    @ChrisElliott66 @SkyHelpTeam Mine was suddenly magically resolved when I asked them (not Sky - another provider) for the official response to my complaint in writing so that I could take it to the ombudsman, funny how a new router resolves all problems! Good luck!

    @SkyHelpTeam A huge thank you to @e_emobile for their help today. Updating my mobile data package free of charge after @SkyHelpTeam let me down by failing to connect our services this Christmas. We can now watch a decent movie as a family should at this time of year.

    @SkyUK For leaving an existing customer without any internet for 6 weeks during lockdown and christmas, you gave us £20 compensation. That barely even covers the cost of one day of your recommendation of "go and find a local cafe and use their WiFi". Absolute crooks.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks, but that doesn’t help. It isn’t an “issue”. @SkyUK have made a mistake and closed the account (on #christmaseve. I’m now informed that it will take you almost a week to correct your mistake. Great timing.

    @SkyHelpTeam Soooo....I’ve done that and it says nothing is wrong however in the last week the internet has been awful. Buffering when trying to stream, throwing me off MSTeams the lot. Not a happy customer at all. I had better service when on the cheaper contract

    @Ham_Sall @SkyHelpTeam I have the same and spoke to the broadband team who did a line test and tried to say it was my devices but nothing has changed. There is def a problem they need to fix
