@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam Ok so apart from me having to call again, explain the problem and eventually get out through to the right department for approx the 7/8th time, what else can I do? How can I complain?

@SkySports Dont know what he said but obviously its about a ref and it's a ******* joke how refs are so **** and get protected then a manager/player gets fined for speaking his opinion on it Refs in the prem are majority so bad even with VAR

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried several times, the problem and attempted fixes will all be detailed in the notes, surely by now out of courtesy someone from tech team can call me to save me having to explain my issue over and over and over again?! This really isn’t good customer service

@SkyHelpTeam Everything passed. Could it be something simple as the weather. Obviously it’s only been a couple of hours. Just hope the speeds increase by Monday when I’m back home working. If problems persist over the weekend I’ll get back to you 👍🏼
