    @SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

    Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

    @SkyHelpTeam It says the same thing each time I try to access a different webpage. According to your service checker, there are no issues. The broadband router is showing as normal. I reset the router and it’s fine for 5 minutes and then does the same again

    @SkyHelpTeam I have called already, I was told it was Quidco But Quidco say it’s you. I’m just running around in circles so I have put in a formal complaint to the financial ombudsman

    @SkyUK I think it’s absolutely disgusting that sky can not price match one of your rivals I can get broadband, sky sports, 195+ tv channels and talk weekends for £72 and the best you can do for what I have is £83.50 it really is awful, I have been a loyal customer for years.

    @SkyHelpTeam I appreciate that your broadband service has been very stable for me over the past 6 months but now it's down for over 5 hours and I seriously need it as I work from home all the time. No one is replying to me and I'm left helpless. Can you please help?

    @GNev2 @SkySports Don't make us laugh man united have been really bad to watch starting next season I hope to see much better performance it going take long time to get back to were they need to be
