    @SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

    Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes. Your customer service team are helpful but they are hitting a brick wall with nasty Openreach. Last time this happened it took my MP @RupaHuq writing to the CEO of Openreach #CliveSelley to get this fixed after 3 weeks without internet.

    @JimCavanagh8 @ChrisWheatley_ If they turn it down then Arsenal should consider a full review on how they get turned down but everyone else can get their games called off and skysports can do one having a go at Arsenal but not a word about the other clubs

    @SkyHelpTeam is there a fault with the my sky app? Stuck on loading and closes down. Tried every fix on your website just does not work at all, tried it on another device and still doesn’t work.
