ll be phoning to cancel Sky completely.

    @SkyUK My broadband sucks!! Averaging between 10.3 & 23mbs can't stream watch anything and yes I've rebooted my router 😡

    @ChrisElliott66 @SkyHelpTeam Mine was suddenly magically resolved when I asked them (not Sky - another provider) for the official response to my complaint in writing so that I could take it to the ombudsman, funny how a new router resolves all problems! Good luck!

    @SkySports @SkyKaveh 100% agree. An he is not the only one doing it for that reason.. Take a step back an take a real look. Some very big clubs ( If not all of them ) are up **** creak, this bullshit is last chance saloon.. An my guess is they are actually selling their clubs right now..

    Spam call from someone pretending to be @SkyHelpTeam Broadband, trying to get me to connect to the internet so they can 'solve' my internet issues. She says, "Please turn on a device, I'm holding the line for you." Me; "Is it heavy?" She doesn't get it.

    Shrugging to find a contact number or online chat to @SkyUK I need to chat to someone to get a new hub as the engineer has just been out and has found the fault lies with the hub and not the connection. Any help?
