    Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

    @SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

    @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Had my #skyglass delivered 2 weeks ago now. No remote and not one of the 8+ customer service reps can get it sorted. Promised a remote delivery almost every day and now I can't even cancel my subscription in the cooling off period. Any ideas @SkyHelpTeam ?

    @SkyHelpTeam do you have issues in the PL1 area? Our router Internet light keeps going blank and then to orange and then to green. Stays for a min or two and then repeats. I've power cycled the router as well.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Louise, Same problem we’ve had all year since moving to you, nothing loads, ( pc, laptop, phone ) can’t stream, sons using his phone for his Xbox, sky q box drops out upstairs, been reported many times.

    @SkyHelpTeam I need to change my payment details but cannot download the Sky app as I cannot upgrade to the oS required, cannot open the sky homepage to sign in as keeps freezing. Please let me have the phone number or secure online chat to enable me to update payment details.

    @SkyHelpTeam It says there is an error with the connection to the hub but on step one says no known issues in my area.

    @SkySports Rashford couldn't hit a barn door from 5 yards. How he gets into the Man Utd team, never mind the England squad is beyond me. Look at his goals per shot stats, they are pitiful

    @SkyHelpTeam please help! Ive been without connection to internet all day. Sky Q works but can’t connect any devices Xbox’s, iPhones etc. Have reset numerous times &checked connections,waited patiently for it to magically work again. Do you have a suggestion as to what I do next?
