It's laughably pathetic @SkyHelpTeam adding/upgrading options all seem to work ok however the pause sky sports is still not working and just times out. #SkySportsPause

@VodafoneUK im guessong your customer service agents don’t care about existing customers, 3 times I have had to chat with them to get through to cancellations each time I connect it disconnects. Maybe better going to @SkyUK mobile service

@feuillade_dean @mcuk2014 @SkyHelpTeam It’s not hard to change their website to say there are issues, at the very least. They never handle outages well, pushing me over the edge to quit them for good tbh
