@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

Hey @SkyHelpTeam why is gigafast &31 a month for new customers yet £53 for existing? Doesn’t seem right that I’ve just upgraded my internet as an existing customer to find out I’ve been ripped off because I’m not new. Is loyalty not rewarded?!

@pitpasschris @sky If this July increase is related to phone/broadband you’re likely on old copper services. If so expect a further increase in October @SkyHelpTeam should be explaining it’s due to Openreach switching off the copper network & hiking prices to double them compared to start of 2026

Terrible start with @SkyUK broadband. Our BT internet ends tomorrow after switching and still haven’t received our box from you to begin our internet. Both work from home. Even though we tried to move the start date was told it was “guaranteed” to arrive in time…

@Mo_Arsenal9 Well it’s been apparent for the longest time that we are left to our own devices when it comes to fair coverage by the British media esp Skysports. See how they keep shoving the shameless and biased Gary Neville down our throats to commentate on our games.
