    @SkyUK called sky this morning because I’ve been charged nearly double this month. After telling me I am a valuable customer as I’ve been with them 12.5 yrs they said they can do nothing to help instead asked me to call my bank. #DaylightRobbery #SkyCustomerServiceFail
