@SkyHelpTeam I took delivery of a Sky puck yesterday and frankly it’s not fit for purpose. Reset umpteen times and it doesn’t work. Thankfully I only chose 31 day contract. How do I cancel? Who do I email or ring? Back to my trusty Apple TV.

@SkyHelpTeam It did sort itself out Ellie, but I've been having random outages since the fibre got put in (including the time when improvement works in the West Midlands somehow affected me). Copper may have been orders of magnitude slower but it was a damn sight more reliable.
