@BBCNewsNI @SkyHelpTeam still no internet services in BT62, came back on for 5mins just after 10.30am buts has still been down since then.

@rdobbs10 @SkyHelpTeam Their help is incredibly slow, but once you get someone they usually get to the bottom of it. Might take 48 hours though.

@SkyHelpTeam Morning guys. I need some help please. We have sky Q, about 3 months ago we had a new main box cos the there was a problem where the old one wouldn't turn on. Just come to put the TV on now this new box won't turn on, red light on the foent & blue Q going round.

Hi @SkyHelpTeam any updates on the outage in BR2 and surrounding regions? I’m working from home, like a lot of other people, so would be good to have some sort of update or eta for fix so we can manage our updates to our employers etc too. Service status gives little to no info
