@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam hi. SKY website says no issues in my area NN15 but several people in my estate are experiencing poor internet. Since about midnight connection is mainly off than on.

Called @bt_uk to cancel our broadband because a) we don't get the speeds they told us we would & b) @SkyHelpTeam are guaranteeing us better speeds at half the price. The chap I spoke to had the cheek to argue with me and even raised his voice & interrupted non stop - RUDE!

Had awful customer service from @SkyUK I called them to upgrade and they said I wouldn’t have to pay £30 to do this (on 2 accounts so £60), then saw I had been charged. Have they sorted it? No I’m on my 4th phonecall and each time I have to ask them to listen to the recording 😡
