@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@Princess_gemgem @SkyHelpTeam Were assured a call back today as so to arrange an engineer to fix our fault. Why can’t you assist us in our problem.? Rest assured If this doesn’t get sorted. We will cancel everything we have associated with Sky and go with someone who cares about their customers
