@SkyHelpTeam I have set up 3 emails in my sky account for my family over the years and would like to add another one but I can’t see how you do it - can you help, they don’t have an email at all as only 7 😊

@SkyHelpTeam U had an outrage last night most of cheshire had a problem with Internet so you should change your advert because your not the most reliable broadband during outrage the app couldn't find the hub

@SkyHelpTeam Apparently there are no known errors in my area but my hub isn’t connected. I have a single orange light. I’ve followed all the health checks including rebooting, disconnecting etc. no luck.
