@SkyUK wondering if you can help me.... on my bill it says sky entertainment has been cancelled and I haven’t even cancelled it? I’ve not called in a very long time and I’m getting a £24 cancelling fee. I never gave anyone in sky to cancel this?

@SkyHelpTeam Morning sky help team, during the lock down I got the signature pack(tried to get the sky+Netflix) told it comes with the skyQ box but they were unavailable at the time, I can’t get through on the phone to ask if I will get the skyQ box as I’m still using the old sky+? Thanks

@SkyHelpTeam Yeah I do that regularly and have done so just there. The 1st pic is when I try to access email and 2nd when I click on any SKY search link bar mobile upgrade. Last time I spoke to SKY when I had B/B issues they acknowledged that they are hearing this a hell of a lot.

@SkyHelpTeam Good Evening, now my problem with sub titles on my Glass I has changed into something else! Every time I switch on the tv they come I cancel them they by pressing the 3 dots menu. When I DO want them when am watching something The 3 dots don’t have sub titles !

On the 4/9 will be 2 months since I place an order with @SkyHelpTeam for broadband and still no connection due to @OpenreachHelp cabinet capacity issues this is the same as @virginmedia meaning I haven't a way of getting a broadband connection in Greater London anymore. Thanks

@nukke741 @SkyHelpTeam During the last 'update' our neighbour had a medical emergency, we were unable to dial 999 using our home phone and I had to drive 15 mins to get a phone signal in order to get help. Someone IS GOING TO DIE because of these downtimes. Lucky a Defib was closer than a phone signal

@SkyHelpTeam Any channel , for example when I was watching news on C4 / BBC they kept appearing especially when I switch the tv for the first time so I cancel them, the repeatedly come for the 1/2 hr or so. Now am watching BBC iplayer and want them and can’t get them!
