@SkyHelpTeam what on earth is going on with your bandwidth at the moment? We have full wifi strength throughout our whole flat and for the past month, our broadband has been limping along with inconsistent speeds, dropouts and connection issues. We're in E2 in London.

Such as - we live in a massively privileged country, that kinda thing for UK citizens would be easy, but what about Twitter users from under privileged countries that may not have those forms of ID?
