Richard Scratcher 🇺🇦 (@mr_scratcher) reported@AislinnClarke @SkyUK Go to the Ombusdsman. It was the only way I got an issue solved to my satisfaction a couple of years ago. Sky really are atrocious at customer service unless you are going to upgrade your package or extend your contract.

Orders went through fine, then I receive a cancellation email <10 minutes later. It's never been so difficult to place a flipping order.

It fails to connect at the WPS stage about 7/10 times and the box and router are in same room. When it does connect, usually stays connected for a couple of hours then drops out at some point. No error code.

Michael Potts (@mikepottsy) reported@SkyUK My 3G doesn't work on iPhone 13 pro max. 4G and 5G are fine, but it doesn't work on 3G even when my phone has full bars on 3G. It happens in multiple different areas. I've reset my net work settings, deleted the profile and reinstalled the net work settings and had a new
