    @atpoetry @SkyHelpTeam Oh dear! I also found when we got through eventually one person told us one thing and somebody else another! Thankfully the engineer who attended was very competent and fixed our issue .. even though it was over a week of waiting. Appalling customer service tho in the most part

    @SkyHelpTeam sky Q mini box keeps freezing. WiFi signal very strong (just switched to ultrafast). Rebooted and updated software on main box and mini box. Still the same. Netflix etc apps all work fine on mini box. Only live tv and recordings. Not watchable it’s that bad. Ideas?

    Day 6 of no internet and 3 teenagers unable to do home schooling😡we’ve been a customer of @SkyUK for nearly 20 years, pay for all channels every year and what absolutely appalling customer service we’ve had 🤬🤬 no closer to sorting the problem so we have to just wait and wait

    This is where @SkySports have got it wrong in their coverage, always biased. For example, Radicanu would never have made it from Bromley (but they writhe in her success) neither can any player from Barnsley.

    @JayD7861 @andrearadri @SkySports People are moaning because the refs are interpreting the rules incorrectly. At no time was the Leeds player deliberately put the opponent in danger or was out of control. Pure accident. The idiot refs are punishing the outcome not the act. The tackle on Richarlison was worse.
