    @SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

    @SkyHelpTeam Sorry I can’t be more detailed about his issue, I’m 100 miles away. Since an Engineer installed SkyQ in October he’s had issues. But he’s 90 and struggling with the website. So I’m asking you for the correct number to phone for an engineer please.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m constantly getting pixelation on my picture. It’s especially bad on Sky Sports Premier League which often just stops completely. It’s very annoying. What can be causing it?

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, can u help? Every day when we turn the tv on we get a ‘no connection’ message, meaning we have to turn the power off on main Sky Q box and re-set the box to get it to work. This is happening daily. Can u advise why this could be happening & how to resolve please?

    @SkyHelpTeam, I had a Sky Q box installed in Wednesday, and have consistant problems since with 'No satellite signal' messages (block of flats, communal dish) Channels will work for a period of time - as few as 5 mins upto hours on end - then go down
