@SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

@SkyHelpTeam Or even if you have a number which I could call where it does not send you a link and cut the call off. Funnily enough trying to get through when your a new customer was very fast. Now I’m having problems there is literally no help whats so ever. Haven’t even got my sky q box
