    Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

    @SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

    @SkyHelpTeam hi (I’m on Sky Q) you have a list of must see movies, Gone Girl is one, but it has no subtitles. It’s a fairly old film so is there a reason why it wouldn’t have them? Really tricky to watch if you have a hearing problem!

    @SkyHelpTeam Try call, just to make slight downgrade. Can’t get through. Call back saying I want upgrade, straight through asking what I want upgrade too. I then say I want downgrade and suddenly the system breaks down and I’m told call back. You utter cowboys.

    @skytv @SkyHelpTeam how do I start this...........£7.50 price per month increase when I'm in a fixed priced contract with covid and no new things going on. Is this a joke or what? If it is its not a funny one. Signed one very unhappy and disgruntled customer! Please reply.

    @SkyHelpTeam I pay a £100 a month for my fathers tv and broadband and you use covid as an excuse not to connect your customers telephone calls. Absolutely pathetic customer service

    @SkyHelpTeam OK, I'm still non the wiser what is going on Can't get anyone to speak too, your online help is no help Was told online that an engineer would be booked as your tests could not resolve the issue, heard nothing since, are they booked? When are they due? Who knows?
