    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the reply. It said that the test was not working and to try later on. In the meantime the wifi connection has come back, but it is very spotty. What can be done to improve the speed?

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello the last time an engineer was here he advised taking one microfilter away. I have a landline telephone. Its a cordless phone. Just a regular cordless phone. I have never had any problems other thsn just really slow WiFi, up until the last month.

    @SkyHelpTeam Helllo! It’s the lack of broadband speed constantly. I changed at Christmas and it’s been horrendous ever since moving to your super one. Have ran through all diagnostics and it just keeps telling to call you guys. So I call but can never get through.
