Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

@SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

@SkyUK @OpenreachHelp after 6 weeks of failing to connect my new broadband - AFTER INSTRUCTING MY OLD SUPPLIER TO STOP THEIR SUPPLY MEANING I HAVE HAD NO BROADBAND SERVICE - today you cancelled my order. This is completely unacceptable, an absolute failure of your One Job.

@SkyHelpTeam @Michael93139770 Sky do read out terms and conditions. But perhaps customers do not expect bills to go up so much in one lump sum. Sky sly by increasing every single bit of package. Then coincidentally they have technical issues on the day the letters come out notifying of said increases.
