@SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

@SkyHelpTeam got cut off again and was told if that happened someone would ring me back. They didn't. I was promised next day delivery... I won't be here on Monday to receive the package and I picked you on purpose for what was advertised. I think after this experience I might just cancel
