Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

@SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

@SkyUK I phoned this morning to change my package, out of contract, offered £78, down £10 from £88, quoted this advert and managed to get the £26 deal for 6 months, saved best part of £300. Then when 6 months up it goes to £71.50, still £16.50 les per month.

@SkyHelpTeam They wont speak to me as the account was in my ex hubbys name had one letter today tho saying theyve added £10 interest to my unpaid bill and will cancel my services (which have already been cancelled) and pass it over to debt collectors in 10days
