    @SkyUK My broadband sucks!! Averaging between 10.3 & 23mbs can't stream watch anything and yes I've rebooted my router 😡

    @Mariellex @SkyHelpTeam Hey, it seems like an issue their end to be honest. Although they have checked everything & have told me there’s nothing wrong, although that can’t be right as everything else works in my PlayStation. It happen to me once before (about a year ago) & it sorted itself out in 24hrs

    @SkyUK Alway use it sky mobile is the best. You never lose data all saved till your contract ends and sell it back or money off your new contract

    @SkyHelpTeam I can’t remember the ladies name, but she was brilliant….. explained everything and although the issue wont be fixed until Monday and it’s inconvenient, I feel like understand why and she couldn’t do enough to help. #firstclassservice

    @SkyHelpTeam That is not acceptable considering the Qmini box relies on a active internet connection to work. This was not possible if the internet was down….

    Good morning @SkyHelpTeam I have just received my sky modem but our service isn't being activated for a few more days (18th I believe). Is there any way this could be activated sooner as where we are now has terrible mobile signal and the kids are driving me mad already!!! :) Thx
