    @SkyHelpTeam Okay I'll break it down for you - Why you can't renegotiate your package online? When you do you call Sky, you always get offered a crap deal & it's only when you threaten to cancel that you actually get a better deal.

    @SkyHelpTeam broadband down for the third time today. All morning been getting 10-20mb when I am paying for a minimum of 50gb You do realise folk are trying to work from home? Absolute joke

    @67seann @gasreggal @liviman71 @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports Thats what id do if it was my decision but we have to accept that if we go down this route our team on the park will be considerably weakened and some staff at Celtic Park will lose their jobs. Its not an easy decision. Celtic are more reliant on gate income than most clubs.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m a new customer and very unhappy with sky internet. No service and have to wait 2-5 working days for engineer . Can’t even get the guaranteed internet in every room either . Poor service, promise customer one thing then changed minds depending on who you speak to

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK There is a 14 day cooling off period, cancel immediately. Do not speak to the first 2/3 reps from India who call. You will finally speak to someone from Glasgow who will give you the best deal ( that is if you actually want Sky!!). I got them from £180 to £83.

    @SkyHelpTeam 27 years a customer for the vast majority paying a full subscription of movies &sports and now with ill health & falling into debt & when I really need help they won’t let me relinquish 9 months left on my contract. I was going to take a break, I’ll never be back.

    @jammierooroo @PetuniaSmith6 @SkyUK This is what they do,their customer services are really pushy and come across as very intimidating.Before you know it you are talked into taking a package that you dont want or need.Tried the same with my brother in law who has a learning disability,easy prey unfortunately.
