@SkyHelpTeam is there any update on issues in Glasgow area? No WiFi Internet connection as it keeps dropping, cannot connect Q mini boxes. This has been over 24 hours now. No updates on app or website. You get paid enough in our subscriptions so get the service restored 😡😡😡

@nozzla @SkyUK They also don’t make it aware that when you activate Glass, all of your Q recordings disappear as Q account is closed. We had screenshots from Sky Go of what we were recording & had on Q box but many of those can’t be found on Glass. V v v v annoying tbh. No real CS support.

@SkyHelpTeam The time on my Sky+ box has not automatically gone back one hour and it is still showing as BST. I have tried resetting and forcing software update but the time is still out by an hour. How do I resolve this issue?
