@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam Managed to login via 4g think it might be an issue with virgins router ip address. Found on a message board it could be solved by powering off the router for 30 minutes, can't be bothered right now but hope that helps someone else solve the problem

Hi @SkyHelpTeam, it has now been 24 hours since the outage in Medway. Mobile data has been slammed due to having to tether my laptop to my phone to be able to work. This is wholly unacceptable.

@SkyHelpTeam Another few hours wasted on the phone it is then 🙈🙈 ... by the way ... think it’s bad from to whack the prices up at a time like this !! I’m guessing as people have been stuck in doors watching tv and using broadband you’ve not been affected too much. But hey ho ...

@SkyHelpTeam We have daily connectivity problems. We've had engineers out, spent time on the phone and on forums. As a result no one in the house is watching tv via sky now so it's not worth the mthly fee anymore

@SkyHelpTeam No, that's a complete lie. There was no breakdown, it just said my monthly bill will be, no extra charge. Is this worth the loss of a customer. Get it sorted.
