@SkyHelpTeam I rather speak to someone, as my brother in law has already got two sim only plans but he is a skyTV customer but didn’t get the 20% discount on the sim. Do all skyTV customer get a discount or not? He had ordered the two sims online, via his online account.

Hi @SkyHelpTeam I briefly lost satellite signal a few minutes ago due to a storm, I found my #SkyQ app on my iPad wouldn’t work with live tv as it’s connected to my main box. If I lose signal for a sustained amount of time due to a storm, how do I watch online please?
