Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

Luke Halsall (@LJHalsall) reported@SkyUK terrible service. I cancelled everything with you in January. I've continued to be charged. When calling was told this would still take a week to get a refund. No compensation offered and not put through to complaints. Will not be using you again.

Not sure that's how you may convince me to come back

Opening statement “ I want to cancel and do not wish to renew my contract” Ignored me repeating this 1 hour to get to the point where they agreed to cancel after offer after offer.
