Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

@SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks. I spent an hour on the phone last week with an operator. Will book an Engeneer- am I correct in thinking this is included as a customer and not an additional cost?

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks JH. I think it needs looking into... 17 years shes been a customer, and for the past 2 has had services and what not she doesn't need/want. And although I know its likely at SOME point in nearly 2 decades shes asked for them, out of contract prices are scarey for OAPs.

@SkyHelpTeam my fire tv stick says home unavailable. Connected to WiFi no internet connection. Is the issue hardware related or my sky broadband. Happens daily all other devices in bungalow ok????
