Doesn't mean he's a better fighter or that I think he'd beat either of them, but there's some solid names on his resume.     @SkyHelpTeam was asked to do a survey after my phone call today then and asked what I’d rate the customer service rep. When I said my score she said I should give her 9 or 10 and then weirdly i didn’t get the survey. That’s not proper representation of your performance.

    Furious. Have rearranged my week so that I can be in for a @SkyUK engineer to arrive and he hasn’t, so I call @SkyHelpTeam who tell me he is not coming and the next time he can come is in 2 weeks!! I’ve got no fully functioning telly and Sky can’t be arsed to fix this.Ridiculous!

    Hey @SkyUK just wanted to say your customer service is appalling. There is no way to do anything online without your website trying to flog you something else and not letting you do a simple task, and then you're stuck on hold for 20 minutes to get yet more sales spiel!

    @SkyHelpTeam We have noticed how Sky has reduced our 9 Mbps guaranteed fibre broadband from around 11 to 6 over the past couple of weeks. No email method of complaint, just a very tiring telephone call with many "hoops" to jump through. We just want what we're paying for!

    @SkyHelpTeam As a loyal customer I get screwed whereas a new customer gets the fantastic deal (s). I get you need new customers, but loyal customers should be regarded as important too. So, if I want the full house price I need to cancel my Sky and get a new contract, seems a lot of hassle
