    Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

    @SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, yes, no issues with Broadband at all , and rebooted the box completely. All other streaming services and apps working perfectly

    @SkyHelpTeam Is there any way to find out if the network will be upgraded? The estate im living in can only get sky, but its the lowest speed broadband package. Before we moved we had virgin (great speed, poor reliability), but weve not had a problem with sky going down, just the speed

    @SkyHelpTeam @paramountplus Signed in to Paramount plus and go to menu press play but it’s buffering ,tried unplugging tv etc but still buffering ( for hours ) now ..please help

    @SkyHelpTeam as a sky+ customer it is unfair that I cannot access Paramount +. For various reasons I do not want SkyQ or glass. What are the issues, a 20+ years customer

    @SkyHelpTeam Its also utter lies, sky know how many sky cinema customers they have so should have tested thus to make sure it worked on 100% usage, anything else and its Sky not doing their job right, rather than apologising for messing they are treating their customer as stupid.

    @SkyHelpTeam My Broadband is incredibly slow. Your site test shows 77mbs but i can't get my speedtest higher than 1-2mb. Can you please let me know what I need to do (other than leave!)
