    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, thanks for the link, it does show the Engineer booked for today, but It was a no show. Customer Service told me the appointment had been cancelled. So assume the fix is still in progress?

    @SkyHelpTeam I think you lot should be paying me for having sky q, I seem to be doing a sky engineers job, as I seem to spend more time fixing and resetting the damn thing constantly, rather than being able to watch it. Biggest load of garbage ever.

    @SkyHelpTeam My sister in law lives about 20 mins away, she is also a Sky customer, I’ve told her to contact yourselves but it usually her husband, my brother, who deals with that side of things but she’s going to try ! She is also shielding !
