@David_J_Stevens @SkyHelpTeam Same. My broadband is down in Portrush, Northern Ireland. Can't perform the online test as I get the same error message as your photo. Phone line says ring in the morning. We are in the middle of a 6 week lockdown here and this is my 3rd outage this year!

@SkyHelpTeam Would be if the internet worked for more than twenty seconds. It’s useless, the help isn’t help sorry I’m fed up and nobody is ever able to just call me and say, how can we help you. It’s your problem but i pay for it. Not for much longer the way this is going

@SkyUK after 21 years as a customer TV and broadband asked this evening if there are any deals going as we are out of contract on the 10th Jan only to be told no and the new cost would be £37 a month.... Great customer service off to a new broadband provider now.

@SkyHelpTeam Need your help, sky q mini intermittent freezing & blue screen for past month, have followed all steps online, resetting main Q box, resetting hub, software updates match up etc but nothing working. Not getting anywhere fast when trying to phone! Losing will to live!
