Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

@SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

@SkyHelpTeam Hello thanks for the response, I tried to call however the waiting time is 20 minutes, I'm a disabled customer and cannot stay on the phone for that long nor do I have someone who can call on my behalf. Is there a priority number at all I can call?

@SkyHelpTeam There are online reports of outages in CT1 & CT2. We are back on now but no doubt it will happen again. Our neighbours have had the same problems. Sort it out instead of trying to pass the buck onto us.

@SkyHelpTeam Apparently there’s no issue with your WiFi, but my internet light is off and I’ve done everything your website says and it still isn’t switching back on. It won’t even let me test my connection, says that access is denied! What do you expect me to do?

@SkyHelpTeam any chance you will actually sort this mess you created...still waiting for my broadband and talk to stop. Contracted to on 14th September, but charged another month. Calls and email don't work, its like you couldn't give less of a damn, but take money not owed!
