Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

@SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

It's like @virginmedia are streaming this via an app like @SkySports and they havent got enough processing power or signal to do it. Not seen lag and issues this bad since youtube pre 2012... we need a refund and you will be getting a complaint.
