Can't perform the online test as I get the same error message as your photo. Phone line says ring in the morning. We are in the middle of a 6 week lockdown here and this is my 3rd outage this year!

We have had to cancel the order as we have no sofa and can’t wait until the end of December which is what your latest delivery time was. We also had apologies three times. Not good enough.
