@SkyUK just received a letter from you saying my Sky subscription is to increase again, that’s the final straw I’ll be phoning to cancel Sky completely.

@ChrisElliott66 @SkyHelpTeam Mine was suddenly magically resolved when I asked them (not Sky - another provider) for the official response to my complaint in writing so that I could take it to the ombudsman, funny how a new router resolves all problems! Good luck!

@SkyUK Please can you fix your service in areas just beacuse you don't wanna put some padded piping under a train track we have to suffer from your Internet cutting our 24/7 due to wind and rain this is a joke and you should fix it costing people money while waisting there time.

@SkyHelpTeam If you don't get your connection issues sorted out then I will be forced to change providers. For a month now your connections cut out daily and it prevents me doing my job. I need a reliable provider and your service is very, very poor. Sort it out or I'm leaving.

Very frustrating, we moved house and @SkyHelpTeam gave us a new ex-directory number, we haven't given that number out at all as we use our mobiles, we get calls daily from sky technical team saying how we have problems with our broadband and we know they're scams. What can we do
