@RuthlessRedcoat @ChristineJane90 @SkyHelpTeam Same problem it has dropped out 5 minutes each time. Sky if the internet has dropped offline, the customer can not go online to do a speed test. How about admitting there are problems and you are investigating it. Rather than blaming the customer through poorly thought out help?
