It's laughably pathetic @SkyHelpTeam adding/upgrading options all seem to work ok however the pause sky sports is still not working and just times out. #SkySportsPause

@SkyHelpTeam It's not a line connection issue. The problem is the signal from the router is not meeting the minimum guaranteed 3mbps in each room of the house. I've explained this to two people today and a complaint has been opened but my kids still can't use the WiFi in their rooms

@SkyUK my broadband min speed isn't being met, I've called to speak to someone today who told me to pay for a 3rd party booster amongst other advice none of which was helpful. My son's PS4 had a download speed of 714.8kbps recently. Someone needs to fix this please
