  @SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

  @SkyHelpTeam third month no device & sky continue to take payment for my new line rental .... sky I have no choice but to report this to the police. I've tried to resolve it. If I cancel the bill it will effect my credit rating & can't keep paying you for something I don't have

  @CrohnZone @SkyHelpTeam upto now no further help, cannot uphold price was told yes by 2 ppl no by 2 others, cancelled the order, orders not cancelled its all a mess very stressful for a basic broandband Install that's gone wrong because of sky and openreach mistake.

  @SkyUK Hi. Was my post not clear enough?? We are getting minimal TV channels,our internet is below 20% of the guaranteed speeds. We can't even watch TV through the respective APPS,as the broadband is piss poor. What else do you need to know?

  @SkyUK why is TV playing up?? We have it through Qbox and cabled internet,yet it is still crap. Why?? Cos we are guaranteed 100mbs and we are getting 18mbs!!! You charge through the arse for your services,yet you can only deliver during the cooling off period. 🤬🤬🤬🤬
