First red was 100% correct. Second was def not a red. Letter of the law says they are so the ref has to give both but the law is **** and wrong.

Last night it was 2mb, today it’s 10.....it’s supposed to be 80. I was told this isn’t possible. The new fibre is either on or off....please can you explain?
