A tip for @SkyHelpTeam Most people associate an Indian accent with scam calls so perhaps don't use your Indian call centres to make calls to customers or they will just hang up when they hear the accent assuning it's a scam call. (As I did the other day)

@virginmedia I want to cancel my overpriced @SkySports and @footballontnt sports add ons. Your business model of making it easy to spend more but incredibly difficult to cut back. I've spent more than 8hrs over the last month in a game of snakes and ladders.
