@VodafoneUK im guessong your customer service agents don’t care about existing customers, 3 times I have had to chat with them to get through to cancellations each time I connect it disconnects. Maybe better going to @SkyUK mobile service

It's laughably pathetic @SkyHelpTeam adding/upgrading options all seem to work ok however the pause sky sports is still not working and just times out. #SkySportsPause

@SkyUK Provide Sky as a streaming service like Netflix you morons! I have a £20k projection system installed in my den. Do you think I’m going to swap that out for a shite TV just to see Sky? I would however, by a streaming version of the service.

@Gooner_AC21 @SkyUK So, we got Sky Glass TV and 3 pucks for the TVs upstairs. The puck for the main bedroom has been swapped twice and still freezes. I upgraded my broadband and added two extenders and Still lose the signal in the mornings. Turning the puck off and on, retyping PW, etc.

@SkyUK Worse move Sky have made. When there were rumours that Sky were bringing out a streaming option, I was all for it, being on a communal dish sucks. Why would someone get rid of a perfectly good TV to get Sky Glass. Not gonna for as many customers for Glass.

@jasonbannan1 @SkyUK You have to telephone them to cancel. Sky Movies is a premium channel so you will have to pay a penalty charge. I tried after 3 months and was told that I would have to pay a £60 penalty.
