@David_J_Stevens @SkyHelpTeam Same. My broadband is down in Portrush, Northern Ireland. Can't perform the online test as I get the same error message as your photo. Phone line says ring in the morning. We are in the middle of a 6 week lockdown here and this is my 3rd outage this year!

Having to watch SkyGo on PC due to decorating @SkyHelpTeam now got this error code: PFE 9027-IH. Really considering moving elsewhere when my contract is up. No subtitles on too many tv prog/films, skygo not working, just one thing after another!!

You’re the worst @SkyUK. You sucker me into a new contract on the latest package citing ‘savings’, only to then hear you’re increasing your prices in a few months anyway. After nearly 20 years I’m utterly sick of it. That’s the last time, I can promise you that much at least.

@SkyHelpTeam I pay my subscription, yet I can't watch the Middlesbrough Vs Huddersfield game. All other games on red button working. Only kept the subscription this month as this game was one I wanted to watch. Yet it's not working? Refund please.
