    @SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Laura... this seems like a standard answer. You need to let senior management know that people are turning off skyq. Itvx needs to be expedited ... a few days delay is not a problem... several weeks will cause sky damage

    @SkyHelpTeam hey. You’ve tested my broadband and there is a fault. You’ve said you will send a new hub twice now but it’s not received. It works for a week then the problem repeats. my line keeps cutting out and I need it for work. What is happening?

    @SkyHelpTeam Just had a call offering me free multiroom for 6 months and told I could cancel after this period, had seen a similar offer skyvip but with 18 month contract. When I asked about this she hung up! Feel like I was being mid-sold if I’m being honest!!
