    @SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

    Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

    @SkyHelpTeam Outage at 0500hrs on Sunday 200725,lasted until 0200 220705 in Belfast North and Newtownabbey. Another outage tonight Tuesday,220725 1900hrs,same areas ,estimate it'll be back up running tomorrow,Tuesday,sometime. It's pathetic from Sky,getting worse,consistently

    @SkyHelpTeam I keep having issues with my sky box having to switch it off and reboot all the time. Now my extra boxes won’t connect . I haven’t got time to keep re doing this just to watch the telly

    @SkyHelpTeam And how do you propose she does that when the phone wont make out going calls?? Its obviously not a problem with my moms handset when others ars reporting the same issues, its your network, why dont you just fix whats broken and be honest With people?

    @adydog @SkyUK No phone number no, no help either just telling my mom to contact them on Twitter or Facebook, why do they think Im contacting them and not her, shes not tech savvy! Poor service Sky, Only network I know of that you cant speak a human just a bot or the bloody Sky Community!
