Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

Ross (@efcbigdunc) reported@Kings_Canyon_ @SkySports Tbh the players we've had come in are either promising (Hackney Rohl George). proven (Norgaard Grealish). point to prove (Johnson AMN) so on that basis I think it was good but we left ourselves short in areas so that makes it a bad window overall.

So the intent here is clear

Sky’s liaison with Openreach has been extremely poor: repeated calls, 3 cancelled appointments and engineers reconfirming that civils work is needed. Still no repair date. I just want Sky to take ownership and restore my service.
