    @SkyHelpTeam so with the issue in Dunfermline I now a second issue, have you guys changed the hubs response to no Internet, as now its not allowing a local WiFi network either, all devices get sent to the "self help" so no speakers as they can't "sign in" to play local stuff

    Hi @SkyUK I’ve been without broadband and landline for nearly six weeks now due to a fault, I keep being promised it will be repaired soon but still nothing!!! Can someone help please as this is appealing customer service!!! 😩Thanks
