    Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

    @SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

    @SkyHelpTeam why am I the only person on the train with 3G. The service I have been getting recently is absolutely shocking, very little reception in lots of places! What are you doing to improve this?

    @SkyHelpTeam had glossy flyer bragging about no price rises on sky mobile charges of course not you just start charging for roaming in Europe. Cynical advertising and treating customers with contempt and think we are stupid. Won’t be renewing my Sky mobile contract
