@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam WHY is it so difficult to speak to someone at customer service.? I have a problem with new mobile that none of your texts or information will fix. I want to SPEAK to someone so I can explain and talk through it. Stop fobbing people off with “hang up we sent a text”

@SkyHelpTeam Given how very helpful you were yesterday can I ask for some more advice please. Having done more fiddling this morning (ie rebooting etc) I think the problem is that the main Sky Q box isn't holding the connection to the wifi/broadband. It does for a short period
