@ChrisElliott66 @SkyHelpTeam Mine was suddenly magically resolved when I asked them (not Sky - another provider) for the official response to my complaint in writing so that I could take it to the ombudsman, funny how a new router resolves all problems! Good luck!

@james7phillips @SkyHelpTeam Sky runs off the O2 network James so they will be limited to what they can do. You'd be best finding which of the main providers get the best signal as coverage will vary by area, then maybe going with them or an another MVNO running on that provider.
