@Vickieunit1 @SkyHelpTeam It’s an absolute joke. I’ve had 2 new routers and 2 sky engineers out in the last 4 weeks. My internet is quick when it’s working but keeps cutting out! They tell me it’s a WiFi issue but I’m on my 3rd router!

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam booked an engineer yesterday (on a Sunday) to fix our SkyQ, he arrived today (Monday), identified & fixed the problem quickly. Engineer booking to case closed on site in less than 24hrs....bravo 👏
