    @DalaiPalmerMCR @bluwes @SkySports Dodgy decision is never justified but I feel your pain, that’s what Brentford did to us. Laid down every two minutes feigning injury, twice as long as normal to throw or goal kick. So frustrating but the ref let it all happen

    @PoundshopGuv @SkyHelpTeam It’s really so frustrating!! I’d much rather they told me the fix was going to take a month rather than making me chase round and round for answers. C’mon @SkyHelpTeam, please tell us what is going on! We also look forward to a refund to reflect the drop in service.

    @Aligoodwin1970 @SkyHelpTeam I get this too, there is over 50 pages of complaints from sky subscribers on the community forum and not a peep from sky on the issue. I think they are minimising access to OD content for non sky broadband customers. Managed some downloads at 3am only for them to be corrupt

    @SkyHelpTeam Any further updates this is now around 10 days. You must know the issue and a proposed solution? Communications from you to your customers is very lacking.

    @SkyHelpTeam , have had no Internet connection since midday today, has there been an issue for the Worcester area today. We have also had problems over the past week and this weekend

    Hello @SkyHelpTeam why am I not able to download and watch any @SkyUK content on my Q box, constant download failed, all other content works fine, my connection is good, the post about this on the Sky community is now 49 pages long, stop blaming BT and fix it, Missing loads now.
