@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam erm, so Paramount + has launched… free with Sky Cinema, £6.99 if not, can you tell me why as a Sky Glass customer why I have to subscribe to Cinema to get this at £11 pm when I should also be able to just get at £6.99???? Not exactly fair

@ParamountPlusUK @SkyUK so further to earlier tweet it’s now appearing on SkyQ box but still not working eg Halo doesn’t (goes to above error) but Star Trek Discovery does. But can someone explain why only episodes 2, 3, 4, 8 & 9 of series 4 of Star Trek Discovery are there?

@SkyHelpTeam @Gracie_Law2 Hi Laura. What you've asked us to do isn't working. It is telling us that our @ParamountPlusUK account is now "active" and to sign in but then telling us our sign in details "aren't valid" when we try. There is clearly a different issue here. Can you please advise •correctly•!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Becca, I appreciate the engagement but this is a construct designed for selling things. It's not a customer service feature. I confirm my identity by logging on, and surely my adding to the subscription is legally the same as removing?
