@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the generic reply. This isn’t a connectivity issue. I can connect just fine if my device doesn’t use the router as a DNS server or after rebooting the router. It stops working in the late evening, so if an engineer comes out in the day, it will be working just fine.

Organisations like @skysports love sports people and aren't capable of discerning good people from bad. Being good at sport doesnt make you a good person and we find that out all too late. All those exposed should be sacked from their media roles now.
