@VodafoneUK im guessong your customer service agents don’t care about existing customers, 3 times I have had to chat with them to get through to cancellations each time I connect it disconnects. Maybe better going to @SkyUK mobile service

It's laughably pathetic @SkyHelpTeam adding/upgrading options all seem to work ok however the pause sky sports is still not working and just times out. #SkySportsPause

@SkyHelpTeam I reach out to you first as your team is always help , phoning and being connected overseas does my head in! One person said I can’t cause it is not a business account I explained I was a volunteer, then Clare replied that it is not an Sky error.

@SkyHelpTeam I can't log in to my account on any device, I get a white screen saying access denied, which means I also can't log in to get help. I've never had an issue before any idea why I suddenly can't access my account?
