    @SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

    @SkyUK shame on you, a loyal customer for many years. I fall late on a payment due to ill health and loosing my parents. I’ve just spent the £70 I had to keep nieces and nephews happy and occupied whilst I arrange funeral arrangements.

    @SkyHelpTeam for the second time today my internet is out and showing no signs of reconnecting. I pay for unbreakable internet so this is ridiculous. How long until service resumes in the PO4 area?

    @SkyHelpTeam our wifi has dropped out several times today affecting also our SkyTV and is down again now. No outage reported when checking the service- can you help?

    @SkyHelpTeam no Daniel it doesnt work like that at all Im afraid :) there is nothing in that episode that breaks the watershed ruling. So feel free to point me to the exact part of that episode which breaks Ofcoms rules, rather than Skys rules because its Ofcom who rules on this not Sky
