@SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

@SkyHelpTeam What’s the point? The broadband will always be crap out in the countryside until companies actually put the effort in to improve it. Absolute joke most barely get 10mbps yet expected to pay the same as others.

@louis2712l @liam5jones @SkySports I agree with him. Morelos could have chosen to stay on his feet but chose to go down. For that reason don't really have much sympathy for Morelos even though much softer penalties get given every week in the Premier League.

@SkyHelpTeam Yeah I've discussed and someone gave me £7 credit. It's still bare faced cheek to cancel an appointment and not text me when sky have sent me several texts to warn me about a continuous cough as if I don't know we're in the middle of a global pandemic.

@SkyHelpTeam hi, I pay £27 PM for superfast broadband.. not really sure why seeing as it cuts out everyday! I work from home too.. can you look into why I'm having so many problems? The other day it went off for 90 minutes!
