@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

But the software of both, which is something I don know about (I use to commission it for my company)it gives away to apple and others to much about me.

@SkyUK It's pants. I had to return one for my dad. If the internet signal is weak or down, no TV. Picture quality isn't great either. Sound is ok. If you incorporated a PVR so you can record, it would be better.
