@David_J_Stevens @SkyHelpTeam Same. My broadband is down in Portrush, Northern Ireland. Can't perform the online test as I get the same error message as your photo. Phone line says ring in the morning. We are in the middle of a 6 week lockdown here and this is my 3rd outage this year!

23 years with @skytv @SkyHelpTeam and it’s getting worse. Probably the best part of £20k spent.I could have bought my own satellite for that and get a better signal. The technology is getting worse and 2 engineers still cannot get it to work blaming Wi-Fi. It’s hardwired!

Hi @SkyUK our BB hasn’t been working since 3pm today - we’ve luckily booked an engineer visit for tomorrow however we’ve noticed our neighbours tree has come down in the wind and there are cables from our house attached (thinking it might be the problem) how can we inform you?
