@SkyHelpTeam I have. Entertainingly it keeps going on and off this evening…so I remain totally unconvinced that they do need to come in…there’s an area outage for BT customers as well…I’m not going to cancel the appointment this time though…it’s unstable.

@ssk59 @SkyHelpTeam Seems like a lot of there systems went down. The. We all pulled on to try and login and that fell over, that I can understand. However all they had to do was update the status page etc or pin a comment in Twitter.

@SkyHelpTeam Why is your service so bad not once has anybody replied to me and Evan when you ring sky there not bothered about my issue which is I’ve had no internet since 1 am yesterday because there is a outage but for 20 hours it’s a absolute joke I’m 100% leaving at the end of my contract

@SkyHelpTeam can you confirm that Sky Glass is a terrible invention and a complete waste of money? I can’t wait for my 5,000th call to them tomorrow since I’ve had the system put in…. Which was in February!
