It's laughably pathetic @SkyHelpTeam adding/upgrading options all seem to work ok however the pause sky sports is still not working and just times out. #SkySportsPause

@VodafoneUK im guessong your customer service agents don’t care about existing customers, 3 times I have had to chat with them to get through to cancellations each time I connect it disconnects. Maybe better going to @SkyUK mobile service

@SkyUK You keep telling me to test my broadband but the only way I can test it is when my internet is working so are you pulling wool over my eyes or yours... damn tired of looking like a fool at work for nearly a year and my internet is still not functioning properly.

@tlc_uk @SkyUk As you are aware we are in a Pandemic and never was a time more important then tv. You chose to end #90DaysFiance on the 15th Feb when it's due to be aired the 17th Feb? Why would you do that? It's evil!

@SkyHelpTeam @karenbest2 I’ve got the same problem. You are not asked to hang up, you just get cut off. This has happened several times to me and I've been unable to get in touch for over a week. So fed up, I now want to cancel my contract.

Thought I solved that @virginmedia problem. But of course I was wrong. Let's see how long this call takes. (20mins so far no answer). Can they beat their record of 1hr 30 with me. While I wait I'll call #Sky @SkyUK 2 sort out her phone & broadband 4 my mum. That won't take long.
