@SkyHelpTeam Ok so what can we do to escalate this? If I’d stayed with Virgin, I could be working now. But because of mis-advice I’m now left answering to my boss that I can’t work until at least Monday. That’s not acceptable. So help me understand what we can do about this? Thanks

@SkyHelpTeam Have to admit, I spend most of my viewing time on the Disney and Netflix apps now. Obvs, I’ve got those on all my other devices too, so aside from F1 and Indycar, I have no need for Sky now. Prob cancel at the end of my contract and do the day pass things NowTV for the races.

@SkyHelpTeam I already have a complaint logged you need to get your staff back into the office so they can speak to colleagues I ve spent 3 weeks trying to sort out a simple broadband issue but every time I call get a different person to deal with and a different opinion
