    Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

    @SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

    @charlieldrv @SkyHelpTeam Picture quality on Sky is ****, they purposely downgrade this so you pay additional fees for HD and Ultra HD which isn't great also

    @SkySports why is your stream on the sports+ app so bloody awful? It freezes, the picture goes & it’s always behind real time. We pay bloody good money for this rubbish. No wonder people us a firestick

    @SkyUK keep bothering to change my broadband maybe sort out your channels first like @SkySports plus channel. Why offer games on red button if matches just keep stop/starting. Very poor
