@nicoladavison35 I have been constantly in contact with Sky since June, yesterday I was told I will NOT be receiving any REFUND back from @SkyUK . I told them putting this issue on line was my last resort.

@SkyHelpTeam That seems odd as it worked for one program before the practice and then didn’t activate for the practice immediately after and I see from other post that I am not the only one to have this issue

@SkyHelpTeam In what way does this ridiculous percentage increase show any attempt to keep prices down? How is your service market-leading when other subscription services are cheaper and provide so much more additional content?

@rdobbs10 @SkyHelpTeam Their help is incredibly slow, but once you get someone they usually get to the bottom of it. Might take 48 hours though.

@SkyHelpTeam who can I talk to about the quote I received to swap from sky q? An extra £30pm is crazy! No option to negotiate and the VIP support team were also unable to help

@moomoo_captain @SkySports Maybe £30 in England, but it's not here in Ireland, Sky sports is like €40 (and bt won't let all providers add their channels to their service) so then BT is €34 a month on sky now I wouldn't call €74 a month cheap by any standards It's not just sky that's the problem
