    @bestcanton7 @SkySports The only way any effective action will be taken is if the stadium and megastore are completely empty season tickets are not renewed but we know this is never going to happen trends on Twitter mean nothing

    @SkyHelpTeam one for tomorrow. Issue with broadband (again). Online checker says speed to hub is fine so won’t let me escalate. I’ve checked speed directly at router 1ft away from main incoming. 6mbps. So issue with line in or sky router. History suggests line in.

    @SkyHelpTeam when will you fix the ITV hub app on your sky glass platform. People have been moaning about this for months and it’s still no better. It crashes every time there is an ad break.
