Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

@SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

@SkyHelpTeam Overnight my broadband has gone down. The Internet & voice lights on the router has gone off and the “LOS” light on the BT open reach box is steady red. I have called Sky and an engineer is coming out on Tues. I work from home now and will be unable to work. Pls help

@SkyHelpTeam Your 'normal' Sky Superfast broadband is not fit for purpose. It's shocking, non stop problems since you released your new fibre broadband. Apparently it's our fault for having 13 devices connected to it! 13! Never had a problem before April now suddenly too many!!

@twangmackem @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK Broadband companies can never guarantee Wi-Fi so may need to get into them to see if there’s a network issue. Do you know what your minimum guaranteed speeds are?

@SkyUK ridiculous prices for sky’s ‘best package’ Sky Glass. I wouldn’t bother nothing but issues, didn’t have a single one with sky Q & it was half the price. £50 stream puck & £10 a month fee to watch on it, doesn’t even allow you to watch, advices you to upgrade your package
