    Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

    @SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

    @Corn_wolf @SkyUK Virgin Media. Great speed from their direct fibre connection and no real alternative here as BT based fibre services are maxed out. Customer service has always been good when we’ve had problems, though it can take some time to get through to them.

    Turns on @SkySports #WOLEVE only to hear the monotonous drone of worst sports co-commentator ever. The only enjoyable parts of a #KarenCarney commentary are the long pauses while she thinks of something to say. She should take even more time & find something INTELLIGENT to say.

    @SkyUK faulty Sky Glass TV replaced with another faulty TV. It’s been on 5 hours and live TV has gone as before, absolutely terrible service. Wasted a fortune trying to speak with someone. I honestly don’t know what to say. I’m gobsmacked

    @Corn_wolf @SkyUK Been with @virginmedia for 11+ years at two properties and never had a problem. Currently on 350+ Mbps and almost always get higher than the advertised speeds.

    @SkyHelpTeam When initial set up controller stopped working so had to use one from puck thrn main controller started working on puck. Please tell me there is help on the way with software?
