    @David_J_Stevens @SkyHelpTeam Same. My broadband is down in Portrush, Northern Ireland. Can't perform the online test as I get the same error message as your photo. Phone line says ring in the morning. We are in the middle of a 6 week lockdown here and this is my 3rd outage this year!

    @SkyHelpTeam Ordered the fight on the box office booking telephone line and was told signal was sent 20mins ago. Still isn’t working, REFUND!

    @SkyHelpTeam trying to sort out our account but no live chat available, and after 20 mins on hold your customer services team won’t go through security because my wife joined the call and wasn’t there at the start. Any other way to resolve our issue?!
