@SkyHelpTeam I'd love to ask the person who had the bright idea of only allowing TV watching if you have a solid internet connection... at least when my internet went down before Sky Q I could still watch TV! Have to reset my router and boosters 5-10 times a day just to watch TV

@SkyUK Awful services from Sky. Broadband was supposed to be installed from 1-5pm on the 6th May. An engineer phoned at 10.03am to come to the house. I was out but said I’d specifically be back by 11.30am. We agreed. He didn’t turn up and then lied and said I was in work!!!
