  @SkyHelpTeam My partner also works from home and is having major issues with the broadband. This has coincided with the removal of the ‘broadband boost’ and seems as though the broadband isn’t functional unless we pay the extra for ‘boost.’

  So apparently @SkyHelpTeam I’m no longer paying what was agreed in my 18 month contract even tho I was reassured by YOUR TEAM that prices wouldn’t go up til after this ends and now it’s going from £23 p/m to £27/28. This how you treat all your loyal customers of nearly 6 years?🙃

  @SkyHelpTeam Hi - for the past few months Sky seem to be sending emails for another customer to my email address. I've never had a Sky account, and the emails are addressed to someone with a firstname I don't recognise.

  @mrbennyharris They have to be the worst reporters/journalists in the world. Stories that the editor should laugh at but the fact they allow it makes me wonder if the editor of skysports has any sporting background to know a worthy story
