@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam why you have started using IP addresses in ITALY!! my IP is showing as located in Italy and it's causing several issues. Having to use my phone as a hotspot to ensure I have UK IP!! I am not going to send any account info over twitter as twitter can see that too!

Just spoke to a @SkyHelpTeam telephone customer services whose day started with 4 angry customers before me. How rubbish. Come on people, be a bit nicer to folks doing their jobs. PS Sky, service was great and house move sorted 👍

@alanfergs @SkyHelpTeam The worse that customer’s rating the more money they are charged and if your customer rating is so bad you have your services cancelled for being a bad human. I think lots of social problems would be fixed this way. But anyway enough of my utopian dream, thank you for being such
