@SkySports ruined football a long time before today's announcement. Horrible to see how much football has wrecked a sport that brings so much fun to the working class people. Imagine the @spfl and other leagues were treated equally to the Premier league.

@SkyHelpTeam I'd love to ask the person who had the bright idea of only allowing TV watching if you have a solid internet connection... at least when my internet went down before Sky Q I could still watch TV! Have to reset my router and boosters 5-10 times a day just to watch TV

@Al_jayy99 @SkyHelpTeam Yeah, that’s what I’m thinking. As I say if I switch to HDMI and watch Disney+ via my Fire Stick 4K then Dolby Vision/Atmos becomes available on Sky Glass TV, it’s just not available on the native app. Hopefully they’ll update it soon. Not a huge problem but a strange one anyway.

@SkyHelpTeam No they cannot. For a month and a half over many calls/emails, it's been mostly about how sorry they are. A simple search shows many subscribers have had this problem so should be technically easy to solve. But you are an inefficient company and nobody takes responsibility.
