    @bestcanton7 @SkySports The only way any effective action will be taken is if the stadium and megastore are completely empty season tickets are not renewed but we know this is never going to happen trends on Twitter mean nothing

    @SkyHelpTeam need help please. Had broadband fitted friday, trying to turn off sky sheild, but it says our broadband isnt active yet so cant access the thing at all. Paul.

    Trying to get through to @SkyUK to cancel & been on hold call for over 24 mins now…..what’s the record?? I’m guessing an hour as sure they will charge me 😡😡

    @SkyHelpTeam I do - somewhere. We used to get this disconnection/dropout issue with the Sky Q hub as well - the only difference is, we didn't get a reported error message. This seems to be a daily occurrence when the DHCP lease expires and the modem tries to renew the IP.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi there yes still experiencing the issue. Been using channel 803 so normal SD is fine but ITV HD 103 the sound is still awful.

    @SkyHelpTeam No, that’s the message I get when I call customer service. It has been down since 11am. I have had to take the day off work as I WFH. I need to know what the fault is and estimated times. Your phone line will not let me speak to anyone. When I click on that link I get a blank pg
