It's laughably pathetic @SkyHelpTeam adding/upgrading options all seem to work ok however the pause sky sports is still not working and just times out. #SkySportsPause

@VodafoneUK im guessong your customer service agents don’t care about existing customers, 3 times I have had to chat with them to get through to cancellations each time I connect it disconnects. Maybe better going to @SkyUK mobile service

@danlugsden @SkyHelpTeam I'm in Lambton, mines been down since about 10, working from home tomorrow so better come back, but what is most worrying is my elderly mums landline is down and I can't reach her if there is any problems. Washington not on list so we must be classed as Sunderland. Not good Sky
