    @SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

    @SkyHelpTeam Online help section didn't resolve the problem. If you check online, lots of users are experiencing the same problem, following the Sky Go app update, two days ago. Essentialy, the app opens ok, but all the link buttons, have been disabled. You simply can't watch anything.

    @SkyHelpTeam Fibre Broadband down North Ayrshire between 14:00 and 20:43 for me. Diamond VIP Customer here. Left a comment on your Facebook page to let you know of my feelings on the matter. We need answers as customers at the very least. What happened?

    @SkyHelpTeam “a valued diamond vip” customer is what you quote when you send me emails with sky rewards, I have never been able to access these on the sky app, any idea why?

    @SkyHelpTeam Broadband is slow in Kingswinford after maintenance work last night. Full green on the hub. But running a test shows a connection issue to the hub and tries to book an engineer !!
