It's laughably pathetic @SkyHelpTeam adding/upgrading options all seem to work ok however the pause sky sports is still not working and just times out. #SkySportsPause

@SkyHelpTeam Sky broadband has been up and down in KA7 area since Xmas eve. Constant Orange light on 4th light of router. Been in phone and done all usual stuff, comes and goes, phones now on 4g. Is there an outage in area?

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks, but those steps are irrelevant if you read my original message. The signal received at the hub is fine as is the WiFi signal throughout the house, with the exception of one bedroom.

Disappointed that @skyuk has kept me waiting since the 13th December for internet connectivity. They are now claiming that I might be without service into the new year. I work from home, no way into the office and rely on that connection. They have blamed BT Openreach. Not good.
