Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

@SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

@MarkColley_62 @SkySports Have to agree. He has a very pronounced slow drawl in his words as well. Another sky sop to black culture. It is an awful accent on the ears. Surely they get complaints, or do people actually like it?

@SkyHelpTeam our skyq box was initially showing no satellite signal and when turned off now will not respond to the remote. No help at all online and no phone numbers work! What are customers supposed to do?!

@O2 How?… absolute joke I’ve never known such a shambles. There’s zero incentive to stay with you and I will be switching when my contract comes to an end. Been a loyal customer for 13 years along with my family of 5 and will be switching to @SkyUK mobile. Waste of a day.
