@SkyHelpTeam was asked to do a survey after my phone call today then and asked what I’d rate the customer service rep. When I said my score she said I should give her 9 or 10 and then weirdly i didn’t get the survey. That’s not proper representation of your performance.

Doesn't mean he's a better fighter or that I think he'd beat either of them, but there's some solid names on his resume. @SkyHelpTeam It's dreadful. Constantly. It drops in and out. Speed is so slow. We have a main Q box, 2 boosters and a mini Q box in a 2 bed flat. It was fine before Q and is now stupidly bad and costs a fortune. Couldn't be less happy
