    @SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

    Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

    @SkyUK can you quote for Broadband and phone please, I need to switch from @bt_uk keep taking my money, not providing the service I’m paying for! Excuse after excuse and still not fixed the issue. Ongoing for years. Time to terminate - breach of contract on @bt_uk part

    @SkyUK hi - my sky q box keeps getting audio out of sync (couple of seconds) and a reboot fixes - but every day now. Is there anything you can do to help ?

    @m_richardson1 @SkyUK That's so bad! It's such a shame that loyalty isn't rewarded. I just don't know how they get around this with treating customers fairly legislation etc

    @SkyUK have you got any useful information that I could use to get my internet back on. Have unplugged from the back and now just has a single red light and my area states there are no issues.

    @Harjivan_M @Slug_23 @SkySports Spot on. Men get paid more because they bring the money in. Viewing figures, sponsorships, etc... Can't help what the people want to watch more. Things take time.

    @SkyHelpTeam Can you advise what this service is for on Twitter when all you do is redirect people to help pages or to contact your call centre? Seems to be a waste of resources when majority of people already know about these and are expecting this service to actually help them?

    @SkyHelpTeam ur useless I’ve done this before and no results my microwave gets more connection, there’s nobody at my house and I’m still getting slow connection
