@ChrisElliott66 @SkyHelpTeam Mine was suddenly magically resolved when I asked them (not Sky - another provider) for the official response to my complaint in writing so that I could take it to the ombudsman, funny how a new router resolves all problems! Good luck!

@SkyHelpTeam Yes a broadband engineer came to fit my new fibre box in the house and on doing this he came across a problem which is linked to the outside telephone pole which was wired up last week by a separate engineer

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve just joined you as a new customer with broadband and you haven’t even told me my broadband is activated yet and I’ve already had an email to say you’re putting my monthly bill up by £4!! How is this fair? I would have stayed with BT and taken their cheaper deal

@SkyHelpTeam I would like a contact detail for senior Sky management please because I was mis-sold Sky Glass in the first place and now these additional issues are incredibly annoying given the money I shell out each month. What is the highest level I can escalate my complaints to please?

@alighirl77 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Allison, you being with them for 22 years is the problem here, loyal customers always get the worst end of the deal, at the very least you have to threaten to leave each year, find out what new customer deals are going around and ask for the same deal or your moving to virgin.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes but they said it will take time. Sky engineer told me yesterday that its a priority and no less than 24 hours for them to fix it. I took a day off work to get this done yesterday and still not corrected.
