@CollieTalking @leemour84 @SkyUK I had come out of the “deal” I was on and due to personal problems hadn’t got round to discussing the new “deal” with them. When I rang to leave they offered me the £120 package which has the discounts etc, but that’s still nearly £50 dearer than Virgin

@SkyUK Close to cancelling Sky. Constant issues with TV signal and distortions. Needs a tech visit I think to sort but never get a response!

@SkyHelpTeam No they have no other option. If you tell me who to email their landline number to in order to register as not working and this is not the first time with an issue since they moved in a few weeks ago so should be a recent case attached to their account.
