@BBCNewsNI @SkyHelpTeam still no internet services in BT62, came back on for 5mins just after 10.30am buts has still been down since then.

@SkyHelpTeam That seems odd as it worked for one program before the practice and then didn’t activate for the practice immediately after and I see from other post that I am not the only one to have this issue

@rdobbs10 @SkyHelpTeam Their help is incredibly slow, but once you get someone they usually get to the bottom of it. Might take 48 hours though.

@nicoladavison35 I have been constantly in contact with Sky since June, yesterday I was told I will NOT be receiving any REFUND back from @SkyUK . I told them putting this issue on line was my last resort.

@SkyHelpTeam And it’s dropped yet again. This is ridiculous and I am now moving to someone who can provide a reliable service. What you offer is poor. I can’t afford a service that drops 4 or 5 times a day.

@SkyHelpTeam the weather in my area has calmed down but I have lost my Sky sports channels apart from Sky sports premium league. Could this be a problem with the dish as it was getting a beating the past couple of days?

@SkyHelpTeam Hi it's been happening so often and I know many people reported it at the weekend, but it just went down again this morning. It's happening so often that it's becoming unreliable and your help page doesn't help.

@SkyHelpTeam But it was put up without it being discussed with us or mentioned to us, So therefore Sky are liable and would need to pay for this service if sky didn’t offer removal?

@SkyHelpTeam hi there, I’m based in Stockport (Sk4) and our internet is barely working and hasn’t been all morning and was quite slow last night. I’ve tried running an test but i can’t because the internet is that slow to do it. Please help
