    @SkyHelpTeam Yes it did an THAT number is the automated service which is it letting you even say what the problem is it’s sending you right to online an sending you a text you have NO idea after the 7th time do trying to get through I’m ready to cancel my sky you see where I’m coming from!!

    It's laughably pathetic @SkyHelpTeam adding/upgrading options all seem to work ok however the pause sky sports is still not working and just times out. #SkySportsPause

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes it did give THAT number... your automated service DOES NOT even let you say what’s wrong now before sending you a text with link “90% of queries are sorted online” - if I hear that one more time I will cancel my order with sky do you understand!

    @SkyHelpTeam what a Shambles your broadband service is, constantly dropping out, pay good money and end up missing half of the biggest game of the season so far.

    @VodafoneUK im guessong your customer service agents don’t care about existing customers, 3 times I have had to chat with them to get through to cancellations each time I connect it disconnects. Maybe better going to @SkyUK mobile service

    @SkyUK is the absolute WORST company I have ever had to deal with trying to contact you about my broadband an your automated service keeps hanging up on me if you’re trying to loose a customer your doing great 👏🏻

    @SkyHelpTeam Well when i rang to knock my bill down, i asked about your broadband social tariffs and she said oh they are no good. What you have is better, i told her im struggling and my broadband contract is nearly up im going to get a quote with someone else

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Ross - I am now speaking with a member of the sales team however having a difficult time. I have queried your legal conditions vs the offer provided and was told to "ignore the legal bit for now". Am I not agreeing to the legal bits though? Not great service
