@terrychristian @SkyHelpTeam It is a pain in the arse, to be fair. We find Virgin seem to strangle bandwidth and slow the network down massively. Two sons, one on a PS4, other on an X Box. Causes major grief. Had Sky before with no issue, yet @virginmedia seems much worse. 😳

@SkyHelpTeam Morning, I have been on the recieving end of the worst customer service ever from sky recently. Promised call back Fri/Sat but heard nothing. I get an email saying we tried to call, but we didn't get you so more or less your case is closed Case ref: 1161600232 help!!

Just checked my @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam app to discover they are attempting to charge me almost 3x my actual monthly amount by DD this month. Thought issues had been resolved with this as wrong amounts have been happening since Sept. Honestly never ever go with them!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I'm wondering what sort of internet speeds people in my area generally get. I know what the website says as an estimate but don't know how accurate that is overall. I'm currently a Vermin Media customer on 350Mb broadband but even 50Mb is fine if it's reliable.

Very disappointed with @SkyUK and @SkyHelpTeam . As a long term customer I will be moving as soon as my contract expires. Sad after over 6 years of service, but their attitude stinks.
