    @SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

    Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

    @SkyHelpTeam my phone when connected to WiFi won’t load videos and pics any idea what could be going on other devices slow to load too I have broadband boost it’s been like this all week

    Hi @SkyUK Our contract is due to end & after 21 years, you haven't offered us anything as a valued customer to stay! It says your prioritising calls for vulnerable and key workers... so are we meant to sit on the phone for hours, like others trying to get through to cancel?

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks. But all the self help says if you have adverse weather you may have to wait for it to pass, we do have bad weather just wanted to know if it is a local problem to my area.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello. I have been having issues with SKY and wish to terminate my contract. I can never get through to anyone to speak with via the customer services phone number.. always on hold for over 50 mins! Please help.....

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried to call sky and none of the numbers connect. This isn’t good customer service and it’s particularly frustrating when I have multiple services with you and have spent ££££ with you for years!
