@ChrisElliott66 @SkyHelpTeam Mine was suddenly magically resolved when I asked them (not Sky - another provider) for the official response to my complaint in writing so that I could take it to the ombudsman, funny how a new router resolves all problems! Good luck!

@SkyHelpTeam 1st world problem. Got upgraded broadband (BT) and now the sky q box connection drops out on a daily basis. Is there some kind of upgrade due to prevent it, or at least a function to remember the password so we don’t have to enter every time.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Tony yes it hasn't been updated. The wifi came back on for about 20 mind yesterday but then went off again. Not good service at all, particularly when trying to work from home!
