@SkyHelpTeam If your sky broadband has gone down change your dns settings to manual and 8.8.8.8 on each device and your internet will work again! Change back once they fixed it

@SkyHelpTeam we originally bought our Netflix through the app. We recently bought Netflix through our sky package. We were ask to cancel our originally Netflix account and you would take over. We now dont have any Netflix whats so ever. Can you advise?
