@VodafoneUK im guessong your customer service agents don’t care about existing customers, 3 times I have had to chat with them to get through to cancellations each time I connect it disconnects. Maybe better going to @SkyUK mobile service

Hi @SkyHelpTeam I called at 11.30 to report that the internet light on my router is off and I was informed that there is a problem in my area and an engineer was already dealing. 3 hours on.. Nothing has changed and I'm starting a 12 hour shift soon and need it for my work

The moment you realise that nobody outside the family circle has been in your house for months is when you’re happy to have a socially distanced visit from an @WeAreOpenreach engineer. Line is fine, it’s @SkyUK equipment that’s not. So hopefully the replacements on order fix it!

@SkyHelpTeam We’ve been with sky for years not once has it been as promised. Download speed is slow as hell, I’m getting two bars when I’m a literal room away from the box sometimes my pc will get disconnected because the box is too weak.
