    @SkyHelpTeam this is the second day that your broadband services are not working. It’s a bit ironic that while your prices are up your services are down. Please fix the issue.

    I cant take this anymore. Sort your broadband out @SkyUK. This is ridiculous. I can barely check my emails or join a video conference today. I understand there’s increased demand on your servers with everyone being at home, bt surely 2months is long enough to sort this issue.

    Just phoned @SkyHelpTeam to cancel an engineer visit this afternoon- got put on hold for 20 mins as the guy went off to talk to his manager, so I’ve hung up - the engineer isn’t getting in, and im not paying the cancellation fee - FYI

    @ClerksonPhoto @SkyHelpTeam I need to contact them as well and can’t get thru. Even their MySky app doesn’t have the messenger service on it anymore. Very poor from them to treat you like that mate. Suppose it’s the easiest way for them to keep customers if they can’t call up & cancel.

    @SkyUK No stable wifi since Jan. Had several engineers (Sky&BT) who haven’t fixed the problem. For most of the day the middle ‘internet’ light is orange& no wifi service. Needing resolved urgently given we’re work from home for the foreseeable. Can’t get through on phone or web

    @SkyHelpTeam yo! Got no connection in NR1, all lights are green, your troubleshooting page is down on the website so can’t test the connection but there’s no fault this end from what I can see.

    @SkyHelpTeam Why does the internet keep dropping out? It’s so poor 😩 my partner is constantly moaning about how bad it is. I love Sky tv but genuinely can’t see how we can stay with the internet being so terrible!
