@SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

Internet dropped off at my home at 2am. FOURTEEN hours later its still off. Birthday stream is in serious doubt if it isn’t fixed and back up and running by the morning @OpenreachHelp and @SkyHelpTeam thanks for zero help or answers all day. Your amazing!!
