@VodafoneUK im guessong your customer service agents don’t care about existing customers, 3 times I have had to chat with them to get through to cancellations each time I connect it disconnects. Maybe better going to @SkyUK mobile service

@SkyHelpTeam Yes it did give THAT number... your automated service DOES NOT even let you say what’s wrong now before sending you a text with link “90% of queries are sorted online” - if I hear that one more time I will cancel my order with sky do you understand!

@SkyHelpTeam Yes it did an THAT number is the automated service which is it letting you even say what the problem is it’s sending you right to online an sending you a text you have NO idea after the 7th time do trying to get through I’m ready to cancel my sky you see where I’m coming from!!

It's laughably pathetic @SkyHelpTeam adding/upgrading options all seem to work ok however the pause sky sports is still not working and just times out. #SkySportsPause

@SkyUK is the absolute WORST company I have ever had to deal with trying to contact you about my broadband an your automated service keeps hanging up on me if you’re trying to loose a customer your doing great 👏🏻

@SkyHelpTeam In Yorkshire mines been down since Monday 22/2 and should be back 1/3 was told earlier. 🤬Having to use saved data to be able to work, that will soon cost me when it runs out!! 2 to 5 days at the most they said 🤯

@SkyHelpTeam Brill!! So because of your error I have had to use and share data from my phone plan to my sons iPad, so he doesn’t miss out of school work and live lessons. Also the my sky app is so slow to log into, I’m guessing because everyone is trying to get onto it!!

@Hannahs27902513 @SkyHelpTeam They are happy to charge us huge fees, can't provide the service we pay for, but slow on helping out... Their customer service is shocking. And they keep increasing the bills!
