@SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@SkyUK #SkyVIP... Unbelievable... I WANT to upgrade my sky, the app is less than useless & just keeps reverting to Skyglass, which i dont want, the offers do not correspond to my current package & telephone ops do not understand... HELP !

@SkyHelpTeam no Internet connection all morning then intermittent.keep doing the so called checks and each time it says nothing is wrong it's all working fine. I'm sitting here with no lights on and your so called checker says it's all working OK and you have no issues your side?
