@SkyHelpTeam So you & @Vue give codes that don't work, then I'm told to email to resolve them. I do so (before they expired) & wait several weeks with no reply, now both are refusing to help when the issue either came through Vue or Sky. What sort of scam is this?

@SkyHelpTeam As mentioned, they only expired because they didn't work on the website. Then Vue told me to email them (before they expired) & now neither they, nor Sky, seem to be able to help. Even though they were informed prior to them expiring.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi LS, it was the tickets for May - they wouldn't allow me to use them online because of errors, so Vue told me to email them, but they ignored the email & now they say they have expired so they won't help. They only expired because they didn't work online, then Vue didn't help.

@SkyHelpTeam A polite customer communication telling someone their piggyback is about to expire would be a good customer service tactic. Most of my piggybank was built from your failings as a provider in the first place. Can’t wait for my contract to end
