@gasheroo @SkyHelpTeam @ZSpurg Apparently the only thing they know is that there is a problem. Not helpful when we could have told them that. Almost 7 hours without internet. According to their page it needs to be off for two days for us to get compensation so we've paid all day for no service

@SkyHelpTeam We have three phones on #skymobile contracts and day after day we struggle hugely with data coverage even though our phones show 4G and good service levels. We moved from Carphone Warehouse/EE earlier this year and each day we are regretting the move more and more.

@SkyHelpTeam It was pre ordered through my sky box and tv , I’ve just gone back on the movie in the store (on my box) and pressed on the purchased button and it has now downloaded to my box . Can I double check that this won’t have charged me twice for it ? If so I need to cancel the original
