@SkyHelpTeam with all do respect whats the point. all I want is someone to try and find out is how long it's going to be off for. I refuse to believe there's no way you can find out as you must be in contact with openreach as there providing a service for you

@bt_uk @SkyHelpTeam whilst I appreciate openreach aren't anything to do with either of you? I don't understand how pyur not bale to find put when my Internet will be back or what the problem. been over a week now and no ending in sight

@SkyHelpTeam been trying to get a number to call you but it seems you don’t offer customer service any more, its impossible to speak to someone - I’ve been a customer for 20+ years and would expect a basic level of service and to be able to speak to you when there is an issue.

Remember when @SkySports transfer deadline day was exciting and you loved seeing all the yelllow on the day. Now it seems the yellow appears & the clock on the screen counts down with 15 days still to go. Talk about overkill. Wtf is that all about

@SkySports Salah didn’t even appeal this why is this being made a big deal, the new rules are good keep play going stop being going down for slight touches

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve done this and reset to factory settings and got it working but whenever I login to the admin site to change the password it keeps saying I have no network connection. It still keeps dropping too but the line test says no issues.

@SkyHelpTeam you know what would be useful. A service status page that didn't block out the whole screen asking about stupid cookies. I couldn't care right now 🤬🤬
