@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

@SkyUK Well I’ve been let down by your engineer. I’m newly discharged from hospital after 3 months & have no broadband to video call Drs etc. How do I get compensation and a new appointment. Also how do I leave SKY ?

@SkyHelpTeam we can’t get our internet or phone line set up because the engineer can’t be in the house for long enough.. we both work from home (and for the nhs) can you help urgently please?! This doesn’t seem sensible..
