@ChrisElliott66 @SkyHelpTeam Mine was suddenly magically resolved when I asked them (not Sky - another provider) for the official response to my complaint in writing so that I could take it to the ombudsman, funny how a new router resolves all problems! Good luck!

@SkyUK just received a letter from you saying my Sky subscription is to increase again, that’s the final straw I’ll be phoning to cancel Sky completely.

@forbisher809 @SkySports I know what you’re saying, BUT there will always be people that won’t follow rules, we shouldn’t be punished. This isn’t life. Covid is here forever, we need to get on with it. I’m happy to wear a mask, social distance blah blah. Can’t be locking us down every “new” strain.
