    Hey @SkyHelpTeam Your broadband has now went down 3 times this morning and yet when I check it says no issues. Well, I can tell you, there bloody well is issues!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes it did an THAT number is the automated service which is it letting you even say what the problem is it’s sending you right to online an sending you a text you have NO idea after the 7th time do trying to get through I’m ready to cancel my sky you see where I’m coming from!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes it did give THAT number... your automated service DOES NOT even let you say what’s wrong now before sending you a text with link “90% of queries are sorted online” - if I hear that one more time I will cancel my order with sky do you understand!

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam I called at 11.30 to report that the internet light on my router is off and I was informed that there is a problem in my area and an engineer was already dealing. 3 hours on.. Nothing has changed and I'm starting a 12 hour shift soon and need it for my work

    @SkyUK is the absolute WORST company I have ever had to deal with trying to contact you about my broadband an your automated service keeps hanging up on me if you’re trying to loose a customer your doing great 👏🏻

    @SkySports Officiating of the match was very poor. Any player can get angry. It seems the referee was partial.

    @designerhomes @Osito_Boss @SkySports If a different ref had that game and gave that penalty he would have moaned the same, except he couldn’t have used something from the blokes past to try and have a go at like that’s why he gave a penalty, it was a stupid dig to get one up on him because he felt he could

    @SkyUK internet is awful, lost connection 3 times tonight and a total of 8 times since Saturday. Awful considering what I pay monthly for it.

    Why is it everytime I go on the @SkyHelpTeam site for help it just takes me to some dumb *** guide and never gives you an option to chat with an actual person. The sky q router is so bad it needs resetting every day. Worst router sky have ever supplied us with.
