@SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

@SkyUK just goes from bad to worse. Now the TV is just switching itself off whenever it feels like. I’m beyond exhausted with you Sky. Complaint logged and closed. Don’t really know what to say anymore. Never had such poor service
