@SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

@SkyHelpTeam We have tried calling a help team constantly through the day and get no answer after lengthy periods of time. Is there no way someone could call us. After being with sky since day one. We have had no sky TV for nearly 1 year now.

@SkyHelpTeam Hey Sky Ive recently taken out a new package and you have charged me #20 in admin fees, the gentlemen i spoke to said the fees would be waivered as i am a customer for over 7 years - so i need this looking at and to be corrected - not on!

@SkyHelpTeam sky broadband up here in Liverpool has been on and off for weeks, sometimes 5 minutes sometimes 5 hours, it's awful, yet status ALWAYS says there's no problem. Gonna move away soon if it's not sorted. Also find out could've had superfast for £10 cheaper last 7yrs🤬
