@ChrisElliott66 @SkyHelpTeam Mine was suddenly magically resolved when I asked them (not Sky - another provider) for the official response to my complaint in writing so that I could take it to the ombudsman, funny how a new router resolves all problems! Good luck!

@drewsnx @SkyHelpTeam Disgraceful Drew. I was going to say that I've never ported a landline number... Not true. I did. Almost 17 years ago. It remained the same. Sky have breached the terms of the contract as far as I can see. Not right.

@drewsnx @SkyHelpTeam Sky did this to me too. I'd only had it for a few years so wasn't a massive issue for me but that's despicable. They have been charging my parents £160 per month for ages. They don't care what they have to do for money!

@SkyUK Been with sky 5 years, but my bill has snuck upto £99 pcm from 84.. garbage Internet speeds and no deals available to retain my custom so I'll be cancelling my entire package this week
