    Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

    @SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

    Hey, @SkyHelpTeam. My friend's TV service is down & she can't get engineer to her till Mon. She has 2 kids under 3 at home, bad weather, & no TV for 4 days - if fixed Mon. Can she claim any refund on her bill?

    @SkyHelpTeam Trying to renew my sky broadband contract via the website, and to see if there are any new deals, and it just keeps looping me back. I sign in, click the review, asks me to check the area.. then to log in, and back and repeat. Can I get some help here?

    @SkyHelpTeam The reason for doing it online is that I hate phoning so I’m not going to phone... I have emailed but this isn’t my mistake this is your system yet again not working properly!
