Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

I appreciate this maybe a BT resourcing issue but I’m a sky customer, i pay you every month not BT so you should be getting this sorted on my behalf and keeping me updated - that is not happening
