Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

@SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

@akmufc2020 @carefreewb @SkySports I don't think the brighton and Burnley game's was as bad as yesterday, even though they ended in defeats. Only villa and man city game's have been very bad.

@SkyHelpTeam there is a fault on our line and we await an engineer visit but in the meantime it's a disaster - 2 secondary school kids unable to do any lessons and 2 full-time workers unable to work. Can you escalate? "2-4 days" is a big problem.

@SkyHelpTeam broadband slow for weeks and now completely out this AM. Your online support and 'f off' automated voicemail are as much use as a chocolate radiator. There's a problem in my area - what is it? How long is it expected to be an issue? Poor. Getting fed up with you.
