@SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

@SkySports We no longer watch TV, a constant stream of lies and/or virtue signalling. The BLM kneel is the reason I never watch football or F1, saved thousands not doing so.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Ellie, I don't think that's what I asked? I'm talking about receiving verification codes by text to login to my online banking! Or from the NHS to login to view my hospital appts. One time passcodes etc, I'm not receiving those texts
