    @SkyHelpTeam wow. Called today to consider my options with you. The call centre couldn’t help , then when asked if I would rate the call became angry as I said her help today was only IMHO worth a score of 6/ 7! What’s going on?

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I'm wondering what sort of internet speeds people in my area generally get. I know what the website says as an estimate but don't know how accurate that is overall. I'm currently a Vermin Media customer on 350Mb broadband but even 50Mb is fine if it's reliable.

    Very disappointed with @SkyUK and @SkyHelpTeam . As a long term customer I will be moving as soon as my contract expires. Sad after over 6 years of service, but their attitude stinks.
