Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

@SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

@SkyHelpTeam I am at the end of my tether. NO working broadband, NO getting through to anyone on the phone for help, and NO other way of getting help. I want to cancel due to such shocking service so can someone contact me ASAP.

Since the recent software update my SkyQ is disconnecting several times a day. A new box hasn't helped. Can't get through on phone lines and am being sent irrelevant texts from automated service. Not good enough. Not getting the service I am paying for @SkyHelpTeam

@NeonOdyssey_Tv @SkyHelpTeam We're also with sky broadband. Supposed to be getting 5mb/s download (best we could get at the time with no fibre) and at most I get 600kb/s when using ethernet, and that's without the constant disconnecting and issues. Absolute garbage
