@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes and they all say different things in regards to when @OpenreachHelp will be attending my property. I was then told my bb is not for me to work from home, so WTF am i paying money not to be able to use my bb the way i want to! Bloody cheek @itvlondon

@MickHarkin11 @SkyHelpTeam Thought as much it would be. It seems to be a common script when I call. That is not how you get true feedback from a customer and it should simply be ‘ please rate your customer experience with myself between 1-10. Nothing more.

Can't believe Sky talk @SkyHelpTeam want to charge me to fix a fault on the @Openreach side of our landline. ADSL is working fine but voice side is dead even on the internal socket. Anyone connected to @TrooliFibre yet?
