@SkyUK hi I’m having sound issues on most of your channels, audio cuts out every 60 seconds for a second this is spoiling watching movies and live sport, this has been going on since August, I have reset all the equipment (I.e turn on / off) but no joy please advise how to fix.

@SkyHelpTeam I am not happy, after several phone calls about my non fuctioning Sky Q 2TB box not working properly & being promised a replacement 3 times, i am still waiting to recieve a replacement. I also recieved my SkyQ mini that i added that i am paying for but unable to use.

@SkyHelpTeam SKY VWHILST A GOOD SERVICE NEED TO UPDATE EQUIPMENT AND REPAIR SERVICE TO ALL CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE PAID FOR 30 YEARS IN THE UK AND IRELAND . IT IS NOT PRACTICAL FOR EVERYONE TO CHECK DISH OR INDEED ALTER FIXED WIRES. HAPPY NEW YEAR HOPING FOR BETTER CUSTOMER CARE.
