@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam so I tried to diagnose the problem with my broadband and the app tells me to call you. Sat on hold for 14 minutes and it cuts off! Call back and same thing happens again!! 28 minutes of my day wasted!

@SkyHelpTeam 3 months later, and yet another outage!!. You lot really couldn't run a bath let alone an internet service! and @OpenreachHelp are just as bad too! be sure to blame each other btw like you always do👍👍
