@SkyHelpTeam Yep. Some recordings get going but then fail. The box loses connection to the Wi-Fi often as well. No other device is suffering this so it has to be the box. To be fair, it must be getting towards 5 year old.

@SkyHelpTeam so it’s seems that sky will not help with distressing calls, instead they want to change your contract and it costing you more money ! Do you not want to keep your customers ?
