    @rdobbs10 @SkyHelpTeam Their help is incredibly slow, but once you get someone they usually get to the bottom of it. Might take 48 hours though.

    @nicoladavison35 I have been constantly in contact with Sky since June, yesterday I was told I will NOT be receiving any REFUND back from @SkyUK . I told them putting this issue on line was my last resort.

    @SkyHelpTeam Assigning someone in 2-5 working days does not sound like prioritising to me. People are wfh, but we have to be deep diving into Google to find out the issue, rather than Sky being transparent about connection issues happening in the area. It’s just not good enough, I’m afraid

    @SkyHelpTeam is this some kind of torture you are operating? Called Sky Move team as need to arrange use move and cannot do this on web hold on line for 20 mins with scratchy rubbish music repeating itself finally get through and as operator say can i help you line goes DEAD WTF?

    @SkyHelpTeam One iPhone used to run the tests. The issue was resolved by turning off the wifi on the Q box. Haven’t tried any other wireless troubleshooting. Just surprised that the Q box should cause such a significant drop in speed via wireless tests.

    @SkyHelpTeam Anyone in billing/or customer service we had a payment plan all set up we're told we would not be cut off if we kept payments up but immediately that's obviously all been conveniently forgotten and we're already being restricted and sent unwelcome letters

    @SkyHelpTeam No broadband since 11am today. Have switched router on/off and reset to no avail. Is there any problems with signal in E5?

    @troyyyyyyy15 @MarkEwart @SkySports Should of had a pen for what it was never a foul. You weren't all over us at all, all you did was launch the ball forward putting us under pressure without creating anything apart from your goal.
