@SkyHelpTeam Oh my goodness. We have spoken to you over the last 5 days with no update. @OpenreachHelp say that they have internal Comms with the provider giving YOU updates. How hard is it to provide a timeline for a service we are paying for? Is the issue being actively worked on?

@SkyHelpTeam The outage has been ongoing since Monday with no information, it is impacted a whole area not me as a customer so specific account access is not necessary. I am sure you understand my frustration at being unable to work, make phone calls, access TV, internet etc.

@SkyHelpTeam I was told there is a fault and another level engineer would call.. I requested a new box sent out I can swap no problem and I will send old one back... This was after being on phone for an hour... Shocking way to tear people...

@SkySports I appreciate he’s picked extra to be able to monitor those with injury, but those who didn’t finish the season should not have been picked, it’s not picking for form, it’s picking for the name! Some haven’t played competitively in months & some finished season in very poor form
