Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

@SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

@ThePaulHerring @SkyHelpTeam Yes would be good to have an idea of what the issue is & how long roughly it’ll take to fix @SkyHelpTeam - it’s been down since at least 7pm. I’m WFH full time currently (ironically for Sky!) and I need to be online tomorrow morning.

@SkyUK well we had your install SkyQ and the internet. Didn’t have the internet first 3 days and since day 6 we’ve not had TV! And have to wait almost 2 weeks for an engineer!!! Not a happy Sky customer so far 😢

Token Black Guy is about race, it implies that Denis is so bad at his job that sky would never employ him unless it was due to his race. Hes there on merit, so making his job about race.. Get it?
