  Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

  @SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

  @SkyHelpTeam The frustration I can handle. The loss of the ability to provide content to my stream community I can't. You should be ashamed providing such poor service to a property within a large town in this day and age.

  @SkyHelpTeam No I haven't I know its the correct login details as I've just signed in not via the app!!! All you've done is added that stupid capcha option which is obviously the problem
