    Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

    @SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s no help at all! Al I want to know is can I add BT sports to my package for a month so I can watch the ashes? It says it’s a 31 rolling contract on the app. It’s a pretty simple question surely?
