Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

@SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

Not only has my Sky box died and I'm having to wait 3 weeks for an engineer, now my Sky broadband keeps stopping and starting tonight. I have to keep resetting the router. So much for being a loyal customer of over 20 years 🤨 @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyUK Parents having trouble with not being able to receive calls on their landline. Family members need this working in order to stay in contact with parents as they are pensioners. Can someone advise? Thanks
