    @ChrisElliott66 @SkyHelpTeam Mine was suddenly magically resolved when I asked them (not Sky - another provider) for the official response to my complaint in writing so that I could take it to the ombudsman, funny how a new router resolves all problems! Good luck!

    @SkyHelpTeam Well as we both are unable to work from home with this issue we can’t call until we finish as we will be told to do the same tests we’ve done all weekend again. I don’t hold much hope. 👍🏻

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam we’ve had no internet since around 10:30pm yesterday. Tried following online advice and it didn’t fix it.

    @SkySports Nope! They’re 3-4 quality signings behind & a good manager. Yesterday’s performance was the worse I’ve seen @SpursOfficial in 5 years. They were horrendous & set up extremely poorly. Mourinho had more chance to deliver that trophy meaning that Levy & players moaning let club down

    @SkyHelpTeam When I spoke to the broadband team they told me that it would take 24 hours to activate and as it was on the Friday it would be working today. It isn’t. It has no internet light on and on the new open reach modem there’s a red light on the LOS part which is the Loss of Signal?
