@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam Yet more poor service. I have a wifi that drops and have sat for 2 hours waiting for an engineer who apparently is too busy and won’t be coming now. Bloody bell and I am paying still for this!

@sky @SkyHelpTeam Upgraded broadband to improve WiFi. No difference. Schedule engineer and waited 2 weeks only then for them to fail to turn up and now offer me something toward end of Sept. Still poor wifi. Sky is getting worse and worse for customer care #sky

Someone has mistakenly put down my address when switching their broadband and now my provider @SkyHelpTeam (who have been very good) say there’s nothing they can do from stopping it because of the new one touch switch service. @Ofcom @WeAreOpenreach - how can this happen?
