@SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

@SkyHelpTeam i don’t have my login credentials with me. i followed the diagnostic steps you provide when you log onto a non working connection, but nothing changed. the ‘Internet’ light on my Hub is off. any way i can speak to someone and have the connection checked from your end?

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you, I've just done that. Saying it is all good and 0 devices connected, that's because it is not allowing us to connect anything to the WiFi, saying authentication issue. Can I please speak to someone on the phone as I'm relying on my mobile data and it's going to get used
