    Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

    @SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

    @lauracreaven @SkyHelpTeam Check some of the mobile providers. If you can get 5g where you are there are excellent deals from suppliers like 3. Otherwise use the independent broadband availability checkers. £30 for what sounds like upto 10mb broadband is poor.

    @SkyHelpTeam So despite @SkyUK shipping 2 packages to 2x incorrect address that I’ve paid for & @DPDgroup_news not checking ID…They now want me to wait 5 days for a customer services agent to get back from holiday. Why can’t you just send me the product I’ve paid for! How hard is that?

    @actionfrauduk I have fallen victim to id. theft involving @SkyHelpTeam and left with thousands of pounds of debt. I am in a quagmire with Sky delegating to ActionFraud, no evidence that AF is investigating, and CEDR complaint scheme being ill-suited to non-customers. Help!

    @SkyHelpTeam you are reporting no problem with internet after automatic line tests on my sky; yet everyone I’ve spoke to can’t access anything on home broadband (B73 postcode). Unsure as to what to do next!? There was a major flood yesterday, maybe needs looked at?

    @SkyHelpTeam It is Broadband - was not working all of this morn so used diagnostic check and it told me to book so engineer appt, but it is working now. Haven't got the option to cancel the appt though.

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam why isn’t season 2 episode 2 of Manifest letting me watch it ? Technical error but all the other episodes are fine 😭 not working on laptop desktop or phone

    @SkyHelpTeam There is no dialling tone. The online help advised me to do stuff with my router but it didn’t help. There’s an issue with the line
