    @SkyHelpTeam Basically it won’t leave Standby mode or un-pause (if whatever we’re watching has been paused). (I’ve changed remote batteries a couple of times). The only solution is a hard-reset (ie power cycle). It’s only an issue with our older Sky MiniQ box. The newer one works just fine.

    @SkyHelpTeam Day two of trying to cancel… so was online chat for 1 yesterday and 3 hours today and now on the phone for 50 mins and still so response…. I just want to cancel :(

    @SkyHelpTeam Unfortunately I’m not the landlord/bill payer (they are currently away and uncontactable), I would need their login details to access the line test, so I cannot access it.

    @SkyUK paying you for broadband. Even recently paid for an upgrade yet here I am using mobile data. Tried online help, tried calling… still unresolved! Very poor 😔

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve run the tests and it says there is an issue connecting to the hub. I’ve run through everything else, resetting the hub etc, it sits where it is. I do suspect there’s a local issue rather than an equipment issue but given it’s a new build area I don’t know who to contact

    @SkyHelpTeam 2nd attempt. Are there any known sky broadband issues in the SW18 Area of London? I’ve had no internet for at least 5 hours. I’m tested all the connection points and rebooted the hub, still not working!

    @SkyHelpTeam At the moment it is being escalated by the engineer. But the issues are just constant. Both teams have continuously said “it’s not us it’s them” re: tv/bband engineers. Literally booked 2 days off work for visits, the bband engineers done last week was reversed by the TV guy 2day
