    @SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

    Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

    @SkyHelpTeam P2, they will get in touch, if not check back on this page in 5 days to see if the problem has been cleared? Which btw is also impossible to do??? And nothing happens! If I check the last 30days, it will always show no change! So they don't actually help. We. Changed our plan

    @alexsalmon17 @SkySports Not an Arsenal thing, no prejudice to any team as I am spurs. Fine in the studio, but commentary with Neville, Smith and Carragher is awful. Perfectly fine commentating on neutral games

    @SkyHelpTeam No, every time I try, they direct me to that pathetic help page with the forgone conclusion on the speed? Or the other one with the "few steps to reset your broadband!" That end up with a msg saying an engineer will be sent out to fix this issue, and if they need to they ..cont

    @SkyHelpTeam any update on the outage in ML1 area. Been without Broadband since Friday at 6pm. Was told would be fixed in 24 hours.. Still not working. Sky Mobile 4G here is also rubbish in our area so I'm actually surprised I can write this tweet.. #skybroadband
