@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam Since you did maintenance on our broadband a few days ago the signal keeps dropping, the online tests say its fine (because it *is* when its not dropping out...). Friends in other areas are reporting the same. Any ideas?

@SkyHelpTeam why aren’t you sorting out the issue with the exchange in Morley. Off since Saturday and no date/time for repair. Shocking lack of communication and service. We can’t work or do schooling - no updates when we ring -sort it out. Has to be a resolution 😡😡
