@SkyHelpTeam Hi - no idea. I did not know it existed. I looked it up and I don't have the tile. But I was not trying to download - I was trying to watch live Sport that I already pay for. Indeed I pay for it twice as I have two subscriptions!! Not much incentive to be a paying customer.

New broadband installing in jan. Very glad to be done with the atrocious service offered by @SkyUK - cannot say this enough as a consumer, Sky have not been anywhere near good enough at any point over the last 2 years & their policies only protect themselves. Will never use again

@SkyHelpTeam hi, we’ve woke up this morning and there’s no satellite signal to our Sky Q boxes, went outside to check the dish and the antenna has snapped off 😭😭 Any help would be greatly appreciated

@SkyHelpTeam please help. I have no satellite signal after the bad winds last night. Ive checked outside and my dish still faces the right direction. The weather totally clear and sunny now and Ive alsp tried restarting my sky box.
