Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

@SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

@Giftcloud Absolute disgrace what is happening here. We are collectively raising this with trading standards as you REPEATEDLY OBFUSCATE in the hope customers will stop chasing gift cards. Issue the gift cards you legally owe @SkyUK customers.

@SkyHelpTeam 26hrs, no internet in Swanley. No info from Sky and closed down as soon as I called in with no news. How long? I used a gig of data yesterday (now need to pay for more)and need to do work from home. Help Sky?
