@rdobbs10 @SkyHelpTeam Their help is incredibly slow, but once you get someone they usually get to the bottom of it. Might take 48 hours though.

@SkyHelpTeam I have done that a few times, the answer or help that I require cannot be found. Unless you can point me in the direction to amend an order and not cancel or get a definitive delivery date otherwise your website is just generic guff and no help at all

@FrumenziG @mullet2412 @SkySports Bamford’s was ridiculous and there’s still 2 given against mane where even with the use of VAR you could see no obvious error and you’re talking the word of English referees probably some of the worst in the game for interpretation

@SkyHelpTeam We have checked that but still states "on back order" no actual date given, nobody to chat with should I want to change device colour to get the order quicker. It's the white iPhone 12 however other colours can be received quicker. Please help

@SkyUK don't bother asking me to ring you for information if you're only going to hang up on me - twice! Terrible customer service. Impossible to get help
