@SkyHelpTeam I suffered 1 months loss of service in March when an incompetent engineer fitting my neighbours SkyQ knocked mine off. I was told my bill would be credited for this but it hasn’t.

@IanSlaterPhoto1 @SkyUK Always rated them but since my recent house move, they've been appalling. I logged a complaint 3 weeks ago which I've found out no one could resolve so they decided not to call me back. Asked for it to be escalated but still not heard back from them. I'll be calling Virgin soon

Why does @SkyUK make it so hard to change my package. All I want to do is cancel sky cinema but got to talk to a automated service that can’t understand me. So frustrating.
