@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyUK So what happens to the TV once we decide we prefer another service provider? After weve spent a lot of money on this one?

@SkyUK I've pre-registered & will be interested in receiving the full tech specs Is there storage in the device? What happens if Sky release a better model in the next couple of years? What if i cancel my Sky subscription - will the TV connect to other providers? Keen to find out.

@SkyUK Our internet frequently dips so we can’t use apps etc on our Sky Q. If we replaced dish with internet we wouldn’t be able to watch tv channels on Sky either so what’s the point? If dishes are being phased out we have no option but to cancel subscription

@SkyUK I am a 20+ years Sky subscriber. My TV is amazing. There is no way I would just change it for a new untested system like Glass. Instead, the Sky Q box should be the router with 5G integrated in case of internet outage. Not sure Sky have got this quite right.

@SkyUK The only concern would be if the WiFi network goes down. I live in rural Wales and this happens a few times a month. Will it mean no TV at all in this case or will it still show something like with a box?

@SkyUK If this had been available in December 2020, I would have subscribed immediately and wouldn’t have had all the problems with my Landlord Berneslai Homes over satellite dish installation i.e, old communal satellite system instead of allowing me to have my own satellite dish!!

@SkyUK Be crap for live sport though. When I’ve watched on SkyGo when not at home the stream has obviously been almost a minute behind the live feed.

@SkyUK #SkyGlass is not going to benefit families like mine who, at this time, struggle to get even a decent Sky Q service with a poor EE #broadband service. As much as I welcome TV technology moving forward, how about these ISP’s sorting out their broadband mast services first.
