@ChrisElliott66 @SkyHelpTeam Mine was suddenly magically resolved when I asked them (not Sky - another provider) for the official response to my complaint in writing so that I could take it to the ombudsman, funny how a new router resolves all problems! Good luck!

@SkyUK I fail to see after all the marketing persuading long standing customers to upgrade to the Sky Glass package why Sky are still incapable of sorting out the lack of regional news availability. I want to know the news in my area not 200 miles away. Come on Sky get it sorted
