    @SkyHelpTeam Yeh it’s still working but as I mentioned it slow and the sky app says there is an issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes it did an THAT number is the automated service which is it letting you even say what the problem is it’s sending you right to online an sending you a text you have NO idea after the 7th time do trying to get through I’m ready to cancel my sky you see where I’m coming from!!

    @SkyUK is the absolute WORST company I have ever had to deal with trying to contact you about my broadband an your automated service keeps hanging up on me if you’re trying to loose a customer your doing great 👏🏻

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes it did give THAT number... your automated service DOES NOT even let you say what’s wrong now before sending you a text with link “90% of queries are sorted online” - if I hear that one more time I will cancel my order with sky do you understand!

    @SkyHelpTeam I don't have any cardboard boxes, or a printer to print that label, if you would like me to return your property please send me something to do so in. That was what I was told would happen when I ohoned to cancel.

    @VodafoneUK im guessong your customer service agents don’t care about existing customers, 3 times I have had to chat with them to get through to cancellations each time I connect it disconnects. Maybe better going to @SkyUK mobile service

    The moment you realise that nobody outside the family circle has been in your house for months is when you’re happy to have a socially distanced visit from an @WeAreOpenreach engineer. Line is fine, it’s @SkyUK equipment that’s not. So hopefully the replacements on order fix it!

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam I called at 11.30 to report that the internet light on my router is off and I was informed that there is a problem in my area and an engineer was already dealing. 3 hours on.. Nothing has changed and I'm starting a 12 hour shift soon and need it for my work

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s definitely asking me to sign in. I’ve managed to sign in on my laptop and found the help article about PIN numbers but as I said, all my parental control settings are set to “off”. It’s only happening with SkyMax recordings since the channel changed names.

    @SkyHelpTeam How does auto-compensation for missed engineer visits work? I had a visit booked in yesterday & the engineer never arrived. In the order tracking section of my account, it still shows the visit as scheduled. Does that need to update 1st?

    Dear @SkyHelpTeam I called 3 weeks ago to arrange for broadband to be set up on the 20th at my new address. It was supposed to be activated on Monday as I’m working from home. We’re now onto day 3 without any connection and you can’t tell us when it’ll be sorted. Very poor.
