    @SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

    @SkyHelpTeam Why is it impossible to run the glass up to the Sky Q install? Surely this is quite an easy thing to implement? We were told if we cancel today it could be upto 3 weeks for install! That's 3 weeks for an 89 year old man on his own to have zero TV. Surely Sky can do better?

    I've literally only had my new deal for TV & broadband from @SkyHelpTeam for 10 weeks and now I've had an email advising a £10pm increase across my products starting in April. This from a company posting multi million pound profits. After 17 years as a customer I think I'm done.

They already live so far outside their means because living in the red is now seen as the norm. Rather than doing without and working for something everyone just gets it on tick

    @SkyHelpTeam me and my partner have just wasted 2 2 hours of our Friday night waiting to be connected to someone at Sky Broadband, just to tell you we are leaving on 27th Feb! Been passed to 3 different departments and no-one could help! Shocking customer care!
