    @Linz1979 @SkyHelpTeam Not had VM since I stopped working there. This seems to be a total network issue across the whole UK. Pain when trying to stream or that though. Happy Christmas to you and hope VM sort their issues out ASAP.

    Bought films with @SkyUK and because I’m not a customer anymore I’m not able to watch them. They cost nearly £20! No wonder people stream illegally. Robbing bar stewards.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi there is no combinations of voice commands which can get me through to an advisor. Ongoing issues which cannot be fixed with online help.

    @SkyUK my broadband was meant to be set up yesterday and hasn't been done. Can't get through on the phone no matter which options I press on the automated line. Can you help please?

    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely appalled that after an initial call on 30th October to join sky for tv & broadband as moving to our new property on 27/11, that 33 days later & a catalogue of issues the engineer didn’t show up as arranged & now we are due back to WFH but have no internet

    @SkyHelpTeam broadband down for the third time today. All morning been getting 10-20mb when I am paying for a minimum of 50mb You do realise folk are trying to work from home? Absolute joke

    @SkyHelpTeam @JulianMiddleto8 Be prepared to wait weeks if not months for internet. We arranged sky installation a month before moving and engineer for broadband didn’t show up and now we’re being told could be months as line is blocked. Hope you don’t encounter the same issues as us

    @SkySports can you try and make sure that your presenter is accurate. The rangers weren’t “put down” to the 4th division. They had to apply to start again in the 4th division. Thanks. Not hard to be accurate unless there is an agenda here.

    @SkyUK Possibly quitting you today after 25 years. Your failure to deal with my problems are just not good enough. My Sky Go doesn't work, as a bus driver, I need this, but you keep putting up obstacles. Contact me or live chat or I go elsewhere and you can take the boxes.

    @SkyHelpTeam please help, engineer and cust serv incompetent. Engineer misdiagnose problem, tell me sky no longer support where sky positioned dish so missing channels cannot be fixed . I pay for local company who fix problem and nothing to do with dish and simple cable problem

    @SkyHelpTeam It is due to cancel on the 15th. I am moving house very soon, I was asked which address I need it sent too in which I asked how long it would take, I was told it would be around a week which meant my current address would be fine but time is running out

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes Jason, they tell me they would never support my dish again as on chimney (normal standard house). I did what anybody would do to get there tv working as sky basically ditching support for so called VIP customer of 30 years
