@ChrisElliott66 @SkyHelpTeam Mine was suddenly magically resolved when I asked them (not Sky - another provider) for the official response to my complaint in writing so that I could take it to the ombudsman, funny how a new router resolves all problems! Good luck!

I'll put Sky Broadband through to my technical support team when they call me because my direct debit didn't arrive this month. My engineers will resolve that problem 'asap'. I'll thank them for their patience. There will be an online diagnostic and progress tracker. @SkyHelpTeam
