@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam why is it so difficult to get through the phone lines?I need to upgrade/downgrade my account. I have been calling the customer service for the last 3 days. They promise to call me back but received nothing. You are so quick to increase the bills but very lazy to help
