Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

@SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve done all that at least 100 times in the 8 hours it’s been down. Nothing makes a difference. Have an engineer allocated but no idea when. It’s becoming a regular thing these days with no internet randomly for hours at a time

@SkyUK @CallofDutyUK Shame your ***** broadband hardly supports the game. Sort your **** out, judging by the state of the complaints you’ve received on twitter alone looks like you’re gonna be losing a lot of customers..

@SkyHelpTeam @Fred_ugly Sky my broadband has been down for two days now you can only send me an engineer out on the 11th of November two weeks minus ?£ what sort of service is this nothings changed be honest as to why it’s down and not coming back on ! done loads of the checks hours before you start
