Having to work in the office this weekend thanks to @SkyUK being my choice of Internet service provider. @SkyHelpTeam engineer booked but not until 16th which is appalling "service"!! No Internet at home made me realise that not having Sky Glass is good as we still have TV!

@SkyHelpTeam The main page says there are reported broadband and talk issues in my area from 18:41 last night. We have gone through all the suggested troubleshooting with our router and it still comes up with the same issue.

@SkyHelpTeam What use is this when you're testing the line and it says all is ok? The connection just keeps dropping off every 10-12 minutes...there is no issue in house or with any of the hardware. It's your connection to the exchange.

@RealSoupyTwist @SkyUK I doubt it mate I know tons of people that have been doing it for years and never had a problem. Plus I read that they usually give you warnings first anyway. It’s impossible to stop it as it’s all over the net anyway and when they take a stream down another pops up
