AMY BOWLING (@coolkitten29) reported from Grantown on Spey, Scotland@SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

Newton's Laws (@Newtons_Laws) reportedNow @SkyUK is putting ads into live news in the @SkyNews app, we’re reviewing our need for a #Sky subscription at all. It’s become ridiculous when breaking news has an ad interrupt it. If I switch out to the home page & back again I’m forced to yet again watch a Maltesers ad. Enough is enough.

Leslie (@Kabuk1) reportedAbomination. PL needs to make a rule that penultimate games must be play in Sat and Sun. It’s the final home game for half the league. Cancelling @SkySports and never going back. Shameful and greedy. I hope the relegation battle is all wrapped up before that fixture.
