Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

@SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

@SkyHelpTeam And here lies the problem. It shouldn’t be up 2 the customer 2 ring & find out why they stayed in expecting an engineer who just didn’t turn up! We’ve done nothing but chase for 17 days since loosing internet. For such a huge company your customer service is really non existent.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve had enough! Intermittent WiFi for a month, new router, box on the wall, Ethernet cable and shield disabled and still having issues. Callbacks don’t happen either from your team!

@SkyHelpTeam fix your terrible WIFI it goes down the every other day im pretty sure a hamster running on a wheel could provide me better internet £100 a month for this sky package for it to be down all the time

@CieranOBrien @SkyHelpTeam Try changing to Dolby surround on your sky box I was having the same issues but on all channels
