@SkyHelpTeam Good morning, I'm receiving letters to my address for a previous tenant. I phoned customer support and was told that these are arrears letters and the previous tenant "owed a huge amount of money" (surely this info shouldn't have been given to me). 1/4

@SkyHelpTeam so since I renewed last Jan, my sky bill has increased twice now up 25%, sky refuse to allow me to cancel my contract early, even if I pay, which I’m sure cannot be legal. Shocking service
