Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

James (@JamesReckons) reportedI cannot stand @SkyHelpTeam. For the amount I fork out, not only do they block you from watching when you’re on holiday, they’re busy shutting down VPNs too. A nasty, petty bunch. Once my contract’s up, I’ll be finding a provider that isn’t so far up its own backside.
