@SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

Weird how my @SkyUK signal drops out much more readily when there's bad weather ever since they launched #glass. Almost as if they've tweaked the sensitivity to push their new product

@SkyHelpTeam is there an issue with downloading at the moment? It either says the download fails or it reaches 119% but then doesn't work. I've reset the box and my WiFi router, but nothing has worked. I have over half my sky box free storage wise so that's not an issue.
