Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

@SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

Funny how @skytv @SkySports talk about it’s for the fans and all that rubbish then as soon as the ESL is binned, I get an email saying my sky and sky sports subscription is increasing in price by £5 a month, extra £60 a year for what poor journalism and bias commentary #joke

Our Sky broadband has been off for a week and a half now and still no signs of it being fixed. No-one is updating us and not able to get hold of any consistent answers. Please can someone provide us with some kind of help. Appalling service so far @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK
