Doesn't mean he's a better fighter or that I think he'd beat either of them, but there's some solid names on his resume. Yet again our @SkyHelpTeam broadband is down and has been since yesterday afternoon. When this happened last week it seemed to come back on, but now it’s happened again it’s getting beyond a joke. What’s the point in paying for broadband when it doesn’t work a few times a month

22 years with @SkyHelpTeam. Last deal was £74/month and now that 18 month contract is up it’s shot up to £107. Phoned up to see what they could do and took a measly £10 off so £97 for another 18 month contract. That’s a 30% increase! So much for being a loyal customer!!

@SkyHelpTeam With all due respect Ellie. If your tech team hasn't resolved the issues in the past 3 and a half years I highly doubt they'll be doing so now. I'll just be cancelling like a bunch of other people . Because there's no customer care with sky .
