@SkyHelpTeam We live in the Chiswick area and lost internet at approx 2am. I note from your website that there is an issue in our area and it is being attended to. That said, like a lot of people, I am still working from home, and rely on my internet. Will it be fixed soon?

@SkyUK I don’t want 4G back-up (although I have it, provided independently). I want a service that works all the time. I have Sky fibre broadband. I will be cancelling it shortly because it is too unreliable for me to use it for work.
