    It's laughably pathetic @SkyHelpTeam adding/upgrading options all seem to work ok however the pause sky sports is still not working and just times out. #SkySportsPause

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes it did an THAT number is the automated service which is it letting you even say what the problem is it’s sending you right to online an sending you a text you have NO idea after the 7th time do trying to get through I’m ready to cancel my sky you see where I’m coming from!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes it did give THAT number... your automated service DOES NOT even let you say what’s wrong now before sending you a text with link “90% of queries are sorted online” - if I hear that one more time I will cancel my order with sky do you understand!

    @VodafoneUK im guessong your customer service agents don’t care about existing customers, 3 times I have had to chat with them to get through to cancellations each time I connect it disconnects. Maybe better going to @SkyUK mobile service

    @SkyUK why does My Sky never work. I go in to check piggy bank and manage it but all I ever get are error messages.

    @SkyHelpTeam your customer service is painful, your advisor wrote my email down wrong on the fourth spelling and now can’t send me a contract out apparently via email. Not to mention you owe me over £100 in billing errors since January. Terrible service.

    @SkyUK how dare you take our data away. We have paid for it. You have no right to delete it. We have never received a letter. We never would have agreed to it. We got no warning that it was expiring, but you’d be quick to tell us our contract was up. This is theft! Return it now

    I did warn you not to overcharge me on my mobile contract but you chose to ignore me, so i will be leaving Sky Mobile now. @SkyHelpTeam Customer over 20 years and you treat me like ****, shame on you. For just £14 and lack of customer service you have lost a long term customer.
