Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

@SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

@SkyHelpTeam Yet again, you fail to acknowledge what I'm asking. I've been to the website, I've spoken to someone on the phone. I get two different versions - the phone operative tells me that the information I am seeing on the website is not correct.

@Rylan_S1 @SkyUK Yep done that so many times now That said Sky Wizard makes more sense as I'm sure they included the Fantastic Beasts films too so you get 10 films in total But picking a 3 film franchise is just stupid
