@ChrisElliott66 @SkyHelpTeam Mine was suddenly magically resolved when I asked them (not Sky - another provider) for the official response to my complaint in writing so that I could take it to the ombudsman, funny how a new router resolves all problems! Good luck!

@SkyUK just received a letter from you saying my Sky subscription is to increase again, that’s the final straw I’ll be phoning to cancel Sky completely.

@SkyHelpTeam I have tried this one three different browsers, safari, google chrome, Microsoft edge and on three different computers and separately an Ipad, same result. My partner also tried and same issue - I experienced same issue before the new year. Can u advise if this will be fixed.

@SkyHelpTeam All we’ve been told is that we had to pay for a new router and it didn’t solve the problem so it’s obviously something on ur end, I’m thinking you should upgrade ur servers so u can handle the traffic. It’s hard trying to connect to my online classes with the slowest WiFi alive
