@SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

@SkyHelpTeam it cut off 10 mins later🥲having the problem where I cant download specific programmes, ive followed the forums and your advise on here and reset box etc nothing is working. it just says ‘item unavailable’ and wont even begin to download,fails on 0% but other programmes are fine

@SkyHelpTeam hi I’m having problems with sky glass as have followed help and software isn’t up todate. Following online guide to update it doesn’t work. Any ideas ? Or is there a dedicated helpline for sky glass fir me as a sky vip.
