Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

@SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

@SkyHelpTeam First result said my wifi was turned off and I had to reset the router which i did, it now says no issues when there clearly is, this isn’t the first time, I’m sick of it

@TheTrueEye @SkyHelpTeam to be fair ive been back with them for quite a while and 0 issue up untill 3 nights ago but no use if they cant even help identify the issue at hand. My gaming time is precious haha!

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for link but my connection is fine its the ping it shoots up to 200 plus form 8pm untill 12am not really an ideal service. i will leave to an new provider tomorrow thanks anyway

@SkyHelpTeam Well yeah that's kind of the point. your test is running a Line test not an actual speed test. On every single device on ethernet or wireless i have a stupidly unusably high 100-200 ping. The issue is with you guys how many times do we need to say this?

@SkyHelpTeam No i know for a fact they will not. Do you understand the difference between a Line test and an actual realtime speedtest? The fact hundreds of people are complaining about this same issue shows there is an issue on the server end of things.

@SkyUK Helllpp! We’ve been having major speed issues with our broadband. We have reset hubs and boosters, I have done online tests and nothings showing as a problem but the constant buffering whilst trying to stream is unacceptable as were paying for the top speed @JamieJ1017
