@SkyHelpTeam had no broadband for last 9 days. After hours on phone to different agents one colleague told me there is a problem with the 4.2 router and it won’t get fixed until January. Told me to try and buy the old square type on EBay to see if that is better. Unbelievable!

I’ve had @virginmedia for 3 weeks now and I’m appalled with the service and help! My Tv has only 5 channels and only half of my devices connect to my hub! The technical help has been absolutely rubbish!! I think I’ll leave and go back to @SkyUK
