@SkyUK please train your staff better! I had a cold call today from a member of your staff, I have a stammer so struggle to get words out quickly. He asked why I was talking like that. When I tried to explain he put the phone down on me. So rude & upsetting!!

@SkyHelpTeam please update your online function to enable customers to cancel a package/channel. Easy to add a product but have to call to cancel & I don’t have time to wait 20 minutes to get through to cancel something (or maybe that’s Sky’s plan 🤔) #sky#customerservice
