@bt_uk @SkyUK Unbelievably bad experience with Sky this morning and error with BT. BT engineer visited and has accidentally cut us off. No number to call them. And Sky our main provider says unable to escalate have to wait until Saturday for routine visit. Well I work from home!

Hi @SkyUk I have removed ultra HD from my package and you now tell via email me that I have been downgraded to the Netflix standard plan. Confusing since I pay Netflix directly and have done so for years. My Netflix has nothing to do with my Sky service?
