Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

@SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

@SkyUK spend 6 years and too many of hours of your life trying to resolve an issue, to be offered a £15 voucher. If COVID hasn't taught you the value of time you clearly don't have any values, or consider your customers important. Do @virginmedia have better values?

@SkyHelpTeam How can you have a fixed business wide timescale of nearly a full month?! In any other profession that would be unacceptable. And the issue here is that is NOT being worked on, and hasn’t been since this was originally raised. No accountability from either party. Disgraceful.

@SkyHelpTeam That is totally unacceptable.. I’ve been fobbed off with ‘another 48 hours’ for two weeks+ already and now get told 10 more days ‘maybe’. This is nothing to do with covid, you and @SkyUK simply just don’t care about customer delays else you would hold @OpenreachHelp to account.
