@SkyHelpTeam was asked to do a survey after my phone call today then and asked what I’d rate the customer service rep. When I said my score she said I should give her 9 or 10 and then weirdly i didn’t get the survey. That’s not proper representation of your performance.

@SkyHelpTeam The checker says there are problems with the connession. Clearly plenty of people in Cardiff are having the same issue so I'd advise you look into the outage rather than sending people to the checker
