@ChrisElliott66 @SkyHelpTeam Mine was suddenly magically resolved when I asked them (not Sky - another provider) for the official response to my complaint in writing so that I could take it to the ombudsman, funny how a new router resolves all problems! Good luck!

@AlexRic79797880 @SkyHelpTeam @ThreeUK I’ve had my mobile with them for 5 years with no issues. There’s a 5G mast 300 metres away and I regularly get over 250MB download speeds on my phone. For £10 a month home broadband, even if it’s ****, it’s got to be better than the service I’m getting with Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam been waiting for an engineer for 4 days. Your advisors have “organised”2 call backs for myself in the last 2 days still nout. Now I’m on hold for the 6th time in 4 days for a problem which according to the service level agreement should have been sorted on Tuesday.
