    @SkyHelpTeam was asked to do a survey after my phone call today then and asked what I’d rate the customer service rep. When I said my score she said I should give her 9 or 10 and then weirdly i didn’t get the survey. That’s not proper representation of your performance.

Doesn't mean he's a better fighter or that I think he'd beat either of them, but there's some solid names on his resume.     Furious. Have rearranged my week so that I can be in for a @SkyUK engineer to arrive and he hasn’t, so I call @SkyHelpTeam who tell me he is not coming and the next time he can come is in 2 weeks!! I’ve got no fully functioning telly and Sky can’t be arsed to fix this.Ridiculous!

    @SkyHelpTeam You need to get it touch with open reach and see what they broke! While shoving cables down in the ground outside my property. They broke something before when they were fiddling about Under ground and cut through something! And it seems same had happened again!

    When @skyuk have had your phone since 2-9-22foe repair due to blank screen, now saying my screen is cracked. Disputed and now trying to claim the screen actually isn't cracked but led is lifted caused by physical damage . Two weeks paying for a phone I don't have . #ripoff

    @SkyHelpTeam just changed to Sky Q and really struggling with the new remote: battery cover comes off (not good with young children) and the handling of it is all wrong - can’t press 0 without dropping the whole thing. Is there an alternative? Please help!

    @Liamhoy4 @SkyUK I got the full fibre 150mbs installed ..i moved from bt who wanted to charge the same £ but for 35mbs.. Tbh i am impressed. Good customer service too... once you get thru!!/ get transferred around the houses.
