@SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

@SkyUK Broadband cutting in and out most of the night. Signal strength has gone from 70+ download sleep to 13 megabits download. I have that sky boost. What will be the monetary compensation for this.......

@traceydalanno2 @SkyHelpTeam they’re trying to fix it, if you have such a great problem with the amount of time it’s taking why don’t you go over to them and fix it yourself as you clearly must be so smart you can do it instantly, let them take there time they didn’t do it on purpose, i’m sure it’s not easy

@SkyHelpTeam 💩 the country is in enough trouble with covid and sky has broadband issue. Been with sky for years and a loyal customer will be looking elsewhere as this is disgraceful
