@chateauxwindy @LadyCatHT @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom I now pay for a landline with @virginmedia because it would be more expensive to have broadband only 🤔 I have never used the landline, there is no phone plugged into it, no idea even what my number is.

@SkyHelpTeam Ok just some constructive feedback would be to say that it is does still work on laptops but only certain devices & link to page where I can check if mine is compatible. Sending me to a generic help page with no context is just lazy & unhelpful.

Avoid @SkyUK at all costs. 3 months without service due to their incompetence. Another engineer not bothered to turn up today so it’s 3 months without service and the next appointment is another month 🤬🤬🤬 AVOID AVOID AVOID SKY TV

Can’t get my @SkyUk box to download anything quickly...internet’s fine ✅ turned the box on and off ✅ watched Netflix to test network ✅ and yet I can’t watch a single movie or box set, despite paying a fortune for the privilege! Been waiting an hour for a episode to reach 14%

@SkyHelpTeam Router powercycling after upgrade to ultrafast. Now on third sr204 and problem persists. Openreach out three times and line checked - no problems. Eight days uninterrupted broadband (ds 137). Speed today up to 150 and router switches off about every 50 mins.

@SkyHelpTeam Have to admit I have a Friday afternoon box. My previous Sky Q box died - hard disc failure. The replacement one is the new model but really suffers from not turning on. I find off at the switch and back on again is the only solution. Disappointing!
