@SkyHelpTeam Good morning (or it will be by the time you get this) my mother in law has a faulty land line again and is not tech savvy at all. Her line was fixed in the past few months as this is not the first time this has happened, how can she contact you for a fix?

@SkyHelpTeam I will do that but please explain why sky glass fails on a daily basis is to deliver its service. Either the sky glass tv or the puck has to be rebooted every day

@XxUnionJxX @SkySports @SkySportsF1 Sometimes i wonder the same thing. Sky speaks like last year had fundamental problems, when it was the most entertaining year ever. What’s different now? Still it’s a 2 team sport, and now engineers and drivers can’t do anything to overcome a bad power unit.

SkySports doing their bit of playing down Mercedes' issues and doing the usual sucking up to Hamilton. Truth is that 30s behind the leaders in race trim is not going to be fixed very soon. But they casually glossed over that fact #SaudiArabianGP #F1

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks, I would have expected an engineer one day next week, unfortunately we have a holiday 4/7 April I’ve just retired as a service engineer and we had 4 hour recall response times, just hope they bring a replacement main Q box

@SkyHelpTeam But as they are hard wired through a proven ethernet network through a new Netgear gigabit switch (which I didn’t need but was told I did) rules out Wi-Fi issues
