Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

@SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

@virginmedia How does one get in touch to arrange technical support bearing in mind that the problem is with my land line and I can't make or recieve calls, how long has this been going on and I haven't actually spoken to a human being once, I'm off to @SkyUK .

@SkyHelpTeam many people seem to be reporting sound issues just with ITV. Could you confirm when this will be fixed please. I have Q box and in Meridian region. There are no issues with ITV on analogue TV
