@ChrisElliott66 @SkyHelpTeam Mine was suddenly magically resolved when I asked them (not Sky - another provider) for the official response to my complaint in writing so that I could take it to the ombudsman, funny how a new router resolves all problems! Good luck!

So our Sky broadband is now down for the 7th night out of 8. They've tried to blame open reach but the engineer has confirmed the problem is not them. No engineer call out from sky and impossible to speak to a human. Not worth a penny that we pay for it. @SkyHelpTeam

The irony in @SkyHelpTeam broadband not working since yesterday. There was a "power outage" yesterday but not today..cant run tests as need to be online..and cant phone using a landline because ITS WIFI CONNECTED. so theyre gonna charge me to use my mobile as well!

@SkyHelpTeam I've contacted you now via phone and you e confirmed there's issues but wouldn't tell me what it is. You're sending someone out Tuesday afternoon but again wouldn't confirm why you have to send someone for a brand new router that's only 2 months old
