@SkyHelpTeam Nope there's no option to actually speak to someone , I guess Sky are still using covid as an excuse so that you aren't allowed to speak to someone , never mind you've lost a sale

@SkyHelpTeam Tried all that. There is a central fault which @WeAreOpenreach needs to co-ordinate and resolve. They are sending one engineer for each household when they just need one who can fine the central fault. 4th engineer now out here and will conclude central problem.
