    @SkyHelpTeam Have checked and changed cables, filters, etc but nothing seems to help. Had several other neighbours with OR line issues around here the last few weeks and faulty lines which is why I am concerned. Was 77mbps, down now to 67mbps and next week that 55mbps limit I fear....

    @SkyHelpTeam is there an issue with the mobile network again? Phone keeps dropping signal. Really worrying as this is my only phone. Last time it happened I got kicked from therapy as I missed a phone appointment.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi it seems to effect skyglass and all other devices the middle led light on router goes yellow and flashes . I’ve done all the tests and it says there is no problem . Like I said the signal drops for a few minutes at various times of the day. Very frustrating
