    It's laughably pathetic @SkyHelpTeam adding/upgrading options all seem to work ok however the pause sky sports is still not working and just times out. #SkySportsPause

    @SkyHelpTeam what a Shambles your broadband service is, constantly dropping out, pay good money and end up missing half of the biggest game of the season so far.

    @VodafoneUK im guessong your customer service agents don’t care about existing customers, 3 times I have had to chat with them to get through to cancellations each time I connect it disconnects. Maybe better going to @SkyUK mobile service

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes it did give THAT number... your automated service DOES NOT even let you say what’s wrong now before sending you a text with link “90% of queries are sorted online” - if I hear that one more time I will cancel my order with sky do you understand!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes it did an THAT number is the automated service which is it letting you even say what the problem is it’s sending you right to online an sending you a text you have NO idea after the 7th time do trying to get through I’m ready to cancel my sky you see where I’m coming from!!

    @SkyUK is the absolute WORST company I have ever had to deal with trying to contact you about my broadband an your automated service keeps hanging up on me if you’re trying to loose a customer your doing great 👏🏻

    @SkyHelpTeam Their middle light on router (“internet”) is going off/amber then green then off again. Pretty much tells you what you need to know? Now, once again, “is it an area wide problem that’ll get fixed” or do they need to call out one of your people to attend the TW9 residence ?

    @Tetsik_beats @SkySports You can't just change a whole system with no training when games are played every three days. This isn't FIFA. The system is not the major issue. It's the injuries and players underperforming.

    @SkyHelpTeam Ps when it IS finally green they are getting 2 mbps with 200-300 ping. Are you able to help or should I just tell them to get VirginMedia in? Those figures are TERRIBLE! They are out of contract and I’m bored of not getting honest answers from you so pls think wisely. TW9-issues?

    @SkyHelpTeam “Needing more time” isn’t a proper update though. We don’t know what the issue is, or an accurate timescale as to when the issue will be resolved.
