@ChrisElliott66 @SkyHelpTeam Mine was suddenly magically resolved when I asked them (not Sky - another provider) for the official response to my complaint in writing so that I could take it to the ombudsman, funny how a new router resolves all problems! Good luck!

@virginmedia Can you do something about the SkySports Golf red button coverage? You've got the pictures but the sound is just a constant loud beep. Really annoying - I'm paying for coverage I want to watch, and you're messing up the service
