It's laughably pathetic @SkyHelpTeam adding/upgrading options all seem to work ok however the pause sky sports is still not working and just times out. #SkySportsPause

@VodafoneUK im guessong your customer service agents don’t care about existing customers, 3 times I have had to chat with them to get through to cancellations each time I connect it disconnects. Maybe better going to @SkyUK mobile service

@SkyHelpTeam Hey! I upgraded my broadband package a few weeks ago. Download is great, but Upload speed is NOT what was advertised to me. Supposed to get 16, and I'm barely hitting 1. I upgraded for Twitch streaming, which is impossible right now. Please help

@SkyHelpTeam Nope, they told me I had it. They said they won’t be sending a new one and I will have to pay for this plan. I haven’t got it. Why did the investigation only look at the delivery?! The delivery of the box wasn’t a problem, it was the fact that the box was empty!
