It's laughably pathetic @SkyHelpTeam adding/upgrading options all seem to work ok however the pause sky sports is still not working and just times out. #SkySportsPause

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Team, not true. I just spoke to one of your team and there is an issue at the exchange. Remediation is now set at anywhere between 24 to 48 hours so this means potentially a large number of your customers will have no broadband for 3 days. Not ideal given the pandemic

Hey @SkyHelpTeam why do I have to pay £50 to loan a sky Q mini box. No engineer fees as I'll do it and I'm sure @RoyalMail don't charge £50 to deliver an item. Does that mean that you always own the box so the warranty is endless and covered by you, so I can cancel my insurance?

@SkyHelpTeam I haven't got internet connection since this morning. I've done everything you advise in the website and still not working. Is there any other real solution or I have to book an engineer paying £15 and wait 3 more days to fix the problem? I need connection to work.
