    @SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

    Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

    @SkySports Says it was a mistake, he got phone call and sat down, not thinking, yet photo clearly shows he’s posing and throwing a peace sign, plus the text on the photo... if anyone believes it was a mistake, they need professional help.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi I've had my broadband updated to super fast today but haven't received a new hub, there is no facility to trace this on your website and everytime I call an automated service refers me to the website

    @SkyUK help. Engineer came to set up Q box for my 80 year old mother. Now left her with no TV after say old box would work. On phone to sky over 50 mins . First appt 18 march. Not good enough. Mother by herself without tv

    @UtdDistrict @SkySports honestly, id have paid to see him play under roy keane or even gary neville. this guy would have left football and started selling fish n chips down at the docks within his first week. what have we come to. having captains like robson, keane, neville, evra, rooney to this.

    @SkyUK hi, phone lines are just sending a sms for a problem on broadband. All I want to do is update as my WiFi is poor. Need upgraded ASAP as working from home.

    @SkyHelpTeam Just had a phone call supposedly from BT, saying there is a security issue with our Internet in Portlethen, Aberdeenshire. Is this correct or a scam phone call?

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks. Tried. More than once. Couldnt get thru to Switch Squad or Broadband Team. Default is to push to Sky TV team to get her back onto TV contract, and then they can't transfer. Time to change provider as service is poor
