It's laughably pathetic @SkyHelpTeam adding/upgrading options all seem to work ok however the pause sky sports is still not working and just times out. #SkySportsPause

@VodafoneUK im guessong your customer service agents don’t care about existing customers, 3 times I have had to chat with them to get through to cancellations each time I connect it disconnects. Maybe better going to @SkyUK mobile service

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve lost broadband connectivity. I’m in the IG6 area. Is there a known issue. The ‘check connection’ options on the router all report that connectivity is normal which is completely misleading

@Crocidolite11 @SkyHelpTeam I’ve had no broadband for over 6 hours no reply from the help Twitter account the service checker in my sky app won’t even work and the link on their website to check service is unavailable I’m sick of it.

@benh_rbx @SkyHelpTeam Took them 3 days and them sending me a new router last time my area was down even though multiple people were telling them of same issues...so “hours” is decent
