    Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

    @SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

    @SkyHelpTeam Only switched to Sky a month ago. Broadband down again all day for 2nd time in 2 weeks. Another day of home schooling ruined. I’m in Bengeo, Herts. Any known problem or just usual poor broadband??

    @SkyHelpTeam can someone please help me! My mum is in a state she has sky Q installed tomorrow she is disabled and has very limited vision. She’s been told the engineer will not be allowed in her home, she can’t see to do anything for him or physically help

    Pandemic problem. There is a reason people pay for a service - to get a service. But Sky won't send engineers into peoples' homes. Remote engineering doesn't always work, but more to the point, this ain't service. So why pay? @SkyUK

    @SkySports Wish people could just let players play, the comparisons the hate, the negativity the childishness of it all. There will be unnecessary hate down below in the replies I’m sure it’s ridiculous. Wasn’t like this years back, people just appreciated great players no matter the team.

    @SkyHelpTeam not very good customer service we have no internet connection with conflicting messages on sky vip app so I called customer services and have just hung up as was put on hold for nearly an hour ????just wanted info on timescale was all ????
