@ChrisElliott66 @SkyHelpTeam Mine was suddenly magically resolved when I asked them (not Sky - another provider) for the official response to my complaint in writing so that I could take it to the ombudsman, funny how a new router resolves all problems! Good luck!

@SkyHelpTeam My sky is still down, and don't give me the diagnosis page info again! There is no connection for you to check since there is an outage in my area apparently, but when will it be fixed, outage page says couple of hours, lol its been well past 36 at this point

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Michelle. Our Multi Screen connection is so poor again that I couldn't watch it at all yesterday. The screen kept freezing and it was completely unwatchable. Considering the amount it costs us each month, it's just not good enough.
