    @David_J_Stevens @SkyHelpTeam Same. My broadband is down in Portrush, Northern Ireland. Can't perform the online test as I get the same error message as your photo. Phone line says ring in the morning. We are in the middle of a 6 week lockdown here and this is my 3rd outage this year!

    @SkyHelpTeam Ordered the fight on the box office booking telephone line and was told signal was sent 20mins ago. Still isn’t working, REFUND!

    @SkyHelpTeam I've decided to leave after 20 years being a customer - that's how bad Sky is now. The phone service is disgusting. Not even exaggerating at least 80% i speak to don't understand the English language are are extremely rude. I spoke to a manager and he kept speaking over me!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. I’d like to make a complaint please. I don’t appreciate your engineers lying to me and tricking me into signing up for services I didn’t really want saying that the free trial wouldn’t continue unless I authorised it. I’ve now lost £47.20 because of this

    @PGATOUR the Rocket Classic highlights as shown on SkySports in the UK is extremely poor. Only putts showed. Not one shot of the person who won or of the playoff. Watching only putting is boring. Let’s see some of the Drives and iron play!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I have recently left Sky as moving abroad. I did tell the agent to send the package to return sky broadband hub to a different address but they sent it to the address I have moved from. I cant seem to login to my account or speak to someone on the webchat.
