It's laughably pathetic @SkyHelpTeam adding/upgrading options all seem to work ok however the pause sky sports is still not working and just times out. #SkySportsPause

@SkyHelpTeam you describe yourselves as an isp under the communications act 2003. phone + internet up and down like hookers knickers for over 60 hours! we need to start legal action as your not doing your job that you get paid for are you! where do we send court forms?

Why can't @SkyHelpTeam leave a message about their outage so that those using their phone download can get a status update? That might be a bit too clever for them so it's let the customer suffer again. Pretty **** customer service if you ask me.
