    @SkyHelpTeam As soon as you get onto the screen to order, it just says that I can’t order using the sky q box and to visit the sky viewing help page. (I did but it wasn’t much help) so I tried to order via the box office website and it said my viewing card number was invalid. (It wasn’t)

    @SkyHelpTeam Our Internet was meant to have upgraded this morning. Still terribly poor download speed. Do I need to reset the router or just be patient?

    @SkyHelpTeam Why was that not told to me at the time I subscribed? Can it not be driller from outside to inside? Funny how when I call the customer service they told me otherwise. Will report to ofcom.
