@SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely angry with Sky about how they have treated my mum with her recent problems with Sky. Not one person sorted her problem for her. She’s 70 and been a loyal customer for 15 years . Why have you not got a live chat service either??

Streaming on @SkySports app is horrendous. It's buffering 80% percent of the time. Don't have these problems with other streaming platforms.

@the_lee_ballard @SkySports I have read about them on YouTube too but no idea if it applies to today's games. It's not the same though. Just find it really poor from Sky, they have 9 "Sky Sports" channels, you'd expect it on one of them, not YouTube! Couldn't really fault BT & their German football coverage
