@ChrisElliott66 @SkyHelpTeam Mine was suddenly magically resolved when I asked them (not Sky - another provider) for the official response to my complaint in writing so that I could take it to the ombudsman, funny how a new router resolves all problems! Good luck!

@SkyHelpTeam No mobile service in the PL2 area... not good enough after you have been paid this months bill to make your customers wait until the end of January for a bloody update. Get it sorted or start making refunds!!

@SkyHelpTeam @flage101 @skyteamhelp This is no way acceptable. Someone is waiting to be picked up at a hospital and cannot get through to me to update where they are. Unbelievable there is no redundancy or resilience in your network...its 2022 ffs
