Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

@SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

@PubitySportIG @SkySports I mean from their point of view it makes sense because international football takes away from club football. For fans this is absolutely horrible, but we now know they don’t give a **** about the fans so for them it’s okay.

I must say about the great service from @SkyHelpTeam via the phone. I had a complaint, the person dealing with was very good at listening, had to be referred to a manager as I stood my ground, everything resolved plus recontracted to Movies for £11/month. Happy customer.
