Hi @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been onto my works ict department because of audio issues and they advised the ping ms 334 while connecting to a remote worker desktop. Our household is using connections with other devices like phones,tablets,smart speakers. Any recommendations on this?

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for trying CL. I’m afraid your system is designed to make it incredibly difficult to resolve issues and for a consumer it’s incredibly frustrating. I’ll be ending the contract when it runs out in a couple of weeks.

@SkyHelpTeam So…I pay for a service which, let’s be frank, is slow and often off for days (causing my other Sky TV services to be rendered useless) only for me to have to take unpaid time off for it to be ‘fixed’? Getting kind of tiresome now…
