@rdobbs10 @SkyHelpTeam Their help is incredibly slow, but once you get someone they usually get to the bottom of it. Might take 48 hours though.

Hi @SkyHelpTeam there seems to be something wrong with your phone lines, it’s not working properly. I was speaking to someone just now and it was all ok until they then couldn’t hear me, but my phone was not muted. The keypad responses don’t work either.

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam dealt with your customer team since Sunday, requested a call back from a manager on Monday did not happen. Been on the phone today for a further 1 hour spoke to 3 different agents who wont honour the deal I was given initially. Leaving bye #believeinbetter
