    Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

    @SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

    @SkyUK The broadband has been playing all evening sometime the service is there and sometime the service is in there I’m not happy about I’m paying over £100 plus no help via phone

    @corkyleedsutd @SkyHelpTeam @SimmoWFC83 okay how about show a bit of empathy. 1) someone may not have enough data or any because it’s run out. 2) businesses may rely on sky wifi. 3) it doesn’t get rid of the problem, what if you were doing something important on a computer.
