Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

@SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

@SkyHelpTeam I would assume the issue is the upload to your platform rather than the actual production of the show. Isn't the same company responsible for the digital content provision to Sky Go regardless of its origin.

@SkyHelpTeam There should be or shouldn't be? I got out through to some who did a test and said I'd have to pay, but this is an ongoing issue which could be seen by the past engineer visits I've had and the number of times I've called about it.
