@SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

@SkyHelpTeam so your internet is down - AGAIN. Tell me please why this keeps happening? With the amount of money you charge your customers I don’t see why you can’t keep a consistent service. Do we expect too much for our money?! Sort it out!!!

@SkyUK So WiFi goes down you can't watch TV..or WiFi issues like I had a lot that's why I left..plus the TV can't be that good..
