Mike Hathaway (@MikeJHathaway) reported@SkyHelpTeam Yes, it works on occasion, but we get buffering issues, lack of audio and the crashes on a regular basis, last time@we had an issue was yesterday, watched a program at lunch time, tried pausing to let the video download, but could not watch in the end!

It takes minutes for every page to load, most come back with an error. How can I have a full signal but no wifi?

You have sent people out and tested everything and said the speeds are 7.8Mbps - So when will someone fix the problem so i CAN get a package with faster speeds??
