    @SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

    @SkyHelpTeam we keep getting phone calls claiming to be from Sky. Nearly always an Asian person. This mornings said good evening then played a message about the Internet being poor. Surely this is a scam. We seem to get at least one every week

    @SkyHelpTeam broadband been down since midnight, your test system keeps failing and says come back later after saying no fault detected. Multiple reports of broadband issues from 3rd party source. MySky app is also down.

    @BeckyEverson @SkyUK @virginmedia Sky is ****. Virginmedia used to be good. Now they just as ****. Constant disconnections even when you select your own WiFi channel which one one else is using. Each lockdown has been a nightmare cos virigin internet randomly goes down. Sometimes in the middle of video calls.

    @BeckyEverson @SkyUK @virginmedia It’s great when the signal doesn’t drop out on WiFi, about 6 times a day. Sick of rebooting router. Should be the best around, but not impressed at moment.
