    @SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have struggled with no broadband up and down for ages! I have had 2 engineer visits and it is now down AGAIN! I have been with you for decades and this is the first time the service has been awful. Please can someone help me!!

    @SkyHelpTeam OK, looks like I'll have to do that. But to be clear: watching on my Android, no problem, watching on my desktop PC, no problem. Wanting to watch on my Xbox, no luck. I don't understand why I need to pay more to watch on a different type of device when it works on a PC and phone.
