@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam hi Sky Broadband isn't working correctly. Connection is unstable. Constant reset required. I've done the checks, it says there's a known issue. Is there any ETA on when this will be fixed and will you be notifying us of progress? South Cambridgeshire.
