    Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

    @SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

    @SkyHelpTeam serious problems with my broadband, constantly disconnecting and getting buffering on all devices ... seems to be getting worse daily....been happening for about two months on and off but is terrible at the moment
