    @SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

    Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have a phone and sim contract with yourselves but I'm wanting to move network due to no esim support. Can I just cancel the sim but keep the phone part of the contract? As I will need my pac code

    @smith_cochrane Point is that @SkySports rave about how good a job he’s doing when you look at the stats 26.5% is sackable in normal circumstances freedman did just as good if not better and never had the media circus, slightly different is the point deduction which I’ve said they won’t go down

    of switching. If it's this hard, #consumers will simply not do so. I honestly have no idea whether I will be cut off by @VodafoneUK or not tomorrow. Hopefully, @SkyUK (whose customer service team were incredibly helpful) will be able to recover the situation at the 11th hour.

    @SkyHelpTeam Broadband is down in our house, when it eventually does connect we're getting less than 0.5mb up and down. Can't even load up a we page to check for outages. #Notsosuperfast
