Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

@SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

@SkyUK Changed from sky to Vodafone recently as sky was quite slow. However Vodafone drops out often unlike sky which never did dropout. Idk what to do now.

@SkyHelpTeam Do you have any ETA? How are you going to compensate loss due to downtime of internet for many days? How about behaviour of customer service executive? Why he didn't let me speak to manager? My contract is due to be expired, I think it is now move out of sky.

@UtdPlug @SkySports I have no problem with this. I know we were setting a target for Felix, but £12mil is a lot for six months and a lot to spend for her not six months. Worse case is Depay but that could be another boomerang like Pogba. Summer potentials is where it is.

@SkyHelpTeam when using apps on skyq Netflix,prime etc, either immediately or within minutes screen goes blank,is thier something wrong with your service as all apps work fine in smart tv.
