    Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

    @SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes. There is. Apparently 5 known issues. That doesn't help the fact it has been gone since just after 6pm last night. Is there a timescale on repair? I've got work to do.

    @SkyHelpTeam Went down last night here in Tunbridge Wells then back down at 8am this morning! Using my data which is getting eaten away. 8am I checked the status and your site states it usually take a couple of hours to fix well it's well over that. What is the update please? 😡😡😡

    Fair play @SkyHelpTeam 15 hours now my and hundreds of my constituents broadband has been down. Don’t blame open reach as other providers are working. This is all on you.

    @SkyHelpTeam In need of an update. First day back to work and still no wifi (17 hours and counting). What's the issue & estimated time to resolve? One of your (better) competitors once said 'it's good to talk'. Communicate please.

    What is @SkyHelpTeam playing at??!! We’ve had no internet since 7:30pm yesterday. They haven’t updated their outage information since 7am today. And then insulted me with 2GB free data!! Still not sorted!
