@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam Sadly, they did almost nothing but argue with me about whether or not an escalation attempt would be made. Two more days with my phone being my only internet source, at frightful cost, with no expectation of resolution. Abysmal service.

@SkyHelpTeam I switched from EE to sky a couple of months ago. Big mistake. I get cut off every month despite having a direct debit set up and then I have to make a manual payment. Everything has been crap. I needed my phone today when my car wouldn’t start and sky cut me off.FS

@SkyHelpTeam I did that but couldn’t access you chat bot. I followed previous advice, made a payment, my phone was unlocked and then got locked again fir bo apparent reason when I needed it and was in a difficult situation. #Unacceptable customer service. #ripoff

@Tarek_Football @SkySports To be fair he's done it a few times. He talks **** at times, but he's pretty much fair when it comes to calling out sensationalist bullshit. He's likely behind Lfc giving up at 5-0 too, to save OGS from too much flak. He's a decent guy.
