@SkyHelpTeam @SkyIreland #SkyQ is a load of crap the menus are terrible and non intuitive. You can’t go back and delete a finished program without forwarding to the end and exit button. The information And mute button diminished to no mans land. Old sky remote was much better.

@SkyHelpTeam I did speak to the team they didn’t give a ****! Issues are fine now because there is no rain no storms and it’s hot (lovely lovely) but considering I pay so much per month and have been loyal to you for 18 years….I just got robbed off!

@robinbosley @SkyHelpTeam Hasn't worked for me either. I didnt update the apps (Didn't know you needed too on SKY Q). But did power down the Router and the Sky Q box. Back to Square 1.
