@VodafoneUK im guessong your customer service agents don’t care about existing customers, 3 times I have had to chat with them to get through to cancellations each time I connect it disconnects. Maybe better going to @SkyUK mobile service

It's laughably pathetic @SkyHelpTeam adding/upgrading options all seem to work ok however the pause sky sports is still not working and just times out. #SkySportsPause

So it looks like #SkyBroadband is down in Edinburgh @SkyHelpTeam - and idea when it will be fixed? Not gonna get much done today without it and seems like there are problems across the whole country … 😬😬 Let’s hope I can hotspot to get stuff done this morning! 💻
