    @SkyHelpTeam Called a few times, 11:16, 11:20, 11:26, a couple of times just now. Manage to get through the IVR options and then it cuts off straight away, no noise or agent. No issues making other calls, just to Sky

    @SkyHelpTeam No, absolutely not, I queried my to and internet package as out of contract and was happy to re contract, the agent wanted a £30 re contract fee I told her I wanted th phone issue resolved before I re contract. She put me through to a guy who the started saying

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, hello as he couldn’t be bothered dealing with the issue it seemed! The First Lady could hear me ok but he couldn’t? I’m a few days into this contract only set up ovine this week and I’m furious I even moved from EE!

    @SkyHelpTeam Just after 11 I made multiple attempts and no background noise, going through the IVR options and then just cuts off on every attempt! Called minutes later from my fiancés EE line and connected all the way to agent no problem!
