@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@AdamMadhead @SkyHelpTeam It was unbearable and It’s really sad how this things do happen after numerous appeals to the support team and nothing was done until I came across @astra_trix support team and it was fixed completely the ré are best

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I’m still getting calls almost every day from this number, but they always call while I’m working so I can never answer. They don’t ever leave a message with what the call is regarding, but got to be honest it’s getting tedious now!

@SkyUK Don't trust Sky, I signed up a couple of months ago for 18 months assuming the £23 pm would remain for the contract, just increase to £27pm & no doubt add even more next year. Also broadband speeds & WiFi in the house is terrible & there is nothing they can do to fix it.

@SkyUK you have stolen money out of my bank account. I took a subscription but cxn after 2 days yet you have still taken the money. I have called today and told I need to wait to get the money back. This is not good enough. I wanted to make a complaint but was told I can't

@TheSpursWatch @SkySports I tjimk the biggest problem is sitting with Paratici.Conte methods is old fashioned football we can't afford to play in the premier league..however Paratici signs players over 30 years of age.where's our younger players.Gil was brilliant currently on lone. WHY

@skytv @SkyHelpTeam I signed up to an 18 month contract and you have just messaged that my prices are changing. This is not on, I agreed to the contract based on the prices offered, not these new prices. I will be looking to cancel my subscription asap
