Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

@SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

@Stuartycs1 @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK in our case my partner give them every opportunity to correct their agents misrepresentation they refused to acknowledge any wrong doing on the CSA part and doubled down on the price demand increase, whilst simultaneously offing our same deal 16% cheaper than we currently paid.

@ItsJamesPowers @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK It’s disgusting to treat any customer on this manner. You and your partner, are the reason they have a business… the customer is a highly valued asset. These companies are the most short sighted I have seen in any business sector. Stand your ground, look for alternative.

@DN22_White @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK Its took them two years? In our case they wilfully misrepresented a package for a point of sale. they refused to acknowledge any wrong doing by their CSA. We was allowed to cancel without penalty after my partner made it clear she would pursue the misrepresentation act 1967.

@SkyHelpTeam Not just Sky Mobile though is it? The Broadband is dropping out between 9.15 and 11am every day for no reason at all! Prices go up, service goes down??
