Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

@SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

@SkyHelpTeam I switched from you to a new broadband and line provider on 30/03 but I’ve checked my bank statement and you have billed me on 04/04. I have a letter from you confirming my services would cancel 30/03 so why has the payment been taken?

Anyone recommend a good internet provider? Our @SkyHelpTeam internet will not stop crashing and has stopped working 3 times in the last 24 hours. Need someone new! Was working no problem til we got sky glass 🙄

With @SkyUK for 7 years, finally decide it’s time to cancel after the best offer they can come up with is £22 a month above what we currently pay for. Placed on hold for cancellations for 40 mins, 8pm comes…. They’ve all gone home. Great way to keep customers that

I really do not understand why @OpenreachHelp won't tell me OR @SkyHelpTeam what the cause of my lost FTTP connection and delayed fix is. Plenty of posts on here with details of other faults so it's not as if its commercially sensitive. Is it a lack of engineers, or equipment...
