@ChrisElliott66 @SkyHelpTeam Mine was suddenly magically resolved when I asked them (not Sky - another provider) for the official response to my complaint in writing so that I could take it to the ombudsman, funny how a new router resolves all problems! Good luck!

@premierleague it’s becoming an absolute joke now with the amount of game postponements. You need to get a grip. Should never have let the first game be postponed. Now you’ve set a dangerous precedent. Love to know what @SkySports think about all this given the fortunes they pay.

@SkyHelpTeam Works on the browser but not the app, but vip reward says app only. Also my internet is so poor I can’t play any online video games or watch BT on the app. Only been a customer since Tuesday, had issues getting set up and more now unfortunately
