@David_J_Stevens @SkyHelpTeam Same. My broadband is down in Portrush, Northern Ireland. Can't perform the online test as I get the same error message as your photo. Phone line says ring in the morning. We are in the middle of a 6 week lockdown here and this is my 3rd outage this year!

@SkyHelpTeam @ShinyQball I rely on the download service as I'm disabled to watch box sets. I think compensation should be considered as I could have carried on with my stick. SkyGo is no use to me as I have vision problems & need the large screen
