@SkyHelpTeam Well although the software is all up to date I’ve forced a power down restart software update anyway so that maintenance is fully run on the machine. Can do no more without software updates to fix issues.

@SkyHelpTeam no internet in the Altrincham area. Rang customer service and told an engineer would come on 17Nov. What are we meant to do until then? I work from home, are you compensating my loss of earnings? A customer for 7 years and I’ve never been so livid.
