@SkyHelpTeam I have set up 3 emails in my sky account for my family over the years and would like to add another one but I can’t see how you do it - can you help, they don’t have an email at all as only 7 😊

@SkyHelpTeam @doublespresso1 I tried testing mine while it was down for the past 2.5 hours for it to show there was no problems when clearly there was as myself and many others had no internet, total waste of time. It’s finally back on!!

@SkyHelpTeam and the #skyglass issues continue. I’ve had to revert to my trusty Amazon Fire TV to watch programmes from STV player/ITV Hub as the equivalent Sky Glass apps load a black screen. When are you going to improve this abysmal “experience”? 😤

@SkyHelpTeam @euphoricstate02 Sky you need to stop being a useless provider. You spend more time down you should change your name to "earth". Think naming the company " sky" was a little too ambitious guys. GET YIUR SERVICE BACK ON AND GIVE WHAT WE ARE PAYING YOU FOR!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam is there an issue with broadband in EH15? Broadband just completely dropped out and no green light on hub for internet and amber for voice. Not very convenient for the YouTuber in the house who streams through the night.
