@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. We work from home for the NHS and our line is down. Following your instructions last week an engineer attended and told us that the line is broken underground. We were told that we were a priority and it would be fixed Saturday or Monday. Still no update Help

@nataliesawyer @SkyHelpTeam I've Been Thinking About This For 10 Years. This Will Sound Nuts But i Genuinely Don't Believe They Have Satellites In Space, i Only Think They Have Ground Masts Or Ground Satellites, 2021 & In Rural Scotland Can't Get a Phone Signal. WTF

@SkyHelpTeam Yes they go off completely, then red and orange. But even when they turn green again the connection is too slow to do anything and drops again. I’ve ran the tests numerous times and switched off and re-connected the router too

@SkyHelpTeam hi there,we moved house end of May & when your engr came to install tv/WiFi, he left us a signal booster. We’re in a 3 storey house but even with signal booster on middle floor, connection on top floor still really poor. Is there anything we can do to improve? 1/2
