@VodafoneUK im guessong your customer service agents don’t care about existing customers, 3 times I have had to chat with them to get through to cancellations each time I connect it disconnects. Maybe better going to @SkyUK mobile service

@SkySports You couldn't even say it was a broken ankle? I get not showing a replay, but to not even be able to say what the injury was? I was half assuming he'd lost his leg. How far do we go with this?
