    @SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

    Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

    @fairymoonbean @SkyHelpTeam We have same trouble goes off a lot and then each time we have to connect box back to router then connect each mini box 😡 and paying nearly £120 a month !!
