@SkyHelpTeam I'd love to ask the person who had the bright idea of only allowing TV watching if you have a solid internet connection... at least when my internet went down before Sky Q I could still watch TV! Have to reset my router and boosters 5-10 times a day just to watch TV

When @WeAreOpenreach take it upon themselves to diagnose an internal fault as outside & try to cancel your appt. Then @SkyUK book you another for 2day. Take a day AL to be told the appt is tomorrow and if I'm not in I'll receive a £65 fine. Fantastic.
