@SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

@SkyHelpTeam They said they would call me between 1 and 2 today to review how the “fix” was going. You are currently supplying a BB line that no longer meets USO in either direction …and charging me a premium for the privilege. You know there is a fault causing this, fix it.

@SkyHelpTeam hi - away with the family in Italy & unable to connect to network, despite getting welcome message. None of us can make or receive calls or texts. Checked settings & all seems ok…any suggestions?!

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been told it will take 3 working days to receive a replacement but only after Sky receives this one. That means I am without a phone, as I have just moved from O2. That’s not really acceptable. I didn’t damage the phone. It literally came out of the box damaged.

@SkyHelpTeam signed up to your full fibre broadband and had an install date of the 20/7 which never happened. Been told its an openreach problem and that the equipment isn't in place. So why are you selling full fibre in my area if theres no infrastructure in place
