We arranged sky installation a month before moving and engineer for broadband didn’t show up and now we’re being told could be months as line is blocked. Hope you don’t encounter the same issues as us

We find Virgin seem to strangle bandwidth and slow the network down massively. Two sons, one on a PS4, other on an X Box. Causes major grief.
