@SkyHelpTeam Nobody following through with promises made and then different things being said by different people makes a pretty crap service. I have an ongoing complaint and it is really sad that a large firm can not have one person handle and deal with it effectively.

@SkyHelpTeam On call now and yes my speeds are 11.6mbps which is 44mbps below your guaranteed line speed before I can cancel!! Nothing more frustrating when you are promised a speed and don't get it!

@SkyHelpTeam No good. Have trouble shooted. This is the same issue that was widespread few weeks back. Have checked some down detector sites and there’a been a massive uptick of reports of issues
