@SkyUK hi I’m having sound issues on most of your channels, audio cuts out every 60 seconds for a second this is spoiling watching movies and live sport, this has been going on since August, I have reset all the equipment (I.e turn on / off) but no joy please advise how to fix.

Absolutely shocking service from @SkyUK today, where as a disabled customer I was told to crawl around on the floor to fit my own cabling, they have refused to send an engineer for their faulty equipment, then cut me off when I asked to speak to someone else.
