Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

@SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

@SkyHelpTeam ( I didn't need big mobile packages because I pay you for unlimited calls and mobile calls and Internet) I'm now told problems won't be fixed till Tuesday? Why can't u send out a sim card with unlimited data and calls till problem fixed?
