@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

HORRIBLE feeling we have been used by @GNev2 & @Carra23 They riled us up and sent us to War over #ESL and reform of how Clubs are owned (50+1) so the likes of John Henry & Joel Glazer can’t do this again. Why are fans now being attacked? Job done @SkySports kept their business?

@SkyUK If you’re going to put so much focus on voice navigation on SkyQ, can you please do something to help it understand East Yorkshire & other regional accents? The reason I don’t use SkyQ voice commands is because the thing can’t understand me!!

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam thank you so much to the lovely Irish man Thomas, who took my desperate call this morning. My elderly parents landline had broken and they were in a panic about it not working! He was patient and helpful with me and took my mums mobile number.

@SkyHelpTeam any idea why sky go isn't working for Xbox One? Whenever I try to watch a channel I get 'An error has occurred, please try again later' but it works fine on some of the Sky channels. Issue has been there since last night
