@SkyHelpTeam Hello , that’s the same link I’ve used before ! It tells you to call as it can’t be cancelled on the app ! I’ve used the messenger service - waited for over an hour for it to then say - an error has occurred ! My sky hasn’t worked for over a year - cancel it please!!

@SkyHelpTeam Hello, I received a text this morning from Sky, reporting a fault with my broadband (It seemed to be working ok) and openreach are working to fix this. The engineer left at midday and the broadband is not working.

@cazmaxwby Yeah ever since we’ve “upgraded” to the new broadband, even paying the £4 “boost” it’s been worse than the old one, awful service and product. It guaranteed WiFi in every room in the house & it just doesn’t. Will be ringing to complain when I can get through @skytv @SkyHelpTeam

@chazaustin10 @SkySports @SkySportsPL @GNev2 @Carra23 Ridiculous that technology has now totally taken over from common sense and that not even the linesman questioned why the goal line tech didn't work. Saying 'oh it's working now' doesn't help when Sheff Utd fail to get into Champions League by 1 pt at the end of the season.

@SkyUK I think it’s absolutely disgusting that sky can not price match one of your rivals I can get broadband, sky sports, 195+ tv channels and talk weekends for £72 and the best you can do for what I have is £83.50 it really is awful, I have been a loyal customer for years.

So annoying paying for something that doesn’t work. We have mobiles w/ @SkyUK & literally have no signal unless we can use WiFi. We’ve done everything advised to make them work. Cant wait for the contract to be up.. Shame we’ve got a year to go 😡 not good when you have kids!!
