I cant take this anymore. Sort your broadband out @SkyUK. This is ridiculous. I can barely check my emails or join a video conference today. I understand there’s increased demand on your servers with everyone being at home, bt surely 2months is long enough to sort this issue.

@67seann @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports Theres no great option. In a fair world we would not sell tickets till fans are allowed back in and put our games on at 5 quid PPV. Unfortunately this would mean a fire sale on players. This appears to be the best of many bad options.

@ClerksonPhoto @SkyHelpTeam I need to contact them as well and can’t get thru. Even their MySky app doesn’t have the messenger service on it anymore. Very poor from them to treat you like that mate. Suppose it’s the easiest way for them to keep customers if they can’t call up & cancel.

Everyone can make up their own minds. From the clubs perspective if you chargex 5 quid a game rather than 30 youd never get 6 times as many people sign up

Got to pay a *£40* admin fee to @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam for the pleasure of continuing to pay nearly £100 pcm for tv and broadband. Lovely customer care for someone who has been with them for 3 years! Might have to quit sky tv. Can’t justify these costs anymore.

Gonna cancel my @SkyUK movies subscription tomorrow. I am so utterly pissed off with having to enter my PIN every time I want to watch a movie before 8 pm in the evening. And no it cannot be changed in settings I’ve tried dozens of times. @netflix doesn’t require it so why sky?

@SkyHelpTeam my sky a box has lost ALL of my downloads and all of my schedules. I’ve checked the sky go app and they are all missing there too. Please advise how to fix this. I’ve checked software and unplugged for 5 mins etc.
