@SkyHelpTeam It can't detect the hub, I did that test Sunday and it said it found a fault between us and the exchange box, has been intermittent since, it's now been down again for about 24 hours.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, had issues with the Internet in the PO10 area in Emsworth since Sunday morning, Internet has gone out twice and been intermittent in between. I have an engineer order in, and was told on the helpline there was an outage here, but this isn't shown on the status.
