@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam I finally got through to speak to someone (a person) in this country after five call to different people in different countries..which is not acceptable. Considering the cost of sky your customers service is very poor...

@nozzla @SkyUK 100% agree, was hyped, love new tech, really enjoy using SkyQ, Sky customer service is second to none, I have lots of discounts in place under my Sky package (about to turn Diamond from Platinum), so why would I want to switch to an inferior product/service, doesn't make sense!

@SkyHelpTeam Due to my house layout I have a booster box and use the mini q boxes to get the signal round the home. With just the tv acting as one wifi extender how will I get the signal to the other rooms?
