    @SkyUK hi I’m having sound issues on most of your channels, audio cuts out every 60 seconds for a second this is spoiling watching movies and live sport, this has been going on since August, I have reset all the equipment (I.e turn on / off) but no joy please advise how to fix.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I have run the tests / there is nothing wrong with my equipment - it’s at the sky end - I used to run IT for a major financial institution snd am technically savvy. Please sort the problem. Check downdetector site - other users are having the same issues as me.

    So you spend two hours on the phone with a guy from @SkyUK sorting out the **** equipment they charge you for to find it’s exactly the same a day later might as well just cancel the payment as I’m not getting what was promised so they’ve broken the contract not me right?
