    Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

    @SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam, I activated my Sky Rewards Sainsbury’s coupon, but it wouldn’t scan at checkout. The cashier said there was a Sainsbury’s-wide issue and none of the coupons were working today. My 60-minute activation has now expired. Can you reinstate the reward? Thanks!
