@SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried this and still failing, it didn’t give me a telephone number as it sent me back to the test page. If it is an area problem as the person on the phone mentioned you should be able to advise a time frame

Hey @SkyHelpTeam your bot is as helpful as lint. Keeps asking me to select buttons and on mobile so I keep telling it there's no buttons.I need help not to be annoyed by a badly coded bot.

@SkyHelpTeam is there an issue in Elgin or just my internet? Had serious Internet problems all day, just had to duck out of a workshop I've paid for because the connection wasn't having it. Not happy!

@SkyUK I tried to put in a complaint in was then spoken to like utter rubbish then they hung up on me #ShameOnYou #skytv by far the worst company to go with run a mile people. Especially with the circumstances.

@SkyHelpTeam The only updates I get are ‘there has been a delay’, 3 of these each a week apart. That’s not a very useful update. How do I get some urgency to this matter? I’ve been a sky customer for 15 years, am I going to have to leave just to get a service that you should be providing

@SkyHelpTeam My home internet is down for more than 3 hrs now and Open Reach engineer resolution time is 2-5 working days!!! When most ppl have no choice but to work from home, having no internet for so many days is just not acceptable!!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi! I have looked at the speed in our local area and it appears quite slow (only suitable for emails/shopping) however I have heard other houses near us have no problem streaming movies etc. I'm no expert so I was wondering if you could help me?
