@Rammspanghoul @SkyHelpTeam I seem to be seeing the same - the MUX is 11126V, Channel 4 HD and 4seven. There are bursts of 'continuity errors', which means part of the video stream is going missing.

@SkyUK Hi. Since it started snowing, I've not been able to receive any satellite signal to the SkyQ box. Just checked the dish, there's no snow on it. Tried to call, no operators available. Live chat on website, absolutely no help either. No statement from Sky either. Help pls
