  @SkyHelpTeam Thanks, that was 20hrs ago. I'd already checked that and followed all of your guidance. It's up and running again now. For future reference, to qualify for automatic refunds, do I have to wait on over 1hr telephone queues to notify you of an issue? Seems an odd process.

  @SkyHelpTeam A reboot? Seriously? When there were known issues in the area at the time? We have to reboot the router weekly anyway because it's always losing its connection.

  Took this week off work to work on my assignment... I didn't do it Wednesday. Yesterday, @SkyHelpTeam broadband was down all day so I couldn't access my lectures or do any research... today, I've written an introduction.... time to put my feet up?

  @SkyHelpTeam hi, don't worry, nothing to do with broadband being down :) just wondering, is there any reason why, once in a while, our mini Sky Q box can't maintain a TV image? It shows the feed for a second or 2, then blank, then shows...fixed by switching on and off but weird.
