    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely appalled that after an initial call on 30th October to join sky for tv & broadband as moving to our new property on 27/11, that 33 days later & a catalogue of issues the engineer didn’t show up as arranged & now we are due back to WFH but have no internet

    @UKHospKate Thanks for replying and in order to get updates on levels of discounts to support trades opening, are there guidelines as there’s some doubling of fees by Sky. Could be random “salesman” but poor show from @SkySports @SkySportsPL

    @SkyHelpTeam Yep I don’t get why my phone doesn’t like the number either.Therefore please can a customer service advisor contact me please. Can you DM and go through my account details so we can take this further. Im asking for help to upgrade my account. So what is the solution?

    @SkyHelpTeam broadband down for the third time today. All morning been getting 10-20mb when I am paying for a minimum of 50mb You do realise folk are trying to work from home? Absolute joke

    @SkyHelpTeam hi there is no combinations of voice commands which can get me through to an advisor. Ongoing issues which cannot be fixed with online help.

    @HughesStephrn @gasreggal @liviman71 @67seann @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports I'm not happy about it but understand why we are going down this route and have renewed to a. Keep my seat and b. Hopefully be back in the stadium at some point this season. Understand others wont renew and it doesnt make them any less of a fan.

    @SkyUK Possibly quitting you today after 25 years. Your failure to deal with my problems are just not good enough. My Sky Go doesn't work, as a bus driver, I need this, but you keep putting up obstacles. Contact me or live chat or I go elsewhere and you can take the boxes.

    @SkyHelpTeam @JulianMiddleto8 Be prepared to wait weeks if not months for internet. We arranged sky installation a month before moving and engineer for broadband didn’t show up and now we’re being told could be months as line is blocked. Hope you don’t encounter the same issues as us

    @67seann @gasreggal @liviman71 @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports Thats what id do if it was my decision but we have to accept that if we go down this route our team on the park will be considerably weakened and some staff at Celtic Park will lose their jobs. Its not an easy decision. Celtic are more reliant on gate income than most clubs.

    @shaunjacques @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK Ours down as well, I said exactly the same thing..they just say ‘what does our test result say’ blah blah blah well it says ‘everything is good’ as I’ve got an orange light on internet connection and we were watching something fine then it suddenly went off but it’s our fault..

    @1904Irrelevants @primevideosport @SkySports Yeah they've been good. Main things they need to work on if they want more games are lag time (only 20 seconds tonight, which is a big improvement on last season), and the issues they have when loads of people are accessing live streams at same time & some just get error message
