Have rearranged my week so that I can be in for a @SkyUK engineer to arrive and he hasn’t, so I call @SkyHelpTeam who tell me he is not coming and the next time he can come is in 2 weeks!! I’ve got no fully functioning telly and Sky can’t be arsed to fix this.Ridiculous!
