    @SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

    Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Pearl, thank you for replying. Just out of curiosity, how much longer could this go on for? I booked the home move with plenty notice, at what stage could I cancel my order and look at a different provider? I really need internet at home at work. Thank you.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve now been told 4 times sky know about the ongoing problem with some customers and Paramount+, but how long must I wait !? It’s nearly a month now and I haven’t seen a thing just the endless spinning circle everytime I try to watch something. Come on sky !

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s working again now, it did say “there’s a problem in your area” “book an engineer” but it’s up and running again

    @SkyUK very poor internet connectivity in Gosforth , Newcastle. Connection usually temperamental but currently worse than normal- any reason for this?
