Such terrible customer service from @SkyUK ! 2 wks without wifi and still no idea when we will get it back. Used over 200gb of data so I can work from home and the kids can do what they want on their summer holiday. Apparently it’s a @BTOpenreach1 problem as they own the line 1/2

@SkyHelpTeam It’s all up to date not changed my account. The technical error is when I login it won’t even let me get to where I select a channel. Yesterday before i uninstalled it wouldn’t let me watch any channel
