    @David_J_Stevens @SkyHelpTeam Same. My broadband is down in Portrush, Northern Ireland. Can't perform the online test as I get the same error message as your photo. Phone line says ring in the morning. We are in the middle of a 6 week lockdown here and this is my 3rd outage this year!

    @SkyHelpTeam Still down in BB1 sending misinformation about rectifying the issue when it’s still down in certain areas after second day of no usage is abhorrent. Stop telling customers you resolved the issue when quite clearly it is not!

    @OFLoakfurniture @SkyUK It’s been looked into three times and still not delivered. We have had to cancel the order as we have no sofa and can’t wait until the end of December which is what your latest delivery time was. We also had apologies three times. Not good enough.

    @SkyHelpTeam How long before you resolve the broadband issues in PR4 area? Trying to work from home is a nightmare! Also what compensation will be given to customers? Ours went down at 8am yesterday and still intermittent issues now.
