@ChrisElliott66 @SkyHelpTeam Mine was suddenly magically resolved when I asked them (not Sky - another provider) for the official response to my complaint in writing so that I could take it to the ombudsman, funny how a new router resolves all problems! Good luck!

@stu_hanks @SkyHelpTeam I have been told by Sky there are engineers trying to fix the issue at the exchange but there are no engineers at the exchange at all so not quite sure where they are fixing the issue.
