@SkyHelpTeam spoke to support earlier as scaffolding has temporarily stopped my satellite signal. They suggested that I cast Sky Go to my TV but, whether by casting or HDMI, I get a message that “playback is not allowed on external displays” when I try to play anything. Help!

@SkyHelpTeam Requested PAC codes from sky mobile Reccd email with link to see PAC codes Link simply takes me to my sky login page and no where from there. Where do I find these codes once I am in the sky account? No point in sending message as Yr BOT just drives you mad!
