@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam @JamesBu21387819 We’ve been in contact with sky for the last couple of weeks about our ridiculously slow internet speed and no outgoing phone line at all. No one has offered us a service credit yet?!

@thomasreid1997 @SkyHelpTeam Wish I could do the same. @VodafoneUK have texted because there is issue with my local mast. Stuck on a very congested 4G network using a 5G enabled device.
