@MullensMusings @SkyIreland @SkyHelpTeam I had all out war with them last year. Eventually got everything cancelled, after being a customer with them for over 15 years. They continued to take money out of my account, which I eventually got back after more lengthy angry phone calls #fightthemalltheway

@SkyHelpTeam You are an absolute disgrace. Sat in all day, to receive a phone call at 15:00 telling me the engineer went sick this morning. No skyTV for 3 months now. Utterly abysmal service. “All we can do is apologise” Yep, like that’s just empty words. 💩

@SkyHelpTeam how do I return my sky glass tv and go back to having sky q? The picture quality of the tv is terrible? It often doesn’t work properly and I can’t get box office events I want to watch. It’s not good enough.

@theneilmorgan @SkyUK I saw it as a nice second TV solution but then discovered it's Glass or Sky Q, not both. I definitely won't be choosing my next TV based on whether it supports a specific streaming service.

@SkyHelpTeam So that's a no then. What's the use of a 65" Glass Tv and being told to buy and watch on my phone. Sky Glass is totally 💩 I'll be on the phone to cancel as it was mis-sold to me.
