@SkyHelpTeam Sky Sports Ultra HD is now awful...football is now like watching with the floodlights off. I assume it's because of HDR etc but it's now almost unwatchable.

@SkyHelpTeam I was told there was an outage in the area which was affecting other properties too. 72 hours was mentioned but that seems a long time to repair the fault. He lives in a rural area and needs the phone to be working.
